This place has a wide variety of craft/local beer to choose from, and even though it was quiet on a Sunday night, it has a vibe that let's you know this place rocks out on the weekend! Creative menu choices-- even the Kids menu is pretty sophisticated. Hot wings on the kids menu! Pulled pork tacos- amazing! Burgers galore, and mac and cheese that we definitely must try next time! From the minute we walked in, the Woman clearing the tables invited us to sit wherever we wanted. Our server,was helpful and welcoming, as was Paul, who spoke with us about the local happenings here in Bend, as well as making excellent beer suggestions! We truly felt as welcome as old friends! My husband loves tator tots! We will come here for burgers and beers, just so he can order "tator tots." He always asks for them whether ordering Burgers or Fish and chips, I mean "Fish and Tator tots." In general this restaurant offers good beer and decent pub food. Wait staff are attentive and friendly. This is an easy going half sports bar / half restaurant with tables. Burgers are $10-15, Fish and Chips $16 - consistent with prices in Bend. Edited 2/27: Craving the brisket and couldn't wait to get back in. Went for happy hour and alas, brisket no longer on menu. Tri-tip is new replacement - eh. So disappointed. Plus they were out of ribs and happy hour wasn't even over. SMH Deducted a star. Decided to hold off on going due to the previous Yelp reviews. Gave it a shot the other night and I was not disappointed! I had the brisket plate and the wife had the half rack of St. Louis ribs. The brisket was off the hook. Tender, smokey and just the right amount of char. The ribs were also excellent. Moist, tender and juicy. I think Pour House just took over Baldy's as my favorite bbq! The beans were above average but the coleslaw was mediocre. I'll definitely be back, especially since it's on my side of town! read more

Absolute joke service. We had a small group of 4 of us wanting to have lunch at around 1:30pm on a Saturday (6/11/22)... Before the rest of our group came, my sister and I walked into a full restaurant of customers, but there was no one waiting for a table. The waitress informed us there will be no tables available for us... Not a word about waiting for a table or how long of a wait it would be... And no explanation, no apology, and just not giving a dang really... They suggested we go down the road a ways to Southside Pub, which we did and man, what a difference! The waitress there was awesome, she was the opposite of what we had dealt with at Pour House... VERY welcoming & sweet, took our drink orders and had them at our table super quick. My sister really wanted to see the Belmont Horse race, so the waitress put one of the TVs onto that for us right away... So sweet of her! The food at Southside was awesome too. I was actually quite pleased that the Pour House was so stuck up... I have plenty of family in Bend who I've told about this, and we went to a party right after so we also told everyone there about our experience at Pour House. But I will say at least they suggested a place MUCH better than their own, so I gotta give them credit for that at least! read more

We have been trying this place for 5 years....and the only word that comes to mind is inconsistent. Sometimes it's amazing food, sometimes it really sucks. We always order the same food. Drinks are consistent, and it's nice inside after the remodel...... we live on the south end of town so it's really convenient...... but you roll the dice every time you eat here. read more

So we went here by accident. The hubby and I were on a mission for cajun cuisine. Our map took us here. Turns out, the address used to be the home of Fat Tuesday. Nonetheless, we opted to give it a try. The staff was great and friendly (so far so good). The strawberry jalepeno margarita was delicious! We ordered wings as an appetizer. I didn't realize it was smoked (not a fan) then dredged with the desired choice. The smoked chicken worked best with buffalo. We also had the mango habanero which was not impressive. the wings were cold on the inside. My husband's goat-like stomach helped him push through ... mine did not. Our main dishes?? The southwest burger and the pesto chicken mac felt right. It was only but a moment that feeling stayed once we began eating. The burger (although listed as cooked medium), they forgot to mention it was only for 1/2 of the burger. The hubby ended up leaving the rest because it was trying to escape, I mean, it was still bloody. Fresh to anotha level ... What?! What?! The pesto chicken was piping hot and came with a bowl full of cheesy goodness. The presentation was great, sadly, the dish itself fell short. I added salt hoping that would help but no such luck. Very Disappointed! Service was sub par. Food was mediocre. And the ambiance was LOUD. There are a lot of great places to eat and spend your money in Bend. I would not recommend this place. The server was not attentive. The only time she visited our table was when she was trying to take our money, when we hadn't even placed our payment at the edge of the table, but reached across two people to try to take it before we were ready to pay. The food was below average. If you are looking for large screen tv or lots of tv and don't care about food or service this is your place. My family and I have a vacation house in Sunriver and we are constantly going into Bend to eat. We decided to visit the Pour House Grill for lunch after it was recommended to us by a friend. We had heard that the macaroni and cheese they served was delicious, which is what I was hoping to order, and my little brother wanted pizza. We quickly learned that the signature macaroni and cheese was only served at dinner which was disappointing so I ordered the soup of the day and grilled cheese. My little brother ended up ordering a kids pepperoni pizza. The food was average, nothing special. The kids pizza however was extremely over priced($10!) for a 4in pizza. We probably won't go back because it wasn't a super amazing place to eat but we also didn't dislike it. Overall it was OK. read more

