First time here last week for Hydra facial, office was clean and staff are friendly. They have huge waiting area with lots of seating and magazine. Bathroom smell clean and clean. Sabrina did my hydrafacial, she was knowledgable, attentive and sweet. She explains every steps and made sure I am comfortable. She answers all my questions and worries. I love doing maintenance on my face every year but have never done hydrafacial. It left my skin hydrate and clean. She massages my face to in the end. They also have a camera to point out whats needs to be done in your face. All in all I had a great experience here, such a cozy and relaxing vibe. Sabrina is the best. I absolutely love how professional Precision M.D. is. I want to give a shout out to the receptionist at the front desk and my new favorite esthetician, Sabrina. I experienced the hydrafacial and absolutely loved it. Parking is easy, there's plenty of places to park out front. Some areas are shaded so there are options as to where you want to park. When you enter, the lobby area is very clean. The front desk has a receptionist that will check you in and have you fill out any necessary paperwork. The seating is low and comfortable. I like all the white furniture. I did not have to wait long after I filled out the paperwork to be seen by my esthetician. Sabrina introduced herself to me and explained how the hydrafacial worked in detail. I appreciated this as I have never received a facial like this before. I like how my face was scanned and analyzed using innovative technology. It was nice that Sabrina was so knowledgeable when it came to skincare. I have been trying to schedule a consultation the last two months, 1st one was canceled because the Doctor wasn't available. Nobody would return my calls after that. I still have the voicemail canceling the appointment. Come to find out, the business has permanently closed and I still have an $840 balance on my account from paying up front. Now I have contacted Department of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and Board of Cosmetology in hopes they can help me retrieve my balance. It would be nice if a notice would be sent out to clients in advance that the business is closing, so they can decide what to do with their money and services. Hopefully the business will call me to resolve this rather than waiting months for a solution. read more

I have been looking into getting a hydrafacial for a little while now. It was highly recommended by my current medical physician, who specializes in dermatology. I decided to sign up at Percision M.D. Cosmetic Surgery Center for the Yelp Elite event. Making a call to them was very simple. They let me know to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out papers with need to know information... such as name, address, phone number... allergies. Percision M.D. is located in the heart of Elk Grove. They offer a wide range of aesthetic treatments to improve your appearance, as well as amenities to help you unwind and indulge yourself. They help you look and feel your best with BOTOX, facial fillers, skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, body contouring, chemical peels, and more. Be sure to check out their website to get a consultation! When I realized how much traffic was in front of me, I called them 50 minutes before my appointment to let them know I wouldn't be making it 15 minutes before and they were ok with that. I showed up at 3 minutes after my start time(18 minutes late, ugh)... thankfully, they had some flexibility in their schedule(THANK GOODNESS!) **However, if that flexibility is not there and you are more than 10 minutes late, you need to be rescheduled. When I arrived, the lobby was immaculately clean, bright, products on display and a large waiting area with a welcoming receptionist, Amelia! She had a calming voice and had me sign in. She gave me paperwork to fill out and shortly after, I was taken back by Sabrina, who was going to do my Hydrafacial! We walked back into a clean room. Sabrina had everything set up she would be using and they were all products from Percision! The first machine before I laid back for my facial scanned my face... it uses these close up pics for before and after pictures and can see stressful points(I think I'm putting that the nice way). Then I laid back with the steam hitting my face... that helps to open the pores. Sabrina started off with a cleanser. It felt nice with her massaging it into my face. She wiped it off then pulled out a special wand that she used all over my face. It had a special suction pulling out as much impurities as it could. Next, she went in with a special tool and manually pulled stuff that needed to be gone! Last step was a moisturizer with an spf 50... **WEARING SUNSCREEN DAILY IS IMPORTANT! EVEN ON A CLOUDY DAY!!! Sabrina massaged the moisturizer into my face and finished a quick massage on my scalp. I felt pretty good! I was confused that the facial didn't include my neck, but all facials are different, so I just assume this one didn't include it. I loved that I got to see the impurities after! ** BEWARE OF PRECISION MD** PART TWO I ended up putting another deposit down