On 11/20/24, the "AAlways Hookin Towing and Tire" proved me wrong. In the late afternoon of the 20th, I found myself with a flat tire and no spare. Prior to its failure, I was aware that it had to be replaced and had purchased a used tire. Two tire places in Powhatan had already turned me down flat, and actually seemed annoyed that I was bringing my own tire. So at 4:30pm, in a last ditch effort to get back on the road, I called AAhookin' Cindy answered the phone and patiently listened as I told my sad tale. She asked what time I could be there and said even though closed, she would have someone come over and help me. I thought "Im sorry, what?" thinking I had heard her wrong. I had not. Justin arrived just as I did and immediately started to work. He came back out a few minutes later with the sad news that the tire I had purchased was defective and could not be used. They had no other suitable tire in the Powhatan Store, but He was certain there was one in the Gum Springs Location. So I entrusted my rim to him and went home. The next morning I call to see if Justin had found time to look for a used tire for me. He had looked, retrieved, mounted and balanced the thing and it was ready to go. I thanked Cindy and explained I would have to find a ride to get the tire and would call her back with a pickup time. WITHOUT A PAUSE SHE ASKED "WHERE DO YOU LIVE?" followed by "YOU DONT NEED TO FIND A RIDE WE WILL JUST DELIVER IT YOU". And that is exactly what they did. 1: OPENED A CLOSED SHOP AND HAD JUSTIN DRIVE OVER FROM GUM SPRINGS . 2. WHEN THAT TIRE COULD NOT BE REPAIRED, JUSTIN FOUND A TIRE AND GOT IT READY BY 830AM. 3.WHEN SHE LEARNED I WAS IN NEED OF A RIDE, CINDY HAD JUSTIN CLOSE THE SHOP IN GUM SPRINGS AND HAND DELIVER THAT TIRE TO ME. HE EVEN PUT IT ON.I know this is long winded, but honestly have never, ever had this level of customer service.It was amazing and I cant thank Cindy and Justin enough. I can think of a dozen businesses that should send their staff to this lady so she can shoiw them what true customer service should look like. And after asking around about here, I understand she is without a doubt one of the most skilled and proficient Tow Drivers in our area. If you have read this and dont use them, you NUTS.

While I expect to get in my car and just have it go, I have relied on this shop on everything from a radiator cap fiasco to fixing the cars low tire indicator. I've never had any experience that wasn't great here! The whole family brings their cars in now, even my dad who doesn't trust many with his Z. I've had better luck here than any dealerships I've dealt with, making them my go to place for car related issues and maintenance. I wish I remembered his name, but the driver was SO kind. I had my toddler napping inside so I had no idea what to do with the car since we weren't able to get it back up the driveway. He took my car to their lot so that I was able to get the driveway plowed enough to get the car back in. I will definitely make them my first call if I ever need towing again!

She helped with finding an enterprise so I could rent a car, she kept my car at her shop for 1.5 days until it could get picked up....no charge! Amazing! I meet the other tow truck driver the & gather my belongings only to find that my stuff had been gone through & some of my items (important, valuable/useful items) had been stolen!!!! I call Cindy and instant resistance! Complete denial that Johnathon would do that...he's her son-n-law....show me proof etc. I was HOT! and when ask if I could see the video from the camera Cindy told me to get a warrant!!
