3,000 for an attic install. No warranty response. Seems the crew was underpaid and did not care. Do not trust the sales rep you see!!!!!!

Wayyyyyy overpriced and terrible response to issues. Sales reps was pushy and over promised. Do not let them do work for you!!!!

great windows and service. highly recommend this company. Very happy with the experience.

Window with foggy residue between panes. Power refuses to honor their warranty.

This company will not honor their warranty on work and materials. I had new windows installed eight years ago. The seal failed on one of them and they replaced it without question. Another seal failed, and I was told that the lifetime warranty on materials and labor is has "changed" without my knowledge, and I would need to pay for a replacement. This company LIES and does not deserve your business.

Down tarps when they cut the vinyl pieces or hammered out the old soffit.

This has been an absolute nightmare! We had scheduled an installation for the 27th and 28th of May for facia, soffit, and gutters. $23,000 to do the whole house. They showed up on the morning of the 27th and proceeded to trash our yard and trample our landscaping. Called right away to get a supervisor out. No one would come out. We sent them the pictures of the damage as they requested. Tried getting a supervisor to call us back. No callback. Finally called their headquarters customer service and have been making calls to them repeatedly for the last 19 days!. Three times they have told us when they would come out and three times they have not showed up and did not notify us they wouldn't be able to come. We have made seven calls to the central customer service. Every time they Tell us that Chad will be contacting us. Chad does not contact us. We tried calling Chad directly. He does not answer his phone. We text Chad he does not reply. When they finally did come out on June 6 we said we needed proof that they had replaced the rotten wood. The crew showed Chad pictures of the lumber they replaced. We saw those pictures. It does not look like 40 foot of lumber that we paid for. It looked like scraps left over from a different job and not 40 foot. Chad reimbursed us for the cost of lumber. Then they.said they were finished, Chad had me sign a bunch of things on my phone. We thought the job was done. That night we noticed they missed the corner of the house. Nothing was up there so we texted Chad. No reply. We called Chad, no reply and then Monday the 8th we got rain. One gutter didn't work. The water was pouring down behind it. One of the downspouts was leaking. The corner of house where they failed to put up any gutters at all, was pouring rain down into the yard. Again we tried contacting Chad. Again they said they would be out the 13th. On the 11th Chad texted to confirm. On the 12th he texted to confirm. On the 13th nobody showed up. We have gotten 11 different people to apologize some of them more than once. We have been told they would be out three different times and all three times they stood us up. That is an outrageous amount of disrespect for Customers. The company claims to be high-end. They charge high-end prices. They do not do high-end installations. At this point we want the job finished, we want it done right, and we believe we are entitled to at least a partial refund of the $22,000 they took. I have posted some photos below. I also have two videos of the gutter, not installed properly and the drain pipe leaking that are not included here.

We had an absolutely terrible experience with Power Remodeling. My husband scheduled what was supposed to be a "free estimate" after speaking with a representative named Alfonso. Instead, we ended up with a sales representative (Tara) who turned the visit into an hours-long, extremely pushy sales pitch. She would not take "no" for an answer, ignored my repeated requests to wrap things up, and even told me she would wait at my dining room table until my husband (who had excused himself to take a shower to escape the presentation) came back. I had to firmly ask her to leave multiple times before she finally left -- it was incredibly stressful and completely unprofessional. No homeowner should feel pressured or trapped in their own home by a salesperson. This experience has ensured that we will never purchase from this company, and we will warn others to avoid them as well. I am reporting this incident to the BBB, Google and other consumer complaint platforms so that other families are aware of these aggressive tactics.

The salesmen have zero integrity. They lied to us multiple times. And when we tried to use the warranty, their customer service is terrible.

They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

I really appreciated everything Ben Willows with Austin Roofing Company & Water Damage did for my…read moreroof replacement. What started as raccoon damage ended up turning into a full roof replacement--something I had been putting off for a while. Ben took the time to walk me through every step in detail, including how the insurance process works. That alone can be stressful, but he made it much easier to navigate and gave me peace of mind throughout the process. He was professional, responsive, and communicative from start to finish. There are plenty of roofing companies out there offering similar services, but I truly felt that Ben and his team provided the best value without compromising on quality. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work.

I recently had 21st Century repaint the exterior of my house. You can find that review here as…read morewell. I'm writing a new one because this is a different project. After they finished painting my house, a few weeks later after heavy rains I noticed a stain on the ceiling of a guest bedroom. I knew immediately it was the long nagging problem of the "dead valley" along my roof. The house was designed and built according to the architect's drawings to have the roof of the first floor bedroom run into the siding of the house. It was a short "run" and rainfall should go quickly into the gutters. But, this was built under a big, old oak tree and for many years, I've had leaves and twigs built up, damming up the water. If I can remember it, I have to get up on a ladder with a rake and rake the leaves away from where the shingles meet the siding. After one major hailstorm, I had the roof replaced and when they replacing it, I asked them to build something to reduce the leave/branch damming. They did build it, but apparently not big enough. It lasted probably 14-15 years until this recent Spring. Since I had a good experience with 21st Century, I called them out to give me a bid on repairing what was probably rotted trim and exposed flashing and other rot elsewhere. And while they were at it, I asked them to build me a better diverter away from the siding. They came out and took care of it in a day. The guy was there from 8:30 to 5:00, taking a break for lunch, but got it done. Since they were also the painters, they asked me for the leftover paint they left for me (for touch-up) that came in handy as they had to replace the rotten trim and as it turned out a section of the roof decking. Attached are the pictures they took for the bid and then afterwards when they were complete. They were detailed enough to ask me first, "hey, this diversion we're putting in is a lighter grey then your shingles. Are you okay with that? We can go back and get darker materials". I said that was fine. No one can see that part of the roof and so it was trivial to me. The only negative thing from the painting and the roofing experience is so minor it's not worth taking away a star is that there will be a gap between when you sign and return the contract and they contact you about scheduling the actual work. In both cases, I had to drop them a line to remind them I was in the queue. Being a service that can't work when it's raining, I can understand that they have days where scheduled work is delayed and that causes a snowball effect of delays.