and was advised that as long as it was paid for my surgery date, I would be able to have it added to my surgery. Again I left thinking everything was fine. After about a week or 2, I called the office because I realized that they didn't define what was going to be done during the flanks liposuction. I called to see if I could get clarification on what where it was going to cover on my body (I did some research and it varies depending on Dr. preference). I have been calling since January 9th and have gotten zero response. I have reached out via their website internal emailing, I have called their office line and it goes to their voicemail during business hours and the voicemail box is full. I have waiting until they are closed and contacted their answering service. An entire month without any form of contact! I have also visited their location on several different occasions since the 9th, and every time I have been there, there has been an empty parking lot, the doors have been locked and the building looks like the employees just vanished mid workday. So it looks like this establishment has been entirely vacated. This surgery has been a long time coming. I have been a surrogate 4 times and given birth to 9 children total (3 of them being my own) and this tummy tuck was supposed to be a gift to myself for bringing that chapter of my life to a close. I have been waiting 10 years and now I will have to wait longer, and I am out money. I suggest those of you who had put any money down, to go to your bank and dispute the charges as services not rendered. If anyone also has any information on whether or not we could get a group together to get compensation for this, then by all means, lets get it going. This review is for MiraDry. I'd like to start off by sharing the staff at Precision were very attentive and helpful and did a good job at answering all my questions. They had good customer service. I have hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) - it sucks ALWAYS having sweaty pits! I finally decided to do something about it, so I researched MiraDry. I was sooo looking forward to getting this minimally invasive treatment done. My appointment was in November 2021. It was disappointing - It ended up being a waste of money. It worked for 3-4 months, and then everything went back to normal. However, what did last longer were the effects of either the procedure or anesthesia (?) - The altered sensation to my underarms and upper arms lasted for well over one year. Upon doing research for this procedure, MiraDry claims little to no down time. This is true. BUT!! My underarms and the surrounding areas swelled up like crazy. I looked swoll like a buff person lol. It came with a lot of bruising, and tenderness. Nothing I couldn't handle. Not saying I wouldn't recommend this procedure, just sharing it didn't work for me. Very disappointed! read more

Xia and Towfiq were very kind and professional. But after such poor treatment by the owner, I don't want to ever go back to this place. I absolutely love precision! Located in the heart of Elk Grove, and next to an amazing coffee coach, it's a hidden treasure. I have been to this location once before for a special event, and made an appointment to return for a facial. I love everything about this place. From the moment that I walk in and I'm always greeted so nicely, to the lovely waiting room that is always so sparkling clean and comfortable. Precision offers a complete menu of services, and many of these services are available for teens, men and women. I'm pretty sure that I could spend several days there enjoying each and everyone of them. The rooms are absolutely immaculate and comfortable. Each room is set up for different services, so you know that you're being given the top treatment for whichever treatment you've selected. Both times that I have been to this amazing location, the technicians have been professional, personable, and have made me feel at home. This last visit, we did another skin analysis, and determined that I apparently take good care of my skin. Yay me! I definitely need to up my water game though. I didn't feel forced to purchase any extra products, but an array of products were offered for my convenience if I had decided that I wished to purchase any. If you are looking to give a gift, looking to have a personal spa day, or have any challenges, this definitely is the place to go. The building is nice , however the staff is not fully trained. I went in several months ago for a laser tattoo removal consultation. Being unfamiliar with the process, I trusted the girl that did the consultation and the physician assistant that told me it would take 3 sessions. I paid $750 for the three sessions and now 6 months later I went in for post op. The pictures shows that while it has lightened , I will obviously need several more visits. My concern , is that I wish I was given a more accurate estimate upfront. To prepare for the appropriate amount of time and money to invest. I understand it is difficult to predict exactly as each person is different, however I may have decided to cover the tattoo if I had a more accurate estimate. My most recent consultant recommended another three visits. And oddly enough , the PA that measured it this visit , measured that it was bigger than at the initial consultation. So apparently it grew ?? It is very difficult to get an honest straight answer here! The office manager Emily is new, and seems extremely inexperienced and hasn't learned any of the pricing structure or customer service. The two stars are for the assistant that did the actual removal and the one that helped me today . The bathrooms are also in need of attention. I told the receptionist last time. But everyone here is quick to say that that's not their job, about everything . Tattoo removal is charged based on circumference of the tattoo , regardless of the details of the tattoo . read more

