They were responsive and communicative throughout the process of removing water and sanitizing our crawl space. Part 2: At the end of the 3rd (final) workday, I opened the garage door and Mr. Ramirez organized my ENTIRE garage and stacked everything away neatly! In all honesty, my garage was a horrible mess...There was clutter everywhere, there was empty boxes everywhere, it was...a total mess. But as I said, I entered the garage and everything had been organized and decluttered, and he was also sweeping the garage floor! I looked shocked because I didn't even expect that he was going to do this, and I didn't know that it was a part of his job to even try to organize and clean everything up. He even asked me if I wanted him to throw a billion of my empty amazon delivery boxes away in the nearby dumpster. I felt so guilty that he was even asking this, because he had already done so much as it is. I insisted, "NooOoOO!! I'm sorry you even had to do all this cleaning because it was such a mess!" But he innocently and accommodatingly said, "no, no! it's OK it's just a part of my job." I literally had my jaw dropped. I left him so he can finish sweep in the garage, and then I took my dog out to the grassy area behind my garage maybe 10 minutes later. As I was nearing the back of my garage, the garage door had been closed and he was on top of a tall ladder and he was scrubbing the garage door down. I asked him what he was doing and he said that there was hard water stains on the outside of my garage, and he was going to clean it off. Even more shocked, I was like, why is he going sooo above and beyond?!!! I told him to not clean it because those were there forever, but he still insisted on cleaning it. I don't know why either?! But this guy was such a saint!!! Im rambling on with this, but just trying to illustrate how much of a hard worker he is!! The PRC company NEEDS to know!!! At the end of the job, when he was showing me all he and Mr. Gonzalez had done, I had offered to tip him $40 as a small thank you, but he refused to even accept the $40, saying that he was just doing his job, and he was happy to help. He also said, "you gave me a bottle of water, so im thankful for that..that was good enough." I'm sold on PRC! I have a lot of friends who have purchased homes in the past few years, and will DEFINITELY recommend PRC to them whenever they have any home repair issues! My Unit had a flex hose from under the kitchen that suddenly busted and water damaged the 3bd unit and garages downstairs being overwhelmed i was adviced to call PRC after spoke to Norma who was helpful in giving me informaion and help Oscar arrived got a crew out there began drying the entire unit quickly! PRC's team all around was amazing. Our home had severe water damage due to a hot water pipe that had burst. The damage to our home was pretty extensive and it was our first time having to deal with anything like this so we were very worried and had no idea were to start. PRC was recommended by our plumber and we are so glad we went with them! Our project manager was Oscar Rivera. He always made sure we were informed on what was going on and what was the next step. He handled everything from the mitigation to all contact with our insurance. Oscar and his whole team (Armando and Antonio) were very communicative through out the whole process which is what we appreciated the most. We never felt like we didn't know what was going on.   Alberto from PRC was in charge of writing the estimate for the repairs for insurance. He was also a pleasure to work with! He is such a asset to PRC - very knowledge at what he does and to the book. We did an initial walk through of the house and he was very upfront and forward about what will and cannot be covered. The preparation of the estimate took a couple days and given to our insurance. He also handled any back and forth there was regarding the estimate which was amazing! My hot water heater leaked and damaged my outside utility closet at my condo. My insurance denied my claim so I had to pick up the tab. I needed to restore the damaged drywall and the company who replaced my HWH recommended PRC. Eric was there within two hours and gave a quote that beat all the other restoration companies by hundreds of dollars. Eric arrived the next day and began the process to dry out and restore the closet so my new HWH could be installed. I had them for water mitigation in my kitchen said the insurance company will pay for it, then send me an invoice for $10,000, the insurance company said they overcharged and only paid them $4,455 now the billing department called and threatened me, put lien on my property, wanted me to pay for the remaining balance. Total harassment. Greedy, Scammer, Fraud!! DO NOT USE PRC! **WATCH MY NEST VIDEOS!!!** Cons about PRC 1) They use a ton of sub contractors to do the work, and all of the work is sub-par. 2) If you try to video monitor your house, their employees will cover all your cameras and turn them around 3) There is very little communication 4) They take forever to do any work, my flooding happened in August of 2017 and the work didn't finish until March 2018, mind you I have a small townhome of about 1500 sq. ft. 5) All of the managers promise you the world but never deliver, even the superintendents are horrible. 