I took my 2003 BMW in last Friday and they found the leak, fixed it, and even cleaned the engine like if it was a brand new car. Went in for an oil change, came out spending $350. It seems my car needed a gasket changed. A couple of days later, my car starts making a "rumbling" noise when I start it up AND it's leaking oil. Take it back a week later at 9am just to find out at 1pm that the mechanic doesn't have time to get to my car. Took it back today, and now it seems the "rumbling" noise is because the transmission is leaking! WTF! I went in for a simple oil change and now he wants another $450 to fix something that was not a problem before I took it to this place! I'm driving away from South Bay Auto Repair as fast as I can.