I came in for a hydro facial yesterday and Sabrina was fabulous!! It was my first time receiving a facial in years and Sabrina was great at walking me through the entire process. Initially, I was expecting a more "spa-like" facial but after reading other reviews, I came in with the knowledge that the space is much more clinical. Although this is a doctor's office, Sabrina did her best to make it feel relaxing. She was very personable. I loved that she explained every step of the process to me and answered all of my questions. She started with serums, moved into suctioning, then extracted with the machine and then manually, finally a little massage at the end. I really enjoyed every step. I know that the manual extractions can be really painful but surprisingly it wasn't too bad, maybe because she told me I had minimal pores to pick at. Lol but I can imagine it being much more painful in certain areas or the deeper your pores! I left with my skin feeling moisturized, smooth and soft! Got my first hydra facial here and it was amazing! They offer several services, such as facials, laser procedures, botox, and plastic surgery. My esthetician Sabrina was amazing she answered all of my questions about the facial and made sure to give me a heads up before doing any extractions. If you've never had a facial the extractions are the most painful part but beauty is pain and it's just for a few seconds! The facial left my face glowing. From making an appointment over the phone to the very end at checkout; experience was awesome! I came in for a hydrafacial. When you walk in the waiting area is large, open, clean, with 7 chairs. After checking in I had to fill out some paperwork since it was my first time receiving services. The questions varied between services you may be interested and allergies to be aware of. I didn't have to wait too long to be called back by Sabrina. She gave me a run down of what to expect during the appointment and verified any allergies or reactions to facials in the past. She then took up close and personal photos of my face which generates a percentage of a list of things like wrinkles and age spots. The treatment probably lasted about 30 mins or so and Sabrina made the experience very comfortable. It was a several step process with steam lightly hitting the face (felt so nice!) the whole duration. She did tester spots near my neck to ensure I did not have a reaction to any products, which I appreciated. She ended it with a light facial and head massage. She was super knowledgeable and answered any questions without hesitation. This establishment offers a wide range of services! Lip fillers, breast augmentation, BBL, HALO, laser hair removal, face and neck lift, rhinoplasty and even tattoo removal! First impression when I walked in- Wow, this place is nice! The front desk lady was welcoming as well. If you're looking for a spa facial experience, this place probably isn't for you. TLDR: I expected a spa facial experience, but what it really was- lights on and conversations goin' on. Lol! Got my first hydra facial and Sabrina was my esthetician. She was very personable and asked me if I had any questions before starting the process. I didn't really know what to expect since it was my first facial, so she went ahead and walked me through the entire thing. We started off with a scan of the face which used really bright LED lights to capture the pictures and it measured the UV Score, Wrinkles, Pores, etc. I thought that was pretty interesting. Then she started my facial with the manual cleansing, and then a hydration serum, and then the extractions (which can be a little [or super] painful if it's your first time- I know it was for me!!!). She focused the extractions mainly near my nose area since that's where most of my pores were, and I appreciated her being gentle around my nose piercing area since it can be a little sensitive. Overall, the facial was nice for the first time as far as making my skin soft and glowy. If you didn't know, I am a skincare girl! I worked for 6 years at a high end medical spa and have taken so many skin care classes over the years I could probably teach one myself. I am very careful who I put my trust in when it comes to skincare (and paying a good deal for that service) so I was really looking forward to my appointment with Audrey at Precision MD. The lobby was so lovely. And there is PLENTY of parking here! No need to worry about finding