They were all super nice and very professional. He answered ALL of my questions (which were many) and even put me in contact with his vendor directly to get me comfortable with the equipment I was purchasing. I will absolutely recommended to friends and neighbors!! Note: I got 4 other quotes (2 larger companies, 2 small business owners) for equivalent equipment, but they were all overpriced and the sleazy high pressure sales pitch didn't sit well with me. Some didn't even offer referrals for me to check!! One company even charged me a service visit fee to "look" at my non-working condenser (literally he looked at it). They never call back and even when you call they don't pick up. They said it's fixed, it's not. Then they come out and find the new issue but say they can't fix it again. Once they come out you won't hear from them again for another 48 hours. It's actually so rude to take people's money if you aren't going to help them. When you take the client then it is your responsibility to make sure you have time to actually fix the problem. What a wild experience this has been. Don't worry Bradley mechanical- we won't call back. Called a new company. They will be out to fix the problem today on a Saturday since Bradley mechanical could care less if our ac is working by the weekend when we most places wont be open. Thanks for that.

However, he then explained that he "Doesn't work on AC systems that have any parts in the attic or on the roof". So, you know, where 80% of AC systems are. I pointed out that most air handlers are in the attic of homes and he said, "yeah, I just don't do them". While I know that he is free to restrict where he works but nowhere does it say he doesn't work work on HVAC that is located in an attic. Given how many units are, I found it very frustrating.

He keeps busy during the summer but managed to get me in the next day to fix our broken AC, all while encouraging me to not feel bad if I find someone else who can come in sooner. He gave me great maintenance tips and even encouraged me to do a simple repair myself to save me a service call. I have been wanting to become more handy, but I don't want the responsibility for this particular project. He scoped the work much more reasonably than another company from which we'd initially gotten a quote. Mr. Saini is an upstanding guy and I look forward to continuing to work with him. I just wish I could get an annual service contract, but he says he stays busy enough that he doesn't do them.

They figured out a solution to putting in a new furnace, took care of old duct (and asbestos removal), construction of a new attic space, and more. They were on time, on budget, clean clean clean and went the extra mile. Purchased new registers because the old ones looked awful (not on bid) and didn't charge me. Figured out a creative and aesthetically pleasing solution to the access panel. I did shop other contractors and their price was competitive but the service and the result was outstanding. They were quick and efficient, with attention to detail, giving me guidance on a company to dispose of the asbestos material and making sure all government/environmental laws were followed. Really, I didn't know all of that was necessary, but I felt good knowing they knew exactly what to do and making the process easy. The only thing I had to do was call the disposal company and schedule them, and pay them, and the rest Michael took care of for me. Everything went so well that when the heater/AC broke at the office that I manage, I called them again. I got 3 quotes from 3 different HVAC companies. They were the most affordable of the 3. Michael was patient through the approval process my company requires. Also, Michael answered all of my questions, including various options for repairing, replacing the equipment. The team came in and replaced everything and were very easy to work with and took care of all of the necessary permits and inspections. The team was friendly and unobtrusive. In both instances they cleaned up after themselves, including vacuuming the carpeting. It was like they'd never been there except for my HVAC system was working. I would recommend them to anyone- and if I ever need any HVAC service again, I will definitely use them.
