Watch out for Tammy and her beyond comfortable attitude. From inquiring whether people are leaving their unit due to a break up to making blatant mistakes in her own writing this woman has absolutely zero regard for her professionalism. Unable to take account for her own mistakes, and insulting me while I take the time to come in to correct the issue.....I am so happy I did not end up at this facility. Most of the people that work here / use these facilities look white....maybe she's got something against people of color? Not sure. But from signing up, to canceling Tammy made the entire process a nightmare. Wendy is nice though. read more

DON'T PAY IN ADVANCE. In August, I paid six months ahead for a storage unit for my sister at Pouch's Tustin location. A little over two months in, we realized that she would not need the unit after all. "Beverly" at Pouch represented that the refund had been approved and that it would be forthcoming by mailed check. However, it's now a month since we gave notice, and we are still waiting for reimbursement. (Note also that I paid by credit card, and so the overpayment could have been credited back within seconds.) Presumably Pouch has rented out the empty unit, or could, and so certainly is not losing money. Bottom line: I would not use Pouch again, and you should proceed carefully if you do. read more