a spot or long walks. I have been inspecting my face the duration of covid and longing for a good facial. I signed up for the mini hydra-facial (cost is $199) since it is such a popular one that I haven't tried yet. The girls at the front desk were very sweet- can use a little help maybe but very friendly. Audrey popped out of her room to get me and walked me back to her room. She scanned my face with a system that tracks your skin's progress and age. My total age came out to 33 years old- not too bad for my lacking routine due to covid I'd say! Audrey kept her mask on the whole time and was extremely professional. She told me about the products she was using and I felt well taken care of by her before, during, and after the facial. I loved the red light aspect of the facial! I didn't expect that extra bit of treatment. The actual hydra-facial part was so cool and didn't hurt at all. I did feel my cheekbone areas and above my brow bone get a little tender but I am so happy with the extractions that were done. I was a little red after but it soon faded. More than anything I wanted to touch my skin because it hasn't been so clear in months! But of course I didn't. Audrey showed me the rooms- all of which were so clean and organized, just what I would expect of a high end place. My favorite room was the skincare room (my specialty!) and I loved being able to talk about the products with the skin care specialist- best of all Precision MD makes their own products! I am 65 and recently had Botox and fillers done by a physician's assistant at Percision MD, and I must say that I'm not happy with the results. The PA seemed to be unfamiliar with mature skin and didn't give me examples of drooping brows that are likely to happen due to my age. At my follow-up they said there's nothing they can do and I have to wait for the Botox to go away. I paid $3800 to be very disappointed with the outcome. I was also left extremely bruised and swollen for two weeks. The Botox injections left me with a frozen and unnatural look, and the fillers made my eyes look puffy and very hooded. It's frustrating because I was hoping to achieve a more youthful and refreshed appearance, but instead, I feel like I look worse than before. I wish I had done more research and found a practitioner who specializes in mature skin. I learned my lesson and won't make the same mistake again. I don't recommend this clinic for anyone over 60 looking to enhance their appearance with Botox or fillers. read more

Went for a hydrafacial but due to being pregnant, apparently that is a contraindication for the hydrafacial so Sabrina gave me a manual facial. Was very relaxing. My skin is crazy broken out w a ton of white heads from all my hormones and lack of sleep so Sabrina spent a good amount of time doing extractions which were painful AF lol but probably needed. After checking in to the spacious and socially distance-able waiting area, the facial peel session started with some photos, including some that showed future aging. :O The peel process had several steps including cleansing, a mud mask type layer, the actual peel, and then a moisturizer. Knowledgeable as well. EXPERIENCE: I entered into the lobby, walked straight to the front desk and received a questionnaire to fill out. That thing was like buying a car or preparing for surgery, it had so many pages. It was thorough. Within 90 seconds of turning in that form, Audrey had called me from the lobby. A quick walk to the back and I was in a room with some really fancy technical machinery. The first thing we did was take a scan of my face. This thing was straight out of a futuristic space movie. This machine was supposed to tell me my skin age. It said I was 10 years older. Lol. It also picked up my beard in the scan so that can throw it off a little. Either way age means nothing to me. I feel great! After the scan, I lied down on the table and we proceeded with my hydrafacial. It was chill. Didn't hurt or burn. On my first consultation visit, the front desk had taken precautionary measures during COVID-19 Pandemic by making sure I wear a mask before entering, sanitizing my hands when I entered, maintaining at least 6 feet away from others, getting a touchless temperature reading on my forehead, and also giving me a sanitized pen to use. I met with AMBER and addressed a few things that I have been concerned with. She thoroughly went over the cost and gave a brief description of each procedure. I've been hearing about this place for some time now. Finally got a chance to check them out. Once I walked in, I was amazed on how gorgeous the place is. Super chic, styling, clean and organized. I was greeted by the receptionist. She was super nice. Since it was my first time there, I had to fill out some forms. After I turned in my forms, my esthetician Audrey came out to grab me and bring me to the procedure room. She had my skin assessed by their special machine. The machine took pictures of my skin from different angles. Then it compared my skin to 100 other women's skin. Afterwards, the machine estimated my 'actual' age based on my current skin situation. It added 6 years but I wasn't too offended lol. After the skin