Tried to call, that was no help. Sent an email to the support center-no help. Called again after 5pm CST a few days in a row all to be told send an email to the support center. Took over a week for a new wheel to arrive. Child rode the bike again for half a day, had another issue. This time it wouldn't even stay started and muffler about to come off due to screws coming out while riding. Again, another week gone with the bike in the shop. They sent me a new carburetor and hose. Got the parts replaced and yes... CAN'T RIDE IT AGAIN because the pully has stuck. Not even a full month and the child has ridden it for maybe 5 days. I purchased a Trailmaster Mini RXR/R+ 163cc go kart from Powersportsmax.com. I ordered the assembled version for $100 more. It did not arrive as assembled as it should have been. Wheels only, no gas tank or steering wheel installed and no run test on the engine. I'm waiting on the company to get back to me about a full or partial refund of that $100. Update: they denied any refund. It also did not arrive with the free gloves and goggles it was advertised to include. There were no assembly instructions, just a user manual with diagrams, so it took hours to complete, not "20 minutes" like their website claims... Sadly, although the age range in the description was 4-12 years old, my 10 year old son barely fits in it and there is little chance of a passenger fitting in beside him. It's a tiny, tiny cart. Don't buy unless you've seen one in person and know your child will fit in it for a while. It doesn't have the power to climb a steep hill. Update: or a slight hill or high grass or small sticks. I had to adjust the throttle cable. Now it pulls better but it tries to move when you aren't pressing the gas. All this being said, I do not believe it was worth the few hundred dollars I saved buying it online from a company in California... Their customer service is nearly non-existent as I called them for 2 hours about the lack of assembly and missing bonus items. Their phone system would just claim "high call volume, send us an email" and hang up. Since it took me hours to assemble, I just kept hitting redial until someone finally answered... Customer service is horrible! message a day after we recieved our atv. Battery came with no fluid, charger didnt work. Carb was filthy and needed cleaned! So got a Hawk dlx last October shipping in it was damage they replaced everything I was happy everything worked out. Fast forward 10months motor Locked up on a ride. Pulled the head the piston failed and destroyed the top end sent pictures and they send me a piston and that was it! The sleeve was toast the head was toast and who knows about the bottom end? Asked if they would consider sending me a top end. Emailed six times with pictures and explained that the head and jug are toast this piston is useless. 12 month warranty is a lie! Buyer beware! I ordered a 50cc Coolster dirt bike online and it was delivered days before Christmas. Upon arrival, the unit was defective and had issues starting. After a couple times of attempting to start the inner springs in the pull started failed. I sent in a claim immediately (days after product was delivered). They advised "I call a tech", but again due to timing of the holiday, it was not prudent and ultimately would not fix the hardware issue. The fix was to send me a working product. I gave up fighting with customer service and re-engaged (to give this company an opportunity to make it right before I reviewed them), and I got nothing but attitude from Zora Z Maxpro LLC Phone: 1-855-256-8969 Despite my claim being submitted well within warranty timeframe, Zora, the "customer service rep" had no idea what customer service meant. NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN!!! in the advertisement it says good for kids 4-12, on the go kart itself there are decals saying not for under 8 yrs of age, this thing is a death trap, the seat belts are adult size and DO NOT ADJUST, they are completely worthless, and the roll cage is a bolt on, if this thing rolls that so called roll cage will collapse. The transmission sticks in reverse, which is also super dangerous and it takes off like a bat out of H..., does not idle, I'm an adult woman and I could barely get it to stop. I bought a new Chinese motorcycle from them in September. It was delivered to my place of residence. After opening the box and crate I noticed that it was damaged. I had the security Guard help me get it out of the crate. It had a broken real fender with reflector broken off, scrape of paint off of muffler, small quarter sized dent in gas tank and scratches on headlights panel. All damages were on the right side. Rear tire was dirty as well. I took pictures at the time I was taking it out. I contacted the shipping company and they told me to file a claim and call a back east number. I did and the recording said it was closed. It was on a Friday. I called and got the number at Power sports Max and I was given the site and was told to file a claim online producing pictures. I thought I was filing a insurance claim at that time. I was getting different information.. I got a part in the mail instead that was the wrong part. I never asked for a part I wanted to be compensated for the damages. I still don't have nor received the registration paperwork. They said they sent it and it was the wrong number but they were able to send both the helmet and wrong part. They are all about taking your money and trying to wait out the time to not file a insurance claim. They took week or 2 to respond back to my several emails. I asked for just $250.00 refund a call it a day. But no all they said was I missed the window to file a claim. Nothing about giving me any compensation or trying to resolve the matter. They sold me a defective motorcycle and could care less about it since they got my money. Don't buy from them they won't take care of you if you have a problem. I told my wife not to buy Chinese SH!