When the guys arrived, they had a smaller truck than we expected, as there seemed to be a bit of a misunderstanding about the size of our move. We were very concerned about not being able to get our move done on the day we scheduled. But right away the guys assured me we would get it done. It's actually very revealing to see how a business responds to these situations and they didn't miss a beat. That's why I'm still able to give 5 stars despite that issue. The guys started loading the first truck while the owner personally showed up with a second vehicle to make sure everything would be moved on schedule. The guys worked great as a team, and all were very professional and very thoughtful with our belongings. The rates were the best I found for the service and as promised by the owner in our initial conversation, there were no hidden fees beyond the initial quote. Wow ! -1st you say you don't remember doing business with me but yet you responded to the Miami Better Business complaint. Then when I post your email correspondence you claim you offered to professionally clean the damage that occurred. Borrowing "professional cleaning product from a friend" does not constitute a professional clean. One needs to be trained on how to use the product before even offering that as an alternative. Potentially the fabric could have been damaged beyond repair without proper training on how to apply the product. With your responses and behaviors trusting you with a "borrowed professional product" was not going to be trusted. I just hope the your company was displayed for what it is and no one falls victim or goes thru the nightmare I had and have to continue to deal with. Blown away at the high-level efficiency of this company. The process was a bit informal as I never gave a credit card, deposit or down payment. The company called me the day before the move to confirm and they showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They were professional, organized and motivated to get it down fast. They were able to move my 2 bedrooms apartment in Brickell to Miami Shores in 4 hrs flat. That was as timely as anyone can expect for that destination and with the initial move starting out at an apartment building. Oh, and price. I called 6 companies to get quotes. PowerLoaders was about the most affordable. There were companies that were double and triple the price. After tip I was right within my budget. I can't recommend them enough. I had a small move on relatively short notice. They responded quickly and gave me a price for 3 men for around the same price others quoted for 2. The move was the full 3 hours and on a previous move I was charged for a full hour for a few minutes over. However they honored the quote. Sometimes when businesses have only rave reviews I think maybe all their friends wrote them, but this isn't the case with Powerloaders. They moved me from 1 apartment to another (Miami-Miami beach) so fast! A lot of other movers had complicated methods of booking appointments (which is very unwelcome while also doing the other million things moving requires), expensive add on costs, a minimum amount of hours you must pay even if it doesn't take that long, estimated 10-12 hours when PL did it in 4, and just overall higher costs. Booking Powerloaders was super easy. They did an awesome job and relieved so much of my moving stress. They really try to get it done fast and the guys are also very nice. They didn't break anything or scratch anything. I'm just really glad I decided to get a mover this time around and found these guys. I'll definitely call again if I move soon but I hope I don't because moving sucks. (But not that bad this time thanks to you) read more

I am out of town for work, so I was extremely concerned about this move, but they were able to coordinate everything for me perfectly, in moving my mom. They packed up, swept up, and left the original condo spotless. Then they got everything loaded into the new condo in a very timely fashion. Even after they were done, they stayed and helped my 80 year old mom get stuff squared away, including opening boxes to assist her in finding her meds. I wish I could give them 6 stars! My blood pressure dropped about 20 points after speaking to my mom. She had nothing but good things to say about the entire crew, as well as all the administrative/billing/invoicing stuff. read more

We needed a very heavy marble fire pit moved that was on site at our wedding venue for our ceremony and PowerLoaders was so accommodating and great! My family moved a lot when I was a child and teenager. On a period of 7 years we moved 11 times. So I am (unfortunately) used to moving. It is stressful, annoying, exhausting. I have used companies of all sizes, from small to large international companies and as a general rule, they all suck. The small ones usually are not professional enough, the big ones subcontract the jobs and when things go wrong push for the insurance company to resolve and can care less about you. Well, I have been forced to add an exception to that rule, and that is for these guys: PowerLoaders. I kind of could tell I was in for a surprise when I spoke to the owner on the phone. Very polite, professional, with knowledge that goes beyond that of most people who are in this logistics business. Not only they showed up earlier than scheduled (a first!), they did an amazing job at an unbelievable speed and not a single item was damaged. The price was very reasonable, they were respectful of all of the stuff, professionally dressed and properly equipped. Not to mention they were all smiling, happy people. You would be amazed at how many people in this business are grumpy! Not these guys. Even my dog liked them. and I trust that fella as a judge of people's characters. From beginning to end this process was so easy. Booking the date, providing my association with the insurance, and loading/moving everything. These guys saved my damn life. Seriously. Not just the fact that they arrived exactly on time, not a minute late, they showed up with a FREAKING KILLER team, with a killer attitude, smiles, in control, and enthusiastic. They loaded everything carefully and with so much attention. They loaded the items intelligently, with deep intelligence. They were like pros beyond pros. Moving in Miami is nightmare. Moving to a high rise is even worse. These guys came in like a skilled swat team, like Navy Seals and swooped in and took over. They weren't dismayed from the fact that the condo made it as IMPOSSIBLE to move into this building as possible. They were so positive and cool and motivating, they actually inspired me not to be stressed. They prevented my stress from building because of their smiles and true professionalism.
