    Funnel Cake

This place is a Jam! Me and my nephew loved it! The funnel cake was splendid and my nephew says the hot dog was 9/10 he says it needed it a bit more cooked The games were splendid! They had everything from rides to laser tag! It was pretty loud becuase of the arcade games and it was pretty packed.

We had a Birthday Party, The Party room is really small but the lady that help was really good so we tipped her well. We had plenty of food. But that's the only good part. More than half the games are broken, go carts not running no tilt a wheel nobody in ticket stand. We really paid a lot of money and more than half our party kids left early because all the loitering. People standing everywhere in the way not paying any money very rude. I feel bad for the staff they are very overwhelmed. I don't see this place staying open much longer which is sad. I will be contacting corporate for a partial refund!!!

Entertainment center that has more mature games than Chuck E Cheese and has a better price point overall than Dave & Busters if you go during Power Play's special "3 hours for $15.00". A price that is hard to beat. Majority of the indoor attractions and arcade games are for $15.00 for 3 hours. You will definitely get your money's worth from the high end games such as Dance Dance Revolution, Pump it Up, Guitar Hero, or the little ones may enjoy trying to beat the timer in a 007-don't-touch-the-laser game. Looking at most, if not all; the other reviews are based on the "teenager" employees. Didn't really have any interactions with any staff other than the purchase of the card and it's not like they have staff kicking people out once you've been there for three hours. I really can't say too much about staff interaction, but for $15.00 and for us keeping our interaction to a minimum - it definitely warrants a five star review.

Many games broken but not labeled as broken big ball drops and many others very disappointing. More broken stuff such as bowling ball never came back and Just most games not working right waste of money do not come here. Then the prize area did not have stuff priced and next to cheaper stuff making kids think it is within their prize range to be 400 for example see pictures.

Entertainment center offering video games, rides, skee ball, outdoor go karts, zip lining and sand volleyball. My 14-year-old son loves coming for the go karts and he indeed had a great time with an empty track. The 2nd floor observation deck is totally uncovered. I am guessing when it's July/August, spectators roast like a rotisserie chicken. It really needs an awning or cover. There are a few deck chairs near the railing but otherwise not much up there. There is a snack bar and buffet though we've only gotten drinks at the snack bar. The odd thing is the snack bar only takes credit cards or PowerPlay cards. I imagine it keeps theft down but it's a hassle for the customer. For some reason, the tile in the food area is always sticky, even at opening when we arrived. We noticed some uncovered wiring on the stairs leading to the observation deck but they did remember to put required fire extinguishers on the go kart track. It's an ok place but could be so much cleaner and welcoming with a few touches.

I would have given my rating more stars but I was highly disappointed with the service by the buffet. After paying for the buffet, that was delicious, it was 9:30p and the cashier said they closed in 30 min. At 9:37p the staff began to pack up the buffet while we were still eating!!!! I asked the cashier why would she sale us a buffet and they are putting up the food. She replied that they are only packing up to make it easier to clean once the buffet was closed. It is not very accommodating to the guest and seemed very rude. Our experience is more important than your conviene. They were able to clean up in record time but I felt rushed and was unable to fully enjoy their buffet. At 9:50p the staff worked asked if I was doneSHAMELESS!!!On the up side the buffet was only $6! There are a lot of cool things at this place that Shawnee does not have.

    Mid afternoon and fresh buffet!

This last visit was much improved over many prior visits. The buffet was full and very fresh and they finally brought back the soft serve machine! I don't know if they've gotten better at rotating movies in the movie room because there was a special event going on there. I hope that the positive things I mentioned above are the new normal and not just due to the event.

No tongs everyone just dug around for wanted they wanted no telling where else they dug around before dessert. Unsanitary!!

We went here last minute for my 4 year olds birthday and told friends to just meet us there. They ( the staff) hounded not only us but our guests as well that they could not bring in gifts because "we" did not purchase a birthday package. So every single guest that showed up for us they proclaimed to them that we didn't purchase a bday package. Rude and inappropriate. My 4 year old witnessed this each and every time. No sign anywhere and on website it says nothing about gifts not allowed and you didn't have any room for bday package reservations just totally non compromising for people dropping hard earned money at your facility. Let's also keep in mind to the right of the front desk at the bistro tables there was a table of people who had gifts and opened them. When I ran to inform the clerk she was suddenly visually impaired. The whole visit I watched as people floated through the front door all over the facility delivering and opening gifts, not purchasing a thing!! Guess it was just me Let's also keep in mind though that we spent over $300 in adult and children buffets and attractions for 12+ people. The food was okay but I'm comparing to Shawnee . They do need to add more items to the buffet it's obvious the empty spaces where food could be. One horrifically unsanitary thing...at the dessert bar there were no tongs nothing!! People were digging in the dessert and who knows where else. Also they weren't many people eating but dirty dishes lingered longer than 30 minutes after guests had gone. Also the food didn't come out in a timely fashion it's like they waited until a pan was totally empty to begin cooking some more. The staff did seem like they would rather be elsewhere as well. The points are silly like instead of 13 points its 12.5, c'mon marketing desperation! Some of the games were not working either. Hope the kids don't ask - because I won't be back if I have anything to do with it. I'd rather drive way to Shawnee and I live in the Northland than patronize mediocrity, discrimination, and rudeness.

