Purchased a new motorcycle, brought it home and a fully charged battery would not hold a charge…read moreovernight and the quick shifter did not work. They came and picked up the bike to repair it which was appreciated. The bike was returned with a new battery but the quick shifter still did not work properly. It took many calls and follow ups and eventually when I received a response from someone they committed to pick the bike up again. They said they would get back to me with a schedule. More weeks of follow up and each time I talked to someone they said they were new and the previous person I talked to was no longer there. After about more 8 weeks, with numerous calls to them, the GM called and said his representative made a mistake and that he would not be honoring the commitment to pick the bike up. He stated that the coordination of the repair was my issue. I bought the bike for a track bike and lost the 3 months of the season because of this dealership. The sales team was completely disorganized during the sale, the repair department was slow, incompetent, and unresponsive, the general manager was rude, unprofessional, did not stand behind his team, and did not care about the customer. Overall, I feel this is a horrible dealership to do any business with. They only positive experience was the driver who picked up the bike was a super nice guy!

NJ Customs fixed the real problem with my Sportster when HD didn't take time to look into the issue. They listen to the customer and do things correctly. Beautiful custom work as well. Garden State HD claimed the bike wasn't working because the seat was customized and because of this the computer was overheating. A problem the bike never had. NJ Customs found a problem with the fuse box. It was a quick and affordable fix and the bike worked perfectly after that. The problem had nothing to do with customization.

I have NEVER written a review for any establishment before until I came to this sorry excuse for a buisness. do NOT come here. You will lose THOUSANDS of dollars and time while dealing with people who have no idea what they are doing. When asked about my bike failing to turn over, he suggested I get new grips. There are not enough words to describe how terrible this shop is and I advise with the utmost urgency to avoid the place at all costs. These guys seem to know their stuff, since dealers are always overpriced and for the work they do, i dont think i would mind giving these guys a shot the next time my bike needs something done i cannt do myself.
