Was even more impressed with the follow up and service that she and Mario, who drove the free truck for move in and helped me with my move and rescheduling. So patient and happy to help. I think they were so reasonably priced, but beyond that, best service ever. Very clean and so easy to get in and access. They supply locks and carts and set up auto payments/ insurance so you don't have to worry about missing a payment or insurance. I would definitely recommend them and say go there first. read more

Great reservation and check-in process! This is my second time using Pouch Self Storage. Upon making a reservation online, I received a phone call and spoke with Wendy. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Tammy and Wendy whom were wonderful to work with; they were very much in sync and efficient in their processes. After Tammy showed me to my unit (and even helped me send some things up the elevator), Wendy had all the paperwork drawn up for me to sign so that I didn't need to wait after moving my things in; very efficient. They helped me to decide the right size unit I needed, had a truck available to me for FREE ( they provided the truck and driver for 2 full hours) to move my items back to their location, and then just made me feel like they CARED!! Who does that anymore- right? Also in the mix, I needed some extra help with physically moving and organizing everything- the A-team of 3 came to the rescue in helping me find someone to help me that wouldn't empty my checking account. We got off on a bad start, with people on both sides assuming instead of just talking. By the time I left, (only left for different area and type of storage), everyone was super friendly and I'm going to miss the chicks, yes especially Amber, she ended up being very dear to me and her partner, who has always been professional. I'm very beholden to those two, and they work as a good team. Before I left they went above and beyond what I expected. I'm grateful they didn't hold my attitude against me. The only person I'm glad I'll never see ever again is the very very large guy who looks and acts like he is the warden. I never did tell anyone there about how angry I was that he unplugged my phone, the Galaxy Note 10+, and dropped it to the floor, he didn't hand it to me, he literally unplugged it, let it drop, and told me I was going to be fined. Now I had a ton plugged in before and the ladies let me know we can't do that, (btw now on the soap box, just ask Google what it costs to charge a cell phone.. you will be surprised.. about $1to $2 per YEAR.! People act like you are pumping gas when you plug in!)-- Anyhow, it is so energy efficient, a quick 5 min wouldn't hurt anything -- no, that mean jerk followed me up that morning unplugged my 3 day old note 10+, dropped it, and it does have a crack in it's back, but I was taken away by him telling me to get up and look lively.. isn't that what you do just before your parents come home? (Oh heck yeah! )lol, I was scanning documents at the time.. I also thought about how big a crack it could make in his... and then I thought.. squirrel! Thank you ladies, for everything. I've used a few self storages in my day. This is the best one I've used so far! The staff is super friendly, and the prices are better than any others I've used. The units are very clean. My only problem is that some of the corners are a little tight, to turn onto an aisle. So if you have a long piece of furniture, it can be a bit of a tight turn, but I did get my furniture through! I love the quick access in/out to your storage unit. They have such a fair grace period for your rent payment, I've forgotten plenty of times and the phone call reminders are great when I do. This organized storage building is in Old Town Tustin. Family's been going here for years. The staff will be delighted to show you any available empty units. A follow up email with the interested unit size and price will be sent. Your personal information is required in renting a unit and additional people to have access to your unit. . __ A code is needed upon arriving . / | and leaving the storage facility. . } | Once you write your name on the . { | check-in/out sheet and enter . } | your verified code, then you are . { | handed their storage unit key. . / \ You can add your own lock to the ./ \ unit but theirs is mandatory. ( O ) . ' ----' There is an option to pay your monthly fee (which is the same date of signing up) at an outdoor payment machine or with the office during business hours. They do offer a discount if you pay 6 months in full. Upon notice of vacating, last month's rent must be in cash. Every one of the staff is professional and friendly. If you make a mess, you may ask them for a broom. Their very own moving truck is available upon request; you must provide the driver. Please be sure to always completely close the lift (elevator) doors. Plenty of long carts are available to transport your belongings from your vehicle to the unit; cart handles are removable, too. The hallways are only wide enough for one cart at a time but there are other possible hallways if your normal route is blocked. No food or drink in the building. If it's a hot day, be prepared that you'll be sweating. Bring your own flashlight or portable light source for your unit if the hallway lights are not enough; Daiso Japan a couple blocks away sells portable LED lights for $1.50. The units have very high ceilings so you can store a lot more. Refer a friend and receive a referral fee. read more

Very good service! Staff is very friend and eager to help you with any of your storage needs. I recently graduated from college and chose to store my belongings at this storage facility. I really enjoyed their month to month contract, because I could have my things in a safe place and not be locked in to a long term contract. Overall it was a nice experience and would recommend others to check them out for your storage needs. Facility was very clean and had a nice loading zone that was near freight elevators. Freight dolly's were readily available and helped making the most out of each trip from unit to vehicle. They provide a two lock system and an alarm for every unit. It is very secure and there are strict protocol required to get to the units. Con: Access to lockers are not 24/7. They have scheduled hours that you may access your materials and are closed on some holidays. If you are looking to store your items for periods at a time, then I do not see this as a problem. read more

They honored the coupon I downloaded from the website with no problems, and were very helpful in selecting an appropriate size storage unit (which turned out to be just right for my needs).
