This bike repair shop is amazing! This is based off two…read morevisits. Customer service is professional, efficient, and above and beyond. First time, I went in the lady pointed out that I assembled the front tire incorrectly. Instead of trying to charge me she told me all I have to do is reverse the tire. I took it home and fixed the issue my self without paying for a service fee. Second time, a man assessed my daughters and fixed the brakes at that moment. He recommended a service check, because he saw a lot of errors with assembly/safety. Also, gave me a lesson with basics that I should have thought of before purchasing an e-bike for my kids. Both workers were extremely professional, helpful, and I felt like they actual cared about helping me out. They really emphasized safety and basic knowledge about e-bikes.