The go-kart racing was fun, and it looks like they run things on a first come, first served basis unless you book a larger group event ahead of time. One downside was that quite a few arcade games were out of service while we were there, which was a little disappointing. Even with some games down, it was still fun trying out several games I hadn't really seen before. I didn't realize they had duckpin bowling, laser tag, VR, a 7D theater/ride experience, and a racing simulator in addition to the go karts. The staff member working near the duckpin bowling area took time to explain the different activities, how the kart racing works, and other things to do around the facility. Overall, we had a fun time and would probably come back on another weekday. Based on other reviews, though, I'm not sure we'd try going on a weekend due to the crowds and congestion people mention.

We were like" what is going on why we are the only two getting pulled back?"...and you see people just gain distance on us. I understand if something bad goes wrong, but why is everyone else getting control and they end up gaining 20 feet and 50 feet and before you know it were trailing have the track... So about halfway into the race, we finally get control back, but at this point, my time is already shot. I can't win even the best time. so what am I doing here? What am I doing this for? At this point, I just gave up. All that money just for this? I am never coming back and you've lost my future business forever. What's funny about all of this? It's just before we were signing up for all the races. We were stoked and I was trying to make plans to come back just as adults for the faster races but if this is what it's gonna be like. I'll pass. What a waste of a place. The game arcade is sweet, but you know what I'll just go to Dave & Buster's because this is just not worth it and I don't wanna support this.

I was the only guy in my session driving the UMP Modified, not that it mattered. I have no actual race experience, other than driving a ton of laps in go-karts, so I was a little nervous. They set the cars up to about 75% race speed, but that's still plenty fast for a beginner driver. Terre Haute was fairly flat, dry and slick, so the back end would kick around pretty easy, but the track is also fairly big. You could hammer the throttle in the straights and really feel the power. I stayed fairly reserved around the corners, and only hung the back end out a little, as I didn't want to spin and potentially hit something, but I think next time, and there will be a next time, I'll be a little more adventurous in the corners. All in all, fun as hell. You drove at your own pace, and were on the track with a few other cars, so the potential to pass was also there. If you want pics and video, it's available, and they don't discourage you taking your own pics, either. Plenty of access to walk around and check things out, too. My son came back while I strapped into the car, and had a good time even though he didn't drive anything. As I mentioned, I'll be back, and hopefully soon.

They cars were pieces of junk and kept breaking down. They didn't have reserve cars. In the training they were encouraging people to purchase extra tickets to ride along with a professional driver. Sad thing is, there weren't professional drivers at all. The cars didn't even fit two people. The two cars, late models did, but we did not see any professional drivers. They were collecting money for something that they knew wasn't going to happen. Save some money and don't buy tickets to this, it's not worth it. June 2026- DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE HANDICAPPED and want to ride coasters…read more So here is my June 2026 review...and I can't wait to update this in a few years. This park has a lot of potential. I can't wait to see what the Enchanted people do to/for it. There were a lot of rides down, like a lot a lot. Someone in the parking lot warned us as they were coming out and we were going in that "more than half the park is closed" and he wasn't wrong, but not being locals these were the two days on our road trip that we could come to this park. A bunch were down for the two days we were there with nothing to indicate they were going to open...Others had opened and closed a few times over the two days. There are walking paths that would have made life on this forty-something year old easier that were blocked off for the train tracks. (I imagine on years when they were better staffed they had someone at these spots to open and close the gates as needed for the train.) These spots would have saved a good amount of time, and some energy. It frustrating to see where you need to get to, but you have to walk pretty far out of the way...and in at least on spot down a steep hill and back up it so you go under the train to get there. The few restrooms I went in seemed clean enough...pretty good actually for an amusement park. The staff I encountered seemed nice enough....but should realize that if someone is getting an ADA pass because they don't get along with stairs, maybe let those people know it's going to be a rough day and elevators may as well not exist in this park. Really, there should be staff at the ride entrances for all of the rides. They should be able to tell you where the ada entrance to the ride is located. (The entrance to the ada isn't always obvious. It's often the exit to the ride, but if you've never done a ride before then you don't know where you're going to come out.) If there was a staff member at the entrance to each ride they could let you know that either the elevator doesn't work, or that you need staff to help you with the elevators? I'm not even sure if all of the elevators needed staff/ a key to operate, or if every one was just broken, but since you couldn't find an employee outside of the stations there was no one to ask, so either you're not riding or stuck figuring out the stairs. (Thank god for my husband and his patience) Long story short, they need to get their act together concerning ada/ride accessibility. They need to staff the park better.
