This little gem was right next to our hotel in Bend. We walked there so we could enjoy some beers and some food! I thoroughly enjoyed what we had. First we started with a dozen of their speciality, smoked chicken wings. These things were humongous. Beautifully smoked and very tender. A must have when you come here. We ordered a wedge salad, outstanding. The bacon on there was delicious. We then shared a half of an order of their delicious Mac and cheese with mushrooms and bacon. This stuff was unbelievable! Creamy with crunchy bacon. Yummy. This is a sports bar. They have a lot of TVs all around, so we were able to watch the Seahawks game. Several great beers on tap. Our service started out slow, but then ended up being awesome. Finished off with a fried bread pudding. What can I say! Yummy! Took a tiramisu home to enjoy later. Also delicious. Our family of four wasn't expecting too much. Just trying to feed the hungry kids before they had meltdowns. But wow were we blown away by the Mac and cheese options! Your basic sports bar and restaurant, modern and tastefully decorated to give it a more upscale vibe. Best of all, they allowed me to bring my emotional support animal along for dinner, something only a handful of Bend restaurants allow. I had a Reuben Sandwich ($15), coming with tots, that was pretty average, but at $15, just a tad high. I think $11.95 to $12.95 would be a more appropriate price point. My wife had the Pour House Mac ($12) which was a much better value than mine and much tastier too, coming with sliced mushrooms and bacon in a six-cheese blend. It was actually one of the better Mac & Cheeses she has had, rich and creamy with the macaroni cooked perfectly. My son ordered the Smoked French Dip ($15) and his vegan partner the House Salad ($10), both seemingly pleased with their selections. The staff were very nice and the service excellent. The food was pretty good too, a bit better than most places in this category, but the prices just a tad high. The food was delicious and I would have given five stars if there wasn't a huge slab of fat in the pulled pork nachos I ordered. That was roughly 1/2 of the meat I got. The last picture in the review is of the fatty slab of meat. My husband had the Cobb salad and he said it was good as well. My coworker and I came here the other day for lunch. We got there just after 12 and we sat ourselves and we noticed quite a few other tables sitting at the same time. After a little bit we got some drinks and our order was taken, pretty standard. Then we started waiting and waiting. After over 30 min someone came over and said that our order should be up in just a min. Another table that ordered after us got our food but that can happen depending on the order but all we ordered was a sandwich and chicken tender entree which should be pretty quick. Another 10+ min later the same guy came over and let us know that they only had 1 person working in the kitchen and a lot of orders went in at the same time which I gut but I only have an hour lunch so I would have liked to have known that before we ordered because at this point I only had less than 10 min of my lunch left and I hadn't even gotten food. Just after 1 we finally got our food and my order was wrong (american cheese instead of swiss and regular fries instead of cajun) and the guy told us that our food was ready but they lost the ticket so they didn't know where the food went. I'm really understanding and I get that might be the truth but don't tell customers that, because that just pissed me off that we waited over an hour for two simple entrees and our order was sitting there. So we had to scarf down our food so we could get back to work since we were late. All in all we were from the time we sat down to the time we left it was about an hour and 20 min. The food was delicious like seriously it was one of the best french dips I've had in awhile, but the service that day was frustrating. I hope it was just a fluke due to a staffing issue that day, I would like to come back but it would probably be for dinner instead. read more

