DON'T PAY IN ADVANCE. In August, I paid six months ahead for a storage unit for my sister at Pouch's Tustin location. A little over two months in, we realized that she would not need the unit after all. "Beverly" at Pouch represented that the refund had been approved and that it would be forthcoming by mailed check. However, it's now a month since we gave notice, and we are still waiting for reimbursement. (Note also that I paid by credit card, and so the overpayment could have been credited back within seconds.) Presumably Pouch has rented out the empty unit, or could, and so certainly is not losing money. Bottom line: I would not use Pouch again, and you should proceed carefully if you do. read more

tammy and wendy were great. All the storage is indoors. high security. great customer service. storage area clean. lease is month to month with option of auto pay. after 6 month mark, the price may go up by 10 bucks or so but 75 to 100 monthly for storage area is not bad at all. my favorite part is the truck and driver that will follow you to your house for free if you provide the labor so you dont have to transport it. you may have to move your stuff into truck and into storage but it takes the worry of renting a uhaul or finding a friend with a truck out of the question. awesomeeeee and convenient. they arent open 24 hours but there is a security guard that lives on site and it makes your things feel more secure. read more

This rating is just for the shredding service, but based on the great service, I suspect the storage and other services are very good, as well. My initial phone inquiry when I used their services a couple of years ago and today were both answered clearly. The process at the facility was very simple and I was immediately shown the secure bin for my shredding while the customer service gentleman started on the paperwork. Loved my experience at Pouch with Tammy and Wendy. I needed a small storage unit for one month. Pouch was close to the area I needed to stay within and the ladies made the rental process so easy. The large dollies and freight elevator made moving in and out easy. The unit was clean when I arrived and ready to move in. I would have liked a light in the unit but cell phone flashlight worked to see 8n the back corner. It's also the most conveniently-located facility, but I would have expanded my search if necessary - but it wasn't. Within 24 hours of inquiring on their website, Tammy called me to set up a visit. She was friendly, welcoming and very thorough explaining the services they offered and set up an appointment for me to meet her the next morning.
