In their defense, they did try to call me but I was busy at work all day. In my defense, they didn't leave a voicemail and I didn't have their number saved so I just assumed the missed call was spam or scam. This was a waste of my time and I'm making it a point to write a review because I'm old school. At any job I've worked, things happen...people call out sick or equipment breaks. But at the jobs I've worked, if there was a customer commitment, we worked late to meet them. The choices are 1) pay a little overtime and get it done even if folks have to work a little later than normal or 2) tell the customers you can't meet the commitments because you're not willing to do anything extra like stay a little late. I guess this outfit chose option 2. I would not recommend this shop.

My car spent weeks under his terrible care before calling me to say it was ready for pickup. If I didn't have fire extinguishers with me the car would have been a complete loss. The entire interaction with the man working the front desk made it seem as well like the car had been fixed, after paying he went over other recommendations the mechanic suggested despite us walking in with on specific area of the car to be fixed. A lot of things suggested to be fixed were related to the engine, I bought this specific car from this auto shop summer 2023, at the time that I bought it they told me there was a brand new engine installed. If the engine was brand new why would there be all these "issues" that need to be fixed? I said that to the man working the front desk and he seemed confused and told me he started working there in March. After leaving the shop on the way home my daughter noticed in the car that the AC/heat wasn't working. I called asking why only THEN was I informed that the $207 was just for the diagnostic and to actually fix the AC/heat was over $580. Essentially I was charged 200+ for NOTHING. Both myself and wife called attempting to understand what happened, each of us spoke to different individuals who told us different things. The man I spoke to apologized said that he would let the owner know and to give me a call back.. We'll see if the owner actually calls me back. Communication is absolutely horrible!! Been with this auto shop for years now, always thought they were upfront and honest. However, after today I no longer think this. I understand diagnostics need to be ran to understand the exact issue but the price is outrageous to receive no work. The communication from the shop to the customers needs A LOT of improvement. When paying the exact service should be explained in detail before paying, which the man at the front desk failed to do so. No customer should be put under false impression especially when paying a lot of money. They lost a value customer who brings multiple cars to their business. Also got a state inspection which the technician actually ripped a piece of my CERAMIC tint off. I didn't give permission to do so, nor the ability to render it useless. They also use to clean your car and give you a wet wipe, in 2025 they just lie up charge and do the bare minimum. I will not be back. I can understand asking for permission or telling you at the shop but nobody said anything to me but my cars waiting outside with the rejected sticker. The manager even didn't care to find the original receipt I had to tell him twice the invoice number just to see my visit. He said the last time I came was 2024. This is crazy...