I hope this goes the way of the previous three restaurants that couldn't make it in this location. Last night went to the bar for a couple of drinks and snacks. Got there at 8 and waitress served us a drink she asked if we wanted another and we said "yes" but the nasty offensive unprofessional abusive general manager stepped in to tell her she couldn't get another drink because they were closed. At 9 on a Friday night. What ensued was the most unprofessional tirade I've ever experienced in a place of business. The GM told us not to come back. We were already basically the only people there. The Pour House Grill in Bend Oregon is a newer discovery and a spot I have visited twice now. Both times the experience was pretty good overall and this is a location I plan to go back to on the regular. The first time it was just some iced tea and knotty bites, not much ordered yet the service was still pretty damn good. The second time was more knotty bites, a couple of the pretzel crust pizzas, a salad and Mac and cheese. What a tasty meal enjoyed by each in our party of 6. We had nearly a full pizza left when we were done and it made for some awesome leftovers the next day. Both times I found the wait staff to be super friendly and engaging, genuine in the conversation and service. I also found the value to be good overall - really an experience worth repeating. For a sports bar I would hope that a) they could staff appropriately for games days and b) that they understood the concept of hustle. Sadly neither is true here. I am writing this as I wait for my food. The hotel I am staying at recommended it.i ordered takeout through Grubhub. . Went to pick it up when I got the ready confirmation. They asked if I was with Doordash, then said they never got my order, then said they accidently sent my order with the Doordash guy, because the order was the same as mine, yet they had to go make the food again.....even though the other order (which was the same) was still there? I finally got the food....it was not redeeming in any way. I could have gotten a better burger for a third of the price at a fast food joint. The bun was soggy and there was very little flavor. I have been going to the Pour House since it was over where the car dealership has taken over and the food has gone seriously down hill in quality. But, what I was served today was an abomination they called nachos! Who serves chips with little tiny bowl on the side and calls it nachos? The side bowl was also unrecognizable for ingredients. Where is the cheese? Nachos has a tone of deliciousness, melted cheese! All the toppings! But what was even more unacceptable, was the service and the way the step-daughter of the owner treated us. Oh, and of course she did have to mention she was his step daughter. If I wanted cheap food I would go to Taco Bell. I wanted a delicious platter of nachos! If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Went in for a nice lunch that turned out to be terrible! Waited for over an hour to get our food. When we got it the food was horrible to say the least. We both ate a couple of bites and couldn't stand to eat more. Other tables were sending food back and complaining as well. The waitress was nice enough to comp the entire meal and felt badly. The bartender was working over time and getting drinks out extremely fast with a good attitude. I honestly felt terrible for him. I love this place! We have been going here since we moved to Bend. We really love the new location, there is more parking available and the restaurant is much larger! My husband and I like to go on the weekends for their brunch and their fabulous Bloody Mary's. Very good place to catch a game, as there are TVs everywhere! Great locally owned and operated business. They make everything from scratch. Best pizza crust in Bend. Prices are fair and no games like downtown and west side places. Staff loves their food and there is always a special or good new beer on tap every day. Happy hour is gone but they hired staff laid off by other places due to Kate-vid. We've been contemplating going to Pour House Grill for a long time now and usually just find ourself on the other side of town or something else sounds more appealing. Well we finally found it convenient on Sat evening. I had buffalo Mac and Cheese and my fiancé had a cheese burger. Both were very disappointing and over cooked and just overall unappealing. The service brought it from a 1 star to a 2 star as she was doing her best. It was pretty empty when we were there so I'm thinking this is pretty normal based on what I saw around on a couple other tables. SAVE YOUR MONEY. this is how my $18 club sandwich came. absolutely hideous and thrown together, the bun is a single slice of sourdough cut in half and it's soggy. hot avocado ??? i didn't even take a bite because i was so visually repulsed, and even if i had wanted to i would have no way to because the bread has already disintegrated in the time it's taken me to write this. my boyfriends $20 cheesesteak is foul. less horrifying to look at, but it tastes like someone threw unseasoned ground beef, bell peppers, jalapeños and cheese wiz into a bun and ran it under the sink. his clam chowder was flavorless, runny and the potatoes were hard. i'm not sure if there are actual infants running this place but i am offended how low their standards are for their customers. our order was $44.00 for two sandwiches that are going straight into the garbage right now read more

Some serious beer selection on tap and great flight prices. The burger selection was great and reflected the pub style atmosphere you'd expect/want at a place lie this. During happy hour I ordered their loaded fries with pulled pork, cheese, onions, and all kinds of goodies. Only $7, I expcted a small single person portion. Nope. Way to big to finish. Wow. Flavor was all okay. Nothing outstanding. I got a hot do, loaded with tomatoes, saurkraut, pickle, and sweet relish,it was fantastic. Not often I order a hot dog, but I'm glad i did. My dad ordered a ruben and destoryed the whole thing. I didn't get to try it but he said it was amazing. Service was top notch too. There are SO many TVs here it's distracting. All in all the food was good for a pub type of spot, nothing to rock your socks, but a flight, happy hour appetizer, sandwich and hot dog were only $37. So a win there. read more

I really expected more from this place. TL;DR Expensive for what you get, bland food, same/similar beer selection to most other places in town. Will not return. The food was just so meh. We had the pulled pork sandwich, buffalo wings, and a French dip. Pulled pork was dry and so was the French dip. Its pretty apparent that all the food had been frozen. It was also pretty clear that they didn't really make any of it in house. Id take off another star, but its bar food. However, there are other places in town that have great bar food. 5 stars for the service as waitress was very gracious when I asked to return the BBQ rib tips. They turned out to be very tough, so tough that I couldn't cut them with a knife. I traded that meal for a chicken salad on chibata for $15 (rather pricey). This was tasty, small portion of chicken salad, but good. Honey had the special: sliced beef brisket sandwich for $10. Brisket was ok, had better, had worse. We both liked the fries. I thought the cole slaw was dry. I've enjoyed cole slaw before but not this time. Judging by the previous reviews I'd say that neither management nor the cook care about the quality of food that they serve. I won't be returning. read more