I have visited 3 times here only because its on the south end of bend and others wanted to try it. I warned them. Pizza tasted like mold on the first visit... they didnt care... pork stuffed jalapeño poppers gave me food poisoning. The third time i just went i only drank but i just listened to my friend barfing the last 6 hours from the jalapeño poppers she ate stuffed with pork... i warned my friends.. she called and told the staff and they literally did not care. Denied the dairy is kept with the meat and not cooked to temp... this place is ran by children who dont care if your vacation is ruined by vomit! Will never go back again! Wow!!! I have never had an experience like the one we had here. After driving 8 hrs to a wedding weekend in Bend and getting checked in to our hotel, we decided to walk over to this place for dinner. It was about 6:30-7pm-ish. We were seated by the back exit door that leads to the patIo, While waiting for our meal, a female walks in from the empty patio, obviously very drunk or on something, goes to the bar and gets a drink, and walks back out, shortly after, a male with a beer goes out the same door to the patio. No less than 10 minutes later, these two apparently thought they were in the privacy of their own home, actually, I'm not even sure they knew each other prior to that meeting in the patio, and proceeded to get very touchy/freely with each other. No big deal, I'm not a prude, however, within minutes of the kissing starting, he literally sat her up on the counter top and proceeded to sexually manipulate her with his hands, and before we could get over the shock of that, the server come to bring us our meal, at which point, we glance out the window while asking the server to to go out and address this, we all look out the glass door and he was literally performing oral sex on her, all while she is sitting on the countertop!!! The server was just as shocked as we were, she went out and said something to them, I'm not sure what she said to them, we could not hear, but he simply raised his head, and they just stood there. We felt bad for our female server who felt bad and was so embarrassed, but went out and immediately and said something to them!! As soon as the server left...............THEY CONTINUED RIGHT WHERE THEY LEFT OFF BEFORE THEY WERE INTERRUPTED!!!!!!! I went to look for a staff member only to find them huddled together laughing about the situation! I told them they needed to do something, that was disgustingly unacceptable, there were other people there, as well as a little girl. As two male staffers headed out to the patio, one of them said: "What are we supposed to do?" What??? Are you serious?? Those two should have been told to leave when they were confronted the first time!!! But they were allowed to stay!! Then were were told by another staffer: "Im so sorry, he was just in here yesterday with his business coworker having a business meeting and he was fine, I dont know why he did this?" What?? He's a regular and you guys know him??? As a manager or business owner, I would have called to police and demanded that they leave the property immediately!! The final straw was they were allowed to finish their drink, the female then left out the patio through a gate, while the familiar male was allowed to come inside to pay his bill, while carrying 3 empty beer glasses and saying goodbye to several people before he left out the front door!!! But wait......... it gets better.............After her nasty bottom was on the counter top, with his fingers and face all up in it, not one staffer went out to clean or disinfect the counter top, he carried in his bill with the same nasty hands and handed it to the bartender for processing!!! I've tried the pour house before they moved locations and wasn't impressed but decided to give it another shot and see if they improved. I ordered the nachos for pickup. Now when I read the menu it said melted three cheese blend, not 7- 11 cheese substitute. The menu also stated that there would be fresh tomatoes and green onion which there was none to be found. Last but not least the chicken was either from a bag in the freezer or had been sitting out since lunch. I wouldn't have been so disappointed if this was a 7- 9 dollar item but when I pay 15 bucks for a plate of inedible trash I have to speak up and help another soul from making the same mistake as me. read more

Not sure why there's a number of poor reviews here. We've been coming here before it became Pour House and it wasn't great back then. Since Pour House took over, the drinks have been good, food is decent, and servers are always friendly to us and our friends. Either we're just very lucky or people (writing bad reviews) were either unlucky or perhaps have personal motives for their reviews?? Regardless, our daughters love the Naughty Bites and salads here too. It's worth a visit IMHO. read more

When they opened this 2nd location, the menu and food were a big improvement over the bar menu from the original location. Great fish tacos, crazy "adult" grilled cheese, pulled pork bbq pizza, etc., Some good quality, imaginative dishes that didnt leave you feeling hungry or broke when getting up from your table. I hadn't been in for several months and was craving their fish and chips. We walked in around 8PM and the place was almost empty. They are usually pretty steady until close, so this should have been my first clue that something was wrong. We sat down and were handed new menus with many of the more unique, tastier choices missing. That was the second clue, but I was hungry and they still had my fish and chips on the menu, so what the hell. Even though they were $15 dollars, it was four large pieces of battered cod on a mound of fries. So good! Our food came out and finally I realized why they didn't have any customers. Instead of an awesome plate of fish and chips, I was handed a small plate of fries with four small fish strips that seemed to be coated in corn dog batter or something. The only thing that hadn't changed was the price - $15 for what was basically a cheap appetizer. Everyone else's dinner had gone through the same downgrade - smaller portions, blander ingredients and cheaper quality food. I think the plan is to go back to cheaper bar food and keep charging restaurant prices. The waitress said they were getting new menus (again). I wasn't really clear if that was good or bad. I usually don't bag on local spots, but the (new?) owners are obviously taking advantage of their customers. read more
