My experience at JRF Collision Center has been nothing but extraordinary. I appreciate the entire staff and all the work that went into my vehicle. Communication was a key factor in the process. Here are some of my personal pictures.   It all started with a phone call to the office and my first bit of communication was with Jake. After shopping around for other quotes, Jake instilled a sense of trust and reassurance that no job was too big or small for them. He provided an email address where I sent over pictures of my damages and later on replied with a quote after the damages were evaluated by the Estimator. Thank you, Jake.   No matter how many times I called or emailed, the answer was never "No" but more along the lines of "we are here for you." Bianca is such a patient person and I knew my thousands of questions annoyed her but she never made me feel terrible about it. She is a woman of her words; every time she said she will call me back, she always did. Thank you, Bianca.   The morning I dropped of my vehicle, I met an enthusiastic young man named Angel who made me comfortable leaving my vehicle with complete strangers for a few days. He was helping out while his other coworkers arrived. He showed me his vehicle and the projects he had done. We also walked around my vehicle and I told him what I had planned. We chatted a bit more until it was time for me to leave for work. Thank you, Angel.   While at work, Bianca called and asked a few clarifying questions before they touched anything on the car. When my bumper was removed, additional damage was found and they called me right away and sent pictures to show me. The communication was evidence of superior customer service. I am completely blown away by JRF Collision Center's customer service! In efforts to spend locally due to COVID, I went on a drive around my neighborhood for a quote to replace a bracket that broke on the front right side of my 2011 Toyota Corolla. I mentioned to Brandon I've gotten a wide range of quotes via Yelp's Project message blast between $40 - $270 (the later from business owner of Japanese Auto Repair Center in Torrance), and he said if he didn't need to take the bumper off it would cost ~$25 and ~$100 something if the bumper did need to be taken off. In any case, he had his guy replace it in less than 10 mins, and when I was getting ready to pay, he wouldn't take a payment! Thank you soo much, Brandon! JRF Collision Center was recommended to me after I experienced a minor accident. I am so grateful that what started as a horrible accident ended in meeting good people. I went on JRF Collision Center's website and emailed them requesting a quote. To my surprise, I received an email back within just a few minutes! They requested some general information and some pictures of the damaged area of my car. I received a quote minutes later (which was considerably reasonable) and they recommended that I bring in my car just to make sure that the correct part was being ordered. Lucky for me, they are located just a few minutes away. Brandon made the entire process seamless and easy. My vehicle had a deep, denting scratch on the passenger door and chips in both front door moldings. The paint was peeling from the driver's side mirror. I live almost 400 miles away but would be on vacation in this area and out of state, and not needing my car for several days. I contacted JRF Collision Center in Bellflower because they have a FIVE STAR RATING on Yelp. They are the only ones I called, and their rating was the entire reason I selected them. Six weeks ago, BRANDON wrote me an estimate for the work at a very fair price. I dropped off my car a week ago, and DANNY, the owner, revised the estimate, but included more work for less than $100 more. They managed to find new, replacement moldings that were discontinued and seemingly no one could get. The parts were in the shop, based upon our agreement when I got the estimate weeks before. I picked up my vehicle today, and even more work was done on the car, including the back door moldings! It looks FABULOUS! Not easy for a car with over 197,000 miles on it. I have tried hard to keep it well-maintained and pretty, so this work was very important to me. Don't bother calling anyone else. Make this your first and only call. This family-owned business has been around for 45 years and three generations, and they are kind, helpful, compassionate people. Elite Restoration & JRF Auto Collision is the best!!! Oh my gosh! Thank you is not enough to say to Danny and Dave for helping this woman in distress. My story starts early morning, on my way to work, I stopped at a gas station for coffee and gas. After filling up, I went to start my car when all I heard was click! click! Of course I started checking to see if I was in gear, etc but everything seemed to be in place. Thinking I should look under the hood, I grabbed the door handle to open the door and it wouldn't let me out. My electric locks were stuck. I started to panic a little and kept trying til eventually my locks released so I was able to get out of my car. I was on my way to get my oil changed because a Code 82 was showing on my dash. I thought did I read the code wrong? Was this more serious than I thought? I panicked and called the first person I thought to call...Danny, I am sure am glad I did. Without hesitation, Danny asked me where I was and came to my rescue. He arrived with Dave who tested my car and discovered I needed a new battery. They also assured me that I still had miles to go before I needed an oil change and reset my alert. Danny even gave me the name of good mechanic he recommends and offered to find a battery for me. I was rear ended on the freeway and was pretty upset because I had just bought my new car (it was a 2019 Chevy Blazer) so I called George Chevrolet to see who they use for their repairs and they referred me to JRF. I spoke with Brandon, got a quote and the insurance handled the rest. They repaired the whole back part of my car and made it look brand new. I picked up my car and was only missing an AWD badge. They said they'd contact me when it got in but it hasn't come in yet. Only complaint is that I've been waiting for about 2-3 weeks for it to come in. I called George Chevrolet to try to order my own and they told me they've been back ordered for that specific badge for 2-3 weeks so it's not JRF's fault for the delay. I got in to a minor fender bender a few months ago and needed to get my bumper replaced. I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla and I happen to hit a big truck so thankfully the damage was only on my end. I visited 2 body shops prior to coming to JRF and they both quoted me over $900. It seemed a bit excessive to me being that my car is worth about $3,500-$4,000. I found JRF on yelp and paid them a visit. Brandon saw the damage and quoted me a very fair price. Dealing with these guys was super quick and easy. When I first was told he said he do it for one price then it was more . I recently bought a new car and about 1 month in of owning it, someone decided to bash my window in and in turn, do quite a bit of damage to my vehicle. This is on an experience I had nearly 4 years ago. I had an accident and the front end of my truck was completely thrashed. They were able to quote me within the fixable range of my insurance, so they were able to take care of the damages. When I picked my truck up a few of the other dings were taken care of as well. Highly recommend this place! My experience getting my car fixed was excellent. I received an estimate the minute I walked into their office and both Brandon and Bianka were very helpful. I was told they would order the part for my car and would call me when it arrived, in about 2 or 3 days they already had the part and fix my car in less that 24 hours. Even thought the work done was not major, it was the customer service I received that I am most pleased with. Bianka was in constant communication with me to let me know updates and after having a really bad experience with the previous auto shop I was hoping not to experience that again. I LOVE this place! I came to JRFs after my car was hit by my apartment gate and needed some minor repairs. Upon arrival at the repair shop, I was greeted by a friendly guy who I later learned was the owner, Danny. His staff not only removed the scratches from my car, they went above and beyond by removing the oxidation from my headlights (with no charge!!!!). He did such a great job on my car that sat there in shock for a few moments! To be honest, the repairs were made to my car today and I was so excited that I just had to yelp about it! The owner is very knowledgeable, honest and humble. His business is one of the few body shops who's willing to do a superb job while keeping the customer's best interest in mind. Accidents are never fun and oftentimes finding a collision repair shop can be a daunting task.