+ that's cheap but, she didn't listen. However, I am completely surprised how bad this is. I have less than 20 hours on the dirt bike she got and the seat broke, the ignition cylinder fell apart, the fuel line is too short and comes off when you ride, the spark plug boot fell off, the brakes dont work and, I already had to replace a tire. That's not really a surprise with cheap stuff from China. The worst part is the company in America that sells it doesn't care at all about what you get. If you want to return it they make you pay for shipping it back to them. They dont even try to help you. The sales manager called my wife after a nice parts guy was going to send us a replacement part and, told her he never should have promised anything to us. He added that no part will be coming. Lol! Bought a 50 dirt bike for Christmas my 6 year old son. The excitement on his face Christmas morning was priceless. Later that day the excitement turned to tears when we took it out to ride. It wouldn't run for more than a few minutes. We ordered and installed a new carburetor then it ran for an hour. Then the gas started leaking. The third time we went out to ride the hub on the wheel broke 5 minutes after my son started riding. The tears once again began to flow. It breaks my heart that he looks forward each time to going out and riding and each time the dirt bike breaks only after a few minutes of riding. I didn't read the yelp reviews before buying a scooter here, which was a big mistake. A week ago I purchased a Taotao Powermax 150cc scooter. I bought it fully assembled, full PDI / Mechanic check, and they told me it is "ready to ride". The next day it died while I was at a red light and wouldn't start up again. I adjusted the idle screw, enough to start it again. It died 3 more times before I could get it home. Really stressful, not to mention dangerous. I have spent the past week calling and emailing multiple times a day, explaining that I want to either repair or return the scooter. It's been 6 days and I have gotten NO HELP WHATSOEVER. I have gotten the runaround "Our return policy is we only refund half", or "no one is here to help you, call back tomorrow", only to be told the same thing the next day. I will be suing PowerSports Max in Small Claims Court, as this seems to be my only remaining option. Lesson learned. read more

Stay away from this place. Their 125 motorcycle leaked gas from the time we received it, and just stops when riding it so is completely unusable. No one will service this thing. Ultimately, we found a loose copper pipe rattling around in the gas tank. Called the company and they promised to send a new gas tank. Never arrived. They answer their phone only about 1 in 10 calls. Leaving a message is a waste of time since they NEVER return calls. Every time we did talk to them, they made new promises and then never delivered anything. All in all - out a LOT of money for a defective product they won't stand behind and out a LOT of time trying to get help. Don't put yourself through the agony. Stay away from them. **DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS** Let me start off by saying this is the rudest, cheapest, most incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my life. They have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. The 4 wheelers and dirt bikes they sell are beyond junk. I mean absolute garbage, and they know this. They ship them to you with problems and will not fix them, they hang up on you when you call to address an issue(the old bar hag who answers the phone hung up on me multiple times and literally told me "I don't have time for this"), they refuse to let you speak to a supervisor or manager, they lie to you, give you the run around hoping you'll eventually give up, the warranty and return policy is an absolute joke, YOU will pay for shipping no matter the issue or circumstances for returns or fixes, the issues they ARE willing to help you with they are totally and completely incompetent in doing so, and they could care less about their customers and do not care that they are selling you junk. I bought two 4 wheelers from them, an EGL 250cc for myself and a 110cc for my kids, and they both arrived with major issues. My rear back axle completely came apart on my first ride on my 250cc in which they would not take responsibility for(a local ATV mechanic I eventually took it too to get fixed for $600 2 days after it arrived told me there was pins missing inside the axle housing), and my sons ATV had chipped paint all over it and flat tires with holes in them. It cost me an extra $800 total with a local ATV mechanic just to get them both up and running correctly straight out of the box. There was about a dozen other minor issues but you get the point. When I emailed and called about these issues I was hung up on at least 3 times and ignored and given the run around. They literally could care less. I haven't even owned these 4 wheelers 4 months and they are both 100% out of commission. Undriveable. These Chinese bikes are beyond cheaply made, do not last at all, and are borderline impossible to get parts for. I spent over $3,500 with these guys(not to mention the $800 I paid a local ATV mechanic just to get them running correctly when I got them), and they absolutely could care less about selling you garbage 4 wheelers. Ive been trying to resell both ATVs since 2 months after I bought them from here, but this company only sells generic Chinese off-brand quads and dirt bikes which have ZERO resell value. These things aren't worth the crate they come in. Now Im stuck with 2 piles of junk scrap metal in my garage. They know this too and could care less. There's a reason this company has only 2 stars on both yelp and google and have over 200 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau(they tried changing their name to avoid people associating the 2 names, they literally told me this on the phone, and also told me that lawyers are constantly contacting them with complaints from customers as she laughed). Do your research on these guys before buying, and for the love of God listen to the people online. