Great Storage facility. I highly recommend it. The storage units are inside: so no outside garage door or dirty street outside of the unit. The unit and contents stay clean. The facility is always very well maintained, a good temperature and looks nice. Very friendly and attentive staff. Special thanks to Varinder and Tulsi and Randy. The storage units I have had are very tall, so you have room to pack it or move things easily. Each unit is alarmed and access monitored. Entry is easy and quick. Sign in to the log on the desk, ask for your unit key (which they give you right away), then punch in your code to disable or later alarm the unit. I have used this facility a few times now, when I move to other places. Each time I check prices on competitor's units. The price here has always been better than the other places. They have a moving van, so I didn't have to rent one. Plus, they were even very helpful when I had movers come when I was out of the area. I am very happy with this facility and service. read more

its a bit outdated and tight spaced the elevators arent always running so you might have to manually move your belongings without a cart... i try not to catch a fit when its busy ill try to think about others or if im in the way of tenants trying to access thier storage... in that sense it could be quite a social atmosphere... for the most part everything is positive but like all places security is crucial or else thieves would consider to break in... pouch does have tustin pd patrolling the neighborhood casually... here and thier they might stop me... check out my buisness and residence then carry on my way... of course in every buisness our operation and thus comes with demographical circumstances based on income alone... income unfortunately plays an important role in society... therefore rises certain conflicts and misunderstandings which in conclusion whilst storing at pouch as a lower income civilian being respectful of other persons space and property is what i consider fundamental read more

I used Tustin Pouch Self Storage for over 5 years, and when I finally left, I told them that if I ever needed another Storage Unit, that I would definitely use them. Two years later, I was in need of storage, and even though there are numerous storage facilites much closer to my location, I didn't even hesitate to call Tustin back. I thought the service that I got the first time I used them was great, it seems as though there is an improvement in the service. Varinder and Tulsi set the mark for customer service, and every patron who walked through the door were happy to be there, because of the overall positive vibe that is the tone there. Pouch in Tustin has become my favorite storage company of all time. After a lifetime of getting screwed by Public Storage, between their hours, the staff, and changing rules once you move in, i accidently came to Pouch. With in 3 weeks I've received more help, more advice, including the truck Tammy drove to pick up an entire office of furniture, than I ever got from PS. My business is growing at 900% a year and I never would have met my goals with the staffs help. I expanded 400% this month alone and all was done in a timely, polite, manner. I've rented units at different Pouch Self Storage locations and I highly recommend their services. The locations are extremely well kept, secure and most of all they have great customer service and a candy dish (@Tustin). In one particular instance, I went to Pouch to retrieve luggage that I needed for a trip. When I got home half an hour later, I realized that I left two of my bags sitting in the loading area. I called the main office and they were already holding them behind the counter for me. You can't go wrong with the location or the service. I've been to other facilites and they don't come close to Pouch. Two thumbs way up for Varinder, Tulsi, Randy, Noel and all of the Pouch staff that has helped me over the years. I gave them a call and was greeted by Tammy , she answered all my questions over the phone and set up an appointment with VK to check out a unit the next day . I have used several storage facilities in my lifetime. In my experience this is one of the best. They always keep it clean and accessible. The alarm notification system was very important to my wife Vicki Mulak and I. She had a tax and accounting business before she passed and we knew that all those important client records were kept confidential and safe. To me though, the most important thing is how the staff looks out for you. Took over 2 of my father's units today after he passed a few months ago. I first spoke with Wendy on what I needed paper work wise and she was very informative and helpful. Jacob helped with doing all the paper work on 2 occasions. Also very friendly and helpful explaining everything to me and how to get around the complex. Currently my family and I are looking for a new place to move into and Pouch Self Storage is the perfect spot. Amber, Tammy, and Tulsi were extremely helpful when we were trying to find the perfect unit to rent out during our moving process. Not only that, when my family first started moving to Tustin they rented out a unit at this same location. They believe that you really do get a bang for your buck as their monthly rental prices are more than reasonable. The best service! I came in 30 minutes before closing and Amber was so helpful! After signing the paperwork, she let us hurry and move everything in while she made copies and finalized everything so by the time we were done all i had to do was a couple last signatures and we were done!! I went in today and Tammy was also super helpful! My couch didn't fit in the storage unit so she was able to open the one across so we can fit it in. Highly recommend this place! Feels weird saying this about a storage place, but I was wowed by the customer service, and at the end of the day that's what made my decision on where to store. The facilities are very clean, I was impressed. Tammy is a sweetheart, she made setting the whole thing up really easy. Tulsi was the first to answer my questions and he is an impressive salesman! If you are close to them, they will drive their own uhaul truck down for you to save cost on uhaul! Amber is another great personality they have working there. What a great business! Tammy and Wendy are just so helpful!! We are packing to move out of state and as luck would have it, we live about 50 yards from Pouch in Tustin. Besides holding a storage unit there, we have walked over there at least 6-7 times to buy boxes, tape, and wrapping paper. Every time we walk in, they know who we are and chat with us. They've let us take one of their carts over to our house to carry all the stuff and we just walk it right back. What a neighborhood gem! WAY better than the headache that is called U-HAUL. read more
