Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture. Our project had some lapse time between measurement and installation. The delay was on us. Our only…read moreissue w/Carpets Galore was a lesson learned by both parties. When there is a significant lapse of time between measure and install, it is best to come back out to site to make sure all parties are on the same page. Communication was fabulous throughout. Installers worked hard and left the area clean and removed all trash. Another plus is they understand working with HOAs and mngmt of high rises. It was inconvenient to have to reschedule, and make a 1 day project 2 days. There also was a price change that through open communication we came to a resolution, and everyone continued to be pleasant and work through it to get the job done.

So…read morehappy I called and got in touch with David and Valentina, they are so helpful and the slabs we got - which was a steal is actually really premium quality. They focus on large size porcelain and if you're in Vegas you have to stop by their showroom, it's massive and they have slabs on the wall already which is very helpful to see how your shower walls or fireplace could look with the stone. After we picked out our slabs, about a week later we sent a driver and they loaded the pieces so fast. The main slab yard is outside toward the back of the building and they are loaded with options.
