First of all, I wanna shout out my CSR. He was really professional and really nice cool dude. I'm giving three stars here because the flavors just didn't deliver. I was initially very hungry when I first got here so I gobbled these wings down. The blue cheese is bland. It was really the highlight of why we chose the place. I don't want this to ruin anyone else's experience. This is my own. I do believe that the wings are not bad at all. It's just that they could be better. I got the wings to go, but I didn't get a peek inside and it looks like a nice place to sit down and eat. Nice TVs somber music... newer building. I would say that the wings are about a 7.5 out of 10 . My bias comes from being from the southeast. The food is just a little different a lot more flavor packed, but I would probably come back again if I were in the mood for wings. _- I should've started with the pros, but if you've read this far, the pros were the wings do come out fresh, they taste juicy, and that is always a big Turn on. No one likes the taste of processed wings. The other pro is the flavor is generally not awful. It's moderately good. So. Give them a shot :) -- If I were going to elevate this dish, I would pair it with a 10 year blue cheese with more crumbles, and add a little bit of more Parmesan cheese to the garlic and Parmesan flavor. read more

Best chicken waffles I've had in Bend so far! Fried chicken was crispy, moist, and tender while the waffle was soft and fluffy. I loved how easy it was to slice through the meat and waffles. Syrup has just the right amount of sweetness. Service was quick and friendly. Will be coming back to try out more of their southern flare. read more

We loved going to Tradesman in the Pahlesch building. They had a small menu but everything was good and reasonably priced. For the past few months every time we tried to go there it was closed. We hit the right day once and the waitress seemed surprised that we thought they'd been closed. We would sometimes drive up and both the open and closed signs would be in the window. We saw a sign saying that they were under new management, but there was still no one there when we tried a couple more times. Anyone know what's up? read more

Hands down, BEST WINGS IN BEND. Sure they have other food too, and everything from the fried chicken to the salads and especially the firecracker shrimp is good. But the wings will keep you coming back. Big and saucy but crispy under the sauce, the Mango Habenero and medium Buffalo are my goto flavors, but the garlic parm and lemon pepper are close second. Small little hole in the wall, always clean and super friendly staff that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Full bar, a solid tap list, plus espresso. Tried to call mailbox was full. Ordered a burger and some boneless wings. Burger was sub par but the boneless wings were inedible . They were overcooked and resembled fried hooves tough and couldn't chew. Will not be returning unfortunately. Also very pricey. read more

The food is provided by NW Wing Shop previously a food truck at Spoken which is great. The food is great, the beer is great, and the service is great. What more could you ask for? This place is amazing. It is tucked away in the old mall district but worth going to. The ambiance has a nice sports bar type vibe with a little hint of coffee house. I like the southern-style menu and could have ordered anything but we got the Po Boy Shrimp and Catfish sandwiches. They were cooked to order and simply mouth watering and on point with the right combination of spice and flavor. They did not skimp on the sandwich size and feel we got enough for leftovers. We got the coleslaw which was made fresh and a nice compliment to our sandwiches. It had a nice tang. They have a nice little bar with local beers and spirits. You can tell that the owner Mike put a lot of thought into the decor and menu and it shows. This is a hidden gem that will hopefully become a local favorite for the town. Went here tonight on a whim. Our server, Christian was the best. So personable, friendly and professional. Since this was his first week working, if he couldn't answer a question, he told us he'd find the answer. He always did. We started off with an IPA (for me) and a Pinot noir for my friend and the fried cauliflower ( they were lightly breaded and cooked just right) Then my friend got the carnitas burger which she said was wonderful, tender and flavorful. I got the HH wing special. I couldn't decide on what flavor to get so Christian worked his magic snd got me 7 wings in 3 different flavors to try. I tried lemon pepper - good but too much seasoning for my taste, garlic Parmesan- good but swimming in the sauce. And teriyaki which was the best of the three. We both got side salads which was fresh and excellent. The price was right, food and drinks were great and Christian was excellent. A hidden gem right behind the old mill walking distance.
