We were traveling. This was the perfect stop on our ride. The stuffed quail was a great appetizer. We enjoyed the seared duck and the buttermilk pie. I am still looking for that recipe. It tasted like a pound cake pie. Our server was a big help!

Located direstly off Airport Blvd, Pour Baby is nestled in a strip mall back splashed by nature, if you're not paying attention, you could miss it. They have a cornucopia of wines to choose from and many are on tap and that tap system. Is a sight to behold, it adds to their Feng Shui. They have high chairs and tables in the bar (Full Bar) area and then tables in another room when you have a reservation or do a buyout for events. For appetizers we ordered the "Braised" Pork Belly, Autumn Salad and the Southern Deviled Eggs. The pork belly was not "Braised," it was definitely seared. Braised meat is soft, jiggly and the fat on that pork belly was so firm and not rendered my h which is what would happen from a braise, definitely not braised. The sauce was lacking acidity, it had umami, sweet, salt and good viscosity, if that was braised in that sauce with the addition of an acid that dish would be great. The autumn salad was great, a bit on the sweet side with the cranberries and candied walnuts but when you get a bite with the goat cheese, balsamic, walnuts and a pice of cran and greens it works well! The deviled eggs are a pass, nothing really exciting. The chicken skin was an attraction but the it was a piece that was stuck in the yolk mix as an after thought and it was not crispy crackly. We followed entrées with the Chix n Grits, Duck Breast and Pork Chop. Please get the Chix n Grits, it's wonderful. The duck was executed well too, beautiful cook and flavor. The pork chop looked steamed, or it was in the arctic (no sun/tan), no color on that sear and it was overdone...how ? The Brussel sprouts served with the pork Chop was the star of that dish, OMG they were good, everyone was vying to get a fork on the plate for some brussels. We ordered dessert too, Cheesecake, Sticky Pudding and Buttermilk Pie. They were all good, oh and they make fresh whipped cream, that's a plus. We want to give a huge shout out to our server K/Ch-risten, tha k you for a smooth service!

Friendly fun vibe with excellent food and wine choices! Everything looked amazing- I had the crab cake and it was delicious! Locals frequent here and are very welcoming. Just wish I found it sooner on my trip here! Update! I came back and tried the recommended scallops entree. And Oh my father they exceeded the hype!! Diver Scallops with a grit cake and corn salsa with micro greens... heavenly layers of flavor and perfectly executed cook. Again- the atmosphere was engaging, service was perfection - anticipating needs and just fun! So many regulars that love and support this place for good reason. Whether visiting or local your are sure to have a memorable experience. Enjoy my friends!

Great little place! Definitely suggest a reservation but thankfully they were able to squeeze us in. Wonderful service and nice wine selection!

Pour Baby has always given me good service. Employees are very personable . I went for some seafood mac and found that they no longer offer this item. Although disappointed, I ordered deviled eggs and some baked crab and spinach dip. Both were delicious.

Had an absolutely fabulous evening of wine and nibbles with the bestie this evening. We ordered a bottle of the Carl Graff Graacher Himmelreich (happy hour specials until 6p!). It was light and sweet and perfect for a humid southern evening. Never one to pass up a good charcuterie, we ordered the middle-sized board. Our waitress suggested several of the cheese to go with the sopressata and pepperoni we picked. I ordered the diver scallops on a bed of wild mushroom and sage risotto. Everything was perfectly prepared!

The Carriage is a cute spot. I waited around the island until they opened. There was a nasty rain…read morestorm happening, so unfortunately that day they did not open the patio and would not let my dog and I out there to dine. I did however end up getting the adult grilled cheese with potato salad and the coconut bread pudding to go. The grilled cheese was yummy. The potato salad was good and made with real fingerling potatoes. The bread pudding was a bit lacking. It may not have been as good to-go as it would have been if it was plated and ate at the end of a meal in the restaurant. I ended up eating mine in the car with my pup. While I was waiting on my food I explored the wine shop. They had some good selections. I found some great buys to make dinner. I bought pasta, sauce, and cookies to make a delicious dinner at home after spending a couple of weeks on the road. The wine shop lady was fantastic. We struck up a good conversation while I waited.

Hmm where do I begin? 1 - something to note... they have a…read morekids menu but no high chairs or booster seats for children. 2 - definitely don't sit on the porch at dinner time unless you want to roast in the blazing sun. 3 - doesn't matter what's on the menu because they will tell you they are out of half of the ingredients. 4 - once you find something you'd like to order, what they bring you is not what is described on the menu. Severely understaffed. Severely overpriced. Small portions. I ordered the Roasted veggie grain bowl add chicken. This was listed as including quinoa, chickpeas, sauerkraut, & lots of veggies w/ creamy kale pepita pesto. They were out of chicken so I ordered it with shrimp. What did I receive? A bowl with quinoa, brussel sprouts, and shrimp. Nothing else. We asked for some sauce and they brought us the sauce they forgot, but nothing else. (Pic below) My husband's chicken pot pie was essentially chicken soup with a biscuit on top with a side salad, no dressing. Would not recommend this place. Was not even very busy and clearly they've got some major issues.

We enjoyed a delicious flatbread and an amazing Charcuterie board while chatting about wine with our friendly bartender. The drinks are made with fresh squeezed juices ( The Berry Delicious Martini is a must try), and it's fun to watch them make the drinks. It's such a welcoming and quaint space. Exactly what we were looking for on a Monday evening when everyone else in town is closed. We enjoyed sitting at the bar, but noticed some comfy couches to try on our next visit. Well done Le Bouchon!

It's in the "downtown" section of Daphne, which is pretty small but easy to find. It's parallel to Hwy 98 on scenic 98. Speaking of small, there are a couple of comfy seating areas, with couches and chairs, high-top tables, and a small bar. Upon entering we noticed the shotgun shake elongated space but it's very laid back and intimate with a nice atmosphere and vibe. Despite the limited space, they had a dude playing guitar and singing by the front door, nice and mellow too. There's a respectable choice of wines, but not overdone like some of the more pretentious places plus they have several craft beers, beers on tap and sparkling fizzy choices. Good news, if you're not a connoisseur you can also sample some of the wines, nice touch. We were greeted by Jessica, she rocked, and she guided us through the specials and all about the wines and foods. She took excellent care of us throughout the visits and made it a joy. While they had a bbq chicken slider being made that was not on the menu, and it sounded good, we got a flatbread pizza and the roasted red pepper hummus with pita bread and veggies. Both were outstanding, fresh, and a very good pairing for my sweetheart's wine and the stout beer that I chose. However, I regretted not getting their huge and inviting-looking charcuterie board, it's loaded full of different cheeses, olives, meats, and more, next time for sure. I got to meet quite a few people from our group, everyone seemed to enjoy their choices of food and libations so I feel pretty good that everyone enjoyed themselves and I look forward to doing it again real soon! Big shout out to Chace Yamagata for making it all happen, way to go!!!!!!! Bottom line: The atmosphere, friendly people, and great service, with creative and fresh food offerings and course the wines make this a really great place anytime. Chill time especially and I highly recommend chillin' here! https://www.lebouchon.biz/ https://www.facebook.com/LeBouchonBar