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Or you can make the same exact mistake that I, and so many others, did and ignore everyone's warnings about them online and get burned and quickly regret it. Buying from these guys is the equivalent of flushing hundred dollar bills down the toilet. I purchased a motorcycle from Powersportsmax in September 2021 unaware that they did not possess a dealers license. It's illegal to sell a motorcycle without a tag or title. Powersportsmax continued to tell me for 3 months to be patient that applications were taking longer due to COVID. Later they told me they submitted the paper work to the DMV. Because, I was skeptical I visited my local DMV only to discover the paperwork was NEVER submitted. All the while the bike was worthless because without a tag I could not ride it and without a title I could not sell it. It took me 3 long months of lies and deception from Powersportsmax before I was able to resolve my issue and get a refund. I had to return the bike by myself driving over 7 hours and was never reimbursed for the purchase of a hitch carrier and equipment to transport the motorcycle. So, had to use their online email portal to communicate almost every instance. Horrible customer service and they do not stand behind their products!!!! The dirt bike was never in working condition - it did not run...EVER!!!! They even sent me 3 (yes, 3!!!!) different carburetors and blamed faulty carburetor each time but replacement never resolved the issue. I bought a TaoTao ATV 125 cc for my grandson for Christmas. The frame the ATV was packaged in was damaged on delivery. My husband put the ATV together and The right front brake drum assembly was broken. I have been trying to reach someone since the end of December. They say send pictures,so we send pictures and they are good enough so they want more, so we send more and then they want part numbers.. We can never reach anyone by phone. I am so fed up with this company. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. BEWARE!!!! If I could rate them a 0 I would 4/5/17 update: I reported this company to my credit card and they followed up and the company claims they sent a replacement part which we never received and claimed we could have misused the ATV. I'm not sure why everyone gives such poor reviews. I think it might have something to do with peoples lack of knowledge of building and maintaining powersport vehicles. I ordered a Hawk 250cc enduro and couldn't be happier. It came nicely packaged and I had to build it which was fun. Getting it out of the shipping crate was the hardest thing. Everyone from the carrier who delivered the bike was very polite and helpful. And you can't beat the price, honestly it's a great bike and have no regrets. I was riding it two days after I received it. I'll definitely purchase from them again! read more

I ordered 125cc 4 wheeler for my daughter and received it damaged. The motor was leaking oil and smoking. When I contacted them all they were willing to do is send me a engine rebuild kit. When I asked them who's responsible for the labor to have the engine to my "new" 4 wheeler rebuild they said I was they only warranty part and hung up the phone on me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! From the start when I got the box out of the shipping container it had cosmetic damages. No big deal it is a starter bike anyways, not meant for show. I look over the bike and checked the important things like brake cables, clutch ect. and changed the factory oil. After about 30 mins of riding the speedometer cable came out. Again no big deal, retightened the speedometer cable and keep on rolling. A few months go buy and little things come apart now and then and you just keep putting it back together not a big deal yet... Until you are riding along and the carburetor completely falls apart and starts pouring fuel all over the hot engine. Even at this moment of being stranded and having to pay to tow the bike back to my house I am not even upset. I send an email to Power Sports Max and they ask for some photos and I happily obliged. PSM emails again and said because the carb isn't missing they aren't going to replace it (fair enough). I ask that they at least send new bolts and I will just rebolt the carb together. PSM replies and says that they do not have the carb or the bolts in stock anymore but they will reimburse me $10 and I can go down to the local shop and buy new bolts. I thought to myself that is cool, it'll be faster anyways. I email back and just ask for the specs on the bolts so I can make sure that I get the right ones without having to do a bunch of guess work or purchase extra bolts that I do not need. Of course PSM say that they do not have the specs for my bolts. I am still on an ongoing battle and email chain that has been going for probably near two weeks. My two main concerns are this. Something as important as a carb should be well put together with at LEAST lock tight so that their consumer does not go up in flames mid ride. Also, how does one sell a product with the promise of a warranty when they do not keep parts in stock for replacement when their pile of scrap metal stops working. My advise for people who are getting this product as a first time bike, don't. You can probably get a nicer, better running, more dependable, easier to find parts and work on bike on craigslist. I brought it home and when he went to ride it, it would not start. We took it back to the store and asked for our money back. They said that they do not give money back but will fix it. We said, we prefer another one. They insisted that they will fix it and call us. One week later we go to pick up our supposedly fixed brand new bike. We said please start it first before we take it home. They couldn't start it. We again said, we would like our money back. They said no, we will fix. My husband said that is unacceptable. Your policy says clearly : money back guarantee We have tried numerous times to contact them to get our money back. They never answer their phone. It goes directly to answering machine that says your wait time is less than 2 minutes. Then it says we are receiving numerous calls, please call back. You can call from 6 AM to 6AM and you will get the same bogus answering machine. It doesn't matter which line you press, for service, parts or other. This business does not give the City of El Monte a very good reputation. There are numerous websites with complaints about this company. I ordered a 50 cc dirt bike for my 9 year old son that had been asking for a gas-powered dirt bike for years. The dirt bike leaked gas out of the box and we have been trying to fix it ever since. You need to call customer service 5-6 times a day to actually get through (they do no return voice messages, so don't bother leaving one). After repeatedly trying to get a technical support person to call, we were just recently told that the bike is out of warranty. When I asked for a manager, I was told how lucky I was to even been speaking to someone, then the customer service rep hung up on me. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a 2017 smoother for a great price . I now have 1000 miles on it and it has been the best investment I've done this year! I went from $16 a day on gas on my Cherokee v8 to $5 PER WEEK !!!!!
