I spoke with the owner, Lance Damon and his wife Alli. Even though the mower was over two years old, it had a three-year warranty. I had bought the mower from Lowe's, but they no longer carry Troy-Bilt, and there was not a Troy-Bilt Warranty Service Center in Little Rock. Even though, I bought the mower elsewhere, Lance agreed to check it out, and repair it under warranty, if it was covered by warranty. It took a little longer for them to get to it, because their service department was really backed up. When they made me aware that my mower was ready, I was very pleased that my total bill was $.0 (zero) - there was absolutely no charge - all covered under warranty. This is a family run business, operated by many different family members. I quickly realized that they are not clannish, but each of them is united in providing HONEST, friendly, customer service. They handle many brands and types of push mowers, riding mowers and zero turn mowers. I was surprised at their inventory. They also handle other lawn care equipment like trimmers and chainsaws. I was also very impressed with the off the road rugged go-carts and ATVs that they carry. They are really nice folks. It is getting more difficult to find honest family run businesses like this anymore. Thank you, Lance, and Alli, and to all your staff for a very pleasant business experience at your facility.

Alec assisted us expertly and though we were disappointed that free delivery to Hot Springs was no longer offered, we could not be happier with Alec's recommended Glenn Brothers (glennbrothersappliance@yahoo.com) to deliver and install both. Over 40 years of having delivery/install staff in our homes across the United States, Nathan and Josh Glenn were absolutely the best we have ever experienced. They were knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy, friendly, respectful, and very careful to protect our home. They even repaired a faucet fixture attachment with the counter at no extra charge. When you have a choice, insist that they deliver your purchases.

If it needed purging it would take all day to slowly purge it. We called an LP place nearby, Ricks. He laughed off the comments camping world made and said being it in. 20 minutes later, we pulled in. 2 employees came out their cars (looked like they were leaving) and asked what we needed. They sent me inside and the man I spoke to on the phone took a look and we had a loose/unscrewed connector. He also said you cannot over fill the tanks we have.
