Garden State HD claimed the bike wasn't working because the seat was customized and because of this the computer was overheating. A problem the bike never had. NJ Customs found a problem with the fuse box. It was a quick and affordable fix and the bike worked perfectly after that. The problem had nothing to do with customization.

Since I bought my 2017 FLHXS I have add Rinehart pipes, mini apes, a black engine guard, and a detachable tour pack. Everything I had something done they always looked to try and save me money. With out even asking they looked into having the stock guard powder coated so I wouldn't have to but one. And recently when I had the tour pack wired. They called me and asked if I wanted to drill in the tour pack for the antenna relocation since I had a nubby. They called me to offer to return the parts I already purchased because they noticed I really didn't need them. I can go on and on about all the things they do right. I would only have one complaint. It's hard to get your bike in there during riding season because they are so busy, but that's a good thing for them. Sucks for the customer sometimes, but just shows how good they are and why everyone keeps going there.

Go figure so I drop it off tell em to check the valves and clean the carb/and jet it properly. I knew I had no rear brakes (and my front brake needed to be changed) long story short. (He performed an oil change/greased the fittings/fixed my shifter assembly (the main reason I was there) and never gave him (Cory) "BIG GOONIE "hey you guyyyyssss" look-a-like mf to do any other work except the carb/valves because they were too tight. Granted at one point they DO Do MAGNIFICENT WORK. I MEAN they've BEEN OPEN OVER 30- semi years so I get a call from this big cockeyed hillbilly that says it's done. OKAY. I ATTEMPT TO PAY OVER THE PHONE I was like why not? No answer that made sense. So I go down there. Oh they cardholders gotta be present-sorry? WHAAAT? It's a credit card. Smh. Anyway so now today I will be picking it up with the cardholder because unfortunately I have too many toys and not enough money and ESPECIALLY NOT 3,000$$$I could've gotten a 660r in better condition or even a banshee for what I paid. 1,800 for the bike snd 3k for maintenance. These guys seem to know their stuff, since dealers are always overpriced and for the work they do, i dont think i would mind giving these guys a shot the next time my bike needs something done i cannt do myself.