6) 90% of my meetings and appointments with them they show up late, or "google maps showed me the wrong direction" after they have been here more than once. 7) Everything is overpriced, I had to negotiate over $25k worth of deductions off of my proposed invoices. 8) They damage your stuff, and don't repair some of it, my garage door still has a gouge in it from the original cleanup. 9) They will overcharge you labor for packing in and out your items 10) They charged me for two moving trucks when they only used 1 The list goes on and on... Pros 1) My dresser was damaged, they paid to replace it. This company has been a NIGHTMARE!! Our brand new house flooded in August. Oscar and his crew came super fast for the dry out. I had another company here and Oscar was so aggressive and since we were referred to them he said they would take care of us and make our house like new again. When Gustavo the project manager came we told them the insurance company will be paying for everything because they accepted liability. Man did things just go bad because they realized the insurance is covering for everything they billed for things that weren't even done! He said it would take 2-3 weeks for the repairs. We are now in November, 3 months later and a whole bunch of idle time. The communication is by far the worse communication possible, which makes me think how does this company even have more than 2 stars, I mean 1 star. We always had to reach out to THEM! Hey when are you coming to our house next, send us an updated bill since half the stuff you didn't do, send us a bill for the tile? So what are you going to do next? Our insurance is only covering our rent until November because they came by and they were shocked it wasn't even completed. We moved in 4 days before CHRISTMAS when the house wasn't even fully completed, but livable. They can't even paint a wall properly. Look at the photos yourself. We were so sick of them redoing the wall, we just hired someone else to fix the texture. They do really a sub par job at everything, they cut corners and hire subcontractors. Christian the guy that tried to do the wall 3 times and when he came for the 4th time he did not understand English and said some vulgar stuff in Spanish (like I didn't understand it) when all I simply asked was are you going to do this correctly this time? If not then we will call Mark (project manager) to get someone else. He got offended or did not understand and just left the property without saying a word. One of their subcontractors washed a brush in the toilet basin and a few of them flipped the cameras around. Mind you the place is BRAND NEW so everything is moved out, why flip it around? Something to hide perhaps? Now going back to the communication Mark and Ricardo the guys who are in charge of all the repairs can't even communicate with each other. Mark said he is sorry he was busy dealing with the LA fires and ok we get it STUFF happens, BUT COMMUNICATE! Come February, Mark sent a new crew to do the touch up on everything since nobody seems to know how to do their job. Then we find out we got a certified mail from them the end of January and we did not know what this was for. WOW did this come as a surprise. THE company put a mechanic LIEN on our property. We didn't get the certified mail until the end of February. Now lets look at the time line. YOU JUST SENT SOMEONE to DO A TOUCH UP ON FEBRUARY 16th, YOU the project manager (Mark) did not even come do a final walk through YET sent a mechanic lien for $40k in JANUARY when they did $21k worth of work!!! something is wrong here, another perfect example of how they communicate with each other. Called Mark he apparently has no clue, so who sent the mechanic lien? Mark is a nice guy don't get me wrong but there is a key piece missing here and it is COMMUNICATION. So here we are in March, the garage they reinstalled was shaking because the original crew did such a half loaded job Tomas had to come back on MARCH 7 2018 to fix it. Tomas and his crew were really nice and did a decent job I'll admit and perhaps if they sent their in house crew in the first place all this wouldn't have gone down. There are still parts of the house that is mismatched from the touch up job, but after the mechanic lien was sent that was the last straw. We do not want to deal with them ever again and paid the bill after they came to fix the garage. This is the end of our 7 month nightmare and hope you learn from our experience! read more

