Since our old plumber didn't know anything about fixing/repairing things that are not working properly, I had to look around and found this company. This is a family owned business that has been around for over 30 years. They specialize in fixing sinks, toilets, drain stoppers, main line stoppers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, kitchen water lines, and more.. I used this company twice before. Once for my sink's garbage disposal, and the other time was for the sinks in both of my bathrooms. My landlord bought this cheap faucet that they use at fast food chain restaurants, and didn't do anything with the valve or the damages, that was caused by the leaks that literally became to be a lake in both bathrooms. My cleaning supplies, toilet papers, paper towels that I keep under my sink were SO wet along with both floors. The job that those 2 guys did in an hour and a half, took my old plumber to do in 5 hours and was still not fixed. It was like putting a band-aid on a wound. The process was so fast, seamless, and professional.. I am so grateful that I found this plumbing company that did an exceptional, excellent job for both my bathrooms, and my garbage disposal in my kitchen. Since my landlord didn't want to pay for it, we paid $800.00 out of pocket and I deducted from our rent. It was a mess, now everything is fixed, looks nice and clean. It was rather late in the day on Saturday so I just turned the water off and decided to deal with the problem on Monday. So, on Monday, I did a drive-by to assess the situation and discovered another area where water was bubbling to the surface and resulted in quite a large muddy spot. Well now, my head just hurt. So I turned to Yelp to look up 'Plumbers' and started reading reviews and I noticed that Rapid Action Rooter had sooooo many positive comments. I sent a message through Yelp describing the problem and a few minutes later I received a reply from the owner. I called Mandel, the owner, and he said he could come out that afternoon. That was yesterday. Mandel and his assistant were waiting for me when I arrived, both dressed in uniform with company info on the shirt. After I showed him the problem areas he and partner got to work. Mandel discovered there was a hole--more of a slit, in the middle of this piece of copper pipe (buried about 3 feet underground )--so weird. Have NO idea how could've happened...or WHEN! Mandel explained the damaged portion of the pipe needed to be removed and replaced, welded back together. He was transparent about the price and method of payment--uses Zelle, which is super convenient! During our conversation, though, I mentioned some other jobs that needed to be completed in the home. Well, before I could say, "do you know anyone who does...?", Mandel was telling me about his drywall & paint guy, his flooring guy, his electrical guy. But more than merely tell me about the tradesmen, he actually called them before he left so that I could coordinate a day/time to meet with them AND Mandel told them that HE would text them my contact information. What??!! I felt an incredible sense of relief knowing that most, if not all, of the remaining projects in the house will be completed. And it's because I had the great fortune---blessing, actually, of meeting Mandel. I would select Mandel and Rapid Action Rooter Plumbing again and again!!! He's the best!!!

We had a sewer backup issue affecting the back unit/ADU while also dealing with separate toilet issues in the front house. Mick responded quickly, diagnosed both problems efficiently, and got everything resolved the same day. The front house issue turned out to be worn toilet flappers from normal wear and tear. The back unit issue was a main line grease buildup/clog that required drain clearing and camera inspection work. Mick also took the time to explain the likely long-term slope/drainage concern with the ADU connection in a very straightforward and practical way. One thing I still appreciate after all these years is that Mick communicates like an operator, not a salesman. When I recently experienced a drain clog in the shower, I called another local plumber because they advertised a drain snaking special. Not only was that bait and switch (only if they can clean the drain from the cleanout only, which is unlikely with a shower), that plumber came out, told me they could've done the job cheaper, and then failed to be able to fix the clog. I called yesterday, and Brandon from Flood Brothers came today, put five minutes of hard work and elbow grease in and figured it out and fixed the problem. It was just a giant hair clog! They stand behind their work, and I will have them back to finish the rest of the plumbing updates to my home.

I don't leave reviews and not that they need yet another 5-star review to add to their almost 1K perfect reviews, but they said they'd still appreciate one so I gladly leave this review. George and John are two very sharp and highly knowledgeable plumbers. From the initial call/text correspondence through work completion, they were very informative, personable, highly skilled, and extremely efficient plumbers. Never could I have imagined plumbing repair work could be such an easy and pleasant experience. I initially thought I was going with another plumber due to earlier availability but once I was quoted double by the plumber (also a family-run business with high Yelp ratings) who hadn't even attempted to see inside the shower part, I immediately reached back out to Rishon. Not once did I feel uncomfortable as is often the case with service providers who try to upsell and take advantage. To provide context, I was fully informed of the potential extent of repairs needed to resolve a leaking shower (old house with old fixtures), which could entail an entire valve replacement (requiring breaking of drywall) if a simpler cartridge replacement would not be possible due to calcification, and that this could only be confirmed upon physical inspection. However, to my utter surprise and delight, they were able to fix the leak without even having to replace the cartridge! They're incredible -- they inspected, took parts out, further inspected, maneuvered, blew, etc. and it was fixed. I was just taken aback by their honesty in letting me know this and their integrity to not even charge for this. Now the cartridge will likely need to be replaced at some point and they did let me know it's a part they've not come across but they're looking for it. They will be the ones to replace it when the times comes -- along with any other plumbing job in the future. They've got a new lifetime customer. They also did another job of flushing the water heater, which I understand is a must for regular maintenance. Straightforward, fast, and they come prepared with everything -- highly recommend to extend the life not only of your water heater but also your pipes and fixtures as well as to prevent leaks. Call Rishon Plumbing. Guarantee you will not waste time or money calling around for quotes or using less qualified plumbers. So overjoyed I now have a plumber to call for maintenance or issues.
