Hovik took great care of my Prius Prime after I was rear ended in an accident and pushed into the car in front of me. This body shop works very very well with Progressive insurance, and the costs for repair were exactly what my insurance quoted which I originally thought might have been too low for replacing all part on a new 2017 car. Hovik even took care of a small dent I had on my car that wasn't a part of the accident! It took less than 2 weeks to repair my rear bumper and a lot of the front of my car. First, the owner is a great guy! Really genuine, friendly and easy to get along with. When I came to the lot he examined the car and quoted me at a great price, so we shook on it! They did a great job on my car! Both my door and fender were dented in with paint peeling off. Also my door wouldn't open without making a horrible noise. When I went to pick it up I was told they painted the surrounding areas to blend it in. I was surprised by this because another body shop didn't even bother with trying to blend in their paint job. It was a PLUS for me because they covered up a bunch of nicks and scratches that I had before. All in all it was a great service at a great price. They WILL work with you! We took the car in, and he set our expectations for time frame, and assured us that he would take care of everything with our insurance. Wow!! I have never been treated so well in a body shop. First of all the shop is nicely decorated, well organized and it even smells good. The restroom looks better than ones found in most homes!! Dont believe me, then take your car there and use the restroom even if you dont need to. Just a breath of fresh air from the beginning to the end. The owner ordered my headlight on Tuesday and called me Thursday to have to work done. Took virtually no time at all. He quoted me a fair price which was great cause this was not an insurance issue. Precision auto did a great job replacing my bumper and matched the insurance estimate even though they got the part from the dealer; the insurance estimate was based on a cheaper generic bumper.