I am dealing with my third slab leak in my house. My plumber referred me to PRC. They have been 100% on top of their game in every respect. Each department is represented by a different job manager. They have all been faultless and their co-workers are also just great. They work very cleanly and are super respectful of the customer. I want to specifically mention Meagan Quesada - besides everything else, she had to endure my wrath as a result of my insurance companies tardiness. She was calm, precise and very effective in handling everything that's come her way. Thanks to Domingo Perez and Rafael Garcia amongst others. Interesting note, my insurance companies assessor derided PRC services and charges. Carlos guided us thru the process answering all our questions and concerns on a very professional manner. He is very knowledgeable and knows a lot about this type of issues. My plumber recommended PRC the night that my hot water line burst under my apartment building in the crawl space. I called them that night around 7pm and their team showed up the next morning!!! Oscar was very professional and thorough and explained exactly what we needed to do in order to clean up the mess.....regardless of whether or not I chose to make a claim with my insurance company. I could feel immediately that they worked with integrity and I was impressed with their equipment and the cleanliness of their trucks. All their guys showed up in uniforms and they all politely greeted me when they arrived. I did choose to make a claim since my deductible was $5,000 and when we met with the claim adjuster...Oscar was great and it was reassuring that everything we had done in the first 24hrs was exactly what the insurance company would have wanted us to. I don't even know where to begin. I am so grateful to PRC Restoration and Construction but mostly to Oscar. The day we met I was falling apart. The walls of my fairly new house was filling with water from a burst copper pipe. Oscar came in, stopped the leak, tested my walls, floor and ceiling with all his high tech equipment and put me completely at ease. It was so hard to trust people I knew nothing about at first but when I saw how professional they were, all my concerns went out the door. Oscar was so amazing he was there every step of the way, even met with my claims adjuster to explain the damages and the cause so that my claim would not get denied. The came to my house EVERYDAY for a week and a half, on time and professional. They walk in working and clean up every drop off the floor when they are done. Ricardo was in charge of the repairs. Going in, I knew there would be occasional hiccups considering the nature of the project. However, my expectations are that whatever problems we run into, there is always a concerted effort in resolving them from both sides. Ricardo went above and beyond that expectation, and for me that was the most important. I knew that this was a big project and was going to take months to get going. We had two sewage floods in our basement within 4 months, and they responded quickly each time. PRC was incredibly caring and efficient, and it was nice to not have to deal with any of the clean-up myself. Their crew really took the time to remove all hazardous waste and throughly cleaned every item that was affected by the flood - they left no stone unturned. I also felt they had excellent customer service - they responded to my calls immediately, and Carlos (the supervisor who did the scheduling and paperwork) exhibited a lot of empathy as I was dealing with the stress of the situation. This review is waayy overdue! A couple years ago, our brand new house got flooded and oscar and his team were very quick to come out and dry it out. They were all courteous and respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I had 2 little ones and he made sure the area to be opened up was covered up so they couldn't get to it. Communication was great and always timely. Since we had the blower on for days, he had somebody come to check the moisture daily at times that were convenient for us. Oscar came out when the insurance appraisal arrived and explained everything to them which was greatly appreciated. Even though the whole situation was a nightmare, Oscar and his team were awesome. Everybody from the person who answers the call to the billing department were prompt, efficient, and super friendly! Recently we had another water issue, this time the upstairs bathrooms wax ring broke and leaked through the ceiling. Again, I called oscar and he came to save the day! Thanks guys!! read more

PRC manager promised us that all will be taken care of through our insurance instead they keep sending us past due bills full of over billing, ridiculous and phantom fees that our insurance company never agreed with. PRC was a recommendation from a plumber I was working with on my property. They came out to assess the water damage in a unit that I owned. First it took Alex four days to finally write up the quote for how much it would cost to clean up the water damage. I went ahead and approved the amount. After finishing the work, I paid in full and said I would submit the invoice to my insurance company. The technician Jose came into my unit on Jan.20th and removed the machinery, but no one communicated this with me from PRC. It was my tenant who reached out to me. That's when I found out that the machines had been removed. Ricardo who's a project manager for construction finally came out to estimate the cost of how much it will be to rebuild.
