The carpet cleaner was very nice and did a pretty good job for the most part. However I was a bit disappointed that some dirt marks were left behind and the carpet felt somewhat crunchy after drying. Price was fair and I was able to negotiate it. Update: Doug (the owner) called to discuss the areas that I was disappointed with and made a huge effort to make sure I was completely happy with the cleaning and his company. He came to my house and cleaned the areas himself to assure I was a satisfied customer.The areas are now clean and I am very happy. Doug just left and I am blown away. Right off the bat, I got Doug. He was unable to write things down at that time, but set up a time, had me text him the address and a few details, and was able to fit me in right away. No being put on hold or being unable to fit me in. He arrived 20 minutes early, was on time and helped me to move out a few things. Up front told me how much it would be, didn't upsell, didn't start the work then tell me what it would be etc etc. flat out honest. Stated what his expectations for the carpet would be, what would come out, what might not. There's no grand machine that runs through your house. He does it by hand, efficiently, quickly, with great respect to your home and your belongings. If you are in need of a heavy duty cleaning, let him know so he can make sure he has the right truck, he has a wonderful referral reward system so tell your friends. He exceeded m expectations. I have have really bad carpets in the house we rent and I was only hoping too at least freshen the smell of the carpets and he's actually brought the color back out and get out some stains and even provided little squares of material to put under the feet of my couch that had to remain on the carpet. You will pay roughly a little over a hundred for a fairly large livingroom (he did some of the hall too!) which can be pricey for some, but is cheaper than others I have used before and it's a matter of quality and excellent service being worth that price. He turned out to be the owner. Very nice to me, he asked me what I needed and I had one of his associates at my home within an hour. A gentlemen named Zach showed up at my home. He was extremely kind, considerate, and compassionate towards me. I happened to be completely disabled and couldn't help with any preparation. Non of that was an issue with Zach. He took care of what ever he needed to do his job with no complaints. I am a senior citizen, totally disabled and this Company & Zach was a true blessing for me because it has been a very long long time when I finally found a honest and reliable service company. He asked me to text him my info & said he would find out where his guys were and call me back. Works for me. He did call right back and had someone over in a couple hours or so. The price was a bit lower than he estimated over the phone. No up-sale type of bullshit at all. Dude did his thing and split. I have no carpet in the house, but I do have a big-ass sectional couch.
