Needed Fax service [Roseville CA]…read more I needed to use a fax service and I don't have access to a fax machine from my work since I am currently on leave of absence and I didn't own one at home. I called around our local postal stores and home office supply stores. Office Depot seemed to be the most reasonably priced. I had 3 pages to fax and an employee helped me through the process. He was very nice and patient. Rate was reasonable. First page was free and $2 thereafter. Other employees in the store I came in contact with were also nice and greeted me. The Fax machines were in the same area as the TSA Precheck enrollment/renewal service. Overall satisfied with the experience. It's very rare I visit an office supply store. From my experience, looking for items can be frustrating. In here they actually go with you and show you where to find them. Anyway, this review is about our experience (wife and I). We came here for an appointment for tsa pre check. This is one of the location. Prior to coming here, I booked a reservation time slot (or so I thought for me) at 11:10am for me and my wife. Unfortunately my appointment didn't go through on line and I have to come back the following business day. The gentleman that was helping us, was very patient and calm. His iPad/table keeps crashing but still he was calm. Lol if that was me I would've have given up and probably smash the tablet. If you ever want to apply for tsa pre check, you can visit tsa site and get information on several places that process them. They accept walk-ins but really recommend to reserve a time slot on line.

I called one in because it was not working and it took them 2 to 3 weeks to even come out. When I called them to inquire about where they were the tech tells me that "he thought someone else came out to do it already". Ok, That's frustrating... Then, he comes out and says it cannot be repaired and it will need to be removed from contract. No replacement. Just a broken printer... ? We ended up just fixing the printer our self. This company takes advantage of people. The fix was a simple google search and an update of the firmware.

I can tell you that the service that this company gives is not just professional, but personable - like I matter despite the fact that I'm just a small company. That's hard to find today. Their service person named Nathan came to my home office this morning, on time, and checked out the problem. He did a thorough review of my setup and confirmed what I told him. Then he gave me solid advice about the problem and what we should do. I wasn't upsold on anything I didn't need and was given direction about how to fix the problem to move forward. He gave me associated costs for the solution(s) he recommended so I could make a decision during the visit. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their services.