assessment, I laid down and Audrey started her magic. Each steps and serums she used, she explained each and every one of them. She also went into details on what the benefits are. Audrey was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. The whole process lasted 30 minutes. It was very calming and relaxing. My first time for facial ever and it was such an amazing experience. After my procedure, I had the opportunity to talk to Kim for a bit. I had the lovely opportunity of having a Hydra Facial at Precision MD today! What a treat! My first time visiting this beautiful Medical Office. The location is super easy to find. Right at Laguna and Big Horn. There is a large parking lot. There's even a fabulous coffee truck in the parking lot. The building is new, modern, clean and refreshing. Everything is very white and sparkly. The lobby/reception area has tons of information and the employees were welcoming and cheerful. I got a tour of the space, and they have everything you would expect - and all the latest technologies. They have their own line of skin care products as well. Everyone was so gracious. Arrived early to complete about ten minutes worth of paperwork. They were right on time and waiting for me for my appointment. The esthetician is Audrey. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Yet warm and friendly at the same time. The service I received was the Hydra Facial. Before she started to work on my skin she took photos and analyzed my skin. This was super interesting!! Never had that done before and I liked seeing this information. The facial was comfortable and efficient. Several steps to the Hydra Facial - She told me each step as it was performed to put me at ease. It went by too quickly- I wanted more! My skin looks amazing!! Soft and glowy. But not red or damaged. Perfect result. My husband even said I looked five years younger when I got home! My skin feels soft and plump and I agree- I do look younger. I would recommend Precision MD and Audrey to perform any facial services. She knows her stuff and you will love the results. Update. Shortly after i placed this review a manager named emily called and apologized profusely for my horrible experience. She offered a complimentary service that she explained my own blood would be used and injected under my under eyes to correct my issue. I forgot the name. But she mentioned that a new doctor would be joining and it wouldn't be until another month that he would join and i would be treated. I agreed and she scheduled me in for a month out. I put it on my calender at work. Well, the day comes and i call in the morning to confirm my appointment time since its been about a month and i never got a call to confirm when i usually do. Front desk answers and says i have no appointments at all. She then says "oh i see a note here " and puts me on hold. After some minutes she gets back in the line and says that my appointment was cancelled because the" dr hasn't joined the team yet" and i was upset and asked why wasnt i notified as i commute to see them and arranged my schedule around the appointment day. She apologized and said she honestly doesnt know and that she couldn't reschedule me. That emily herself the awesome responsible manager would have to. (Sarcasm). So i would get a call back from EMILY. Its october now and never got a call back. They ended up lying to the BBB also and stated that this Dr. Jeffery did offer me a solution to fix their mistake but I declined. HOW WOULD THAT MAKE SENSE AS I WANTED THIS FIX AND I WENT THERE FOR EXACTLY THAT. THEY LIE THEYRE A JOKE AND BASICALLY THE WALMART OF COSMETIC SERVICES. Dont go. I'm 50 years old with semi-sensitive skin. My skin was looking dull, like it'd seen better days so I decided on a chemical peel. I had skin cancer 7 years ago and the Kaiser dermatologist actually recommended regular chemical peels. Her theory is that it helps the cancer cells slough off. I had an excellent experience getting my chemical peel at this center. The center itself is sparkling clean and modern. Staff were all masked and they gave me a "clean" pen To fill out paperwork. Right after I finished the paperwork, Audrey came and got me for my chemical peel. She was professional, kind and reassuring. The visit started with a VISIA skin analysis that scores you into a percentile for various skin issues compared to other women my age. I scored well in some areas and not so great in others. I had to check my ego at the door because it was humbling, but also really helpful information. The analysis included scores on my wrinkles, brown spots, red spots, skin texture, presence of bacteria and pores. In the end you get a "skin age". My skin age was 53 years old. Ugh! Definitely need to do more for my skin. Audrey had me lie down and prepped my skin for the peel. The prep was a mask and was relaxing and Audrey made good conversation. She let me know it's time for the peel and that she can do up to 6 layers with breaks and pain check ins. Having had a peel in the past, I was feeling confident that I could do 4 layers. First layer was mild sting and Audrey fanned my face while we took a break. She had me number my pain which was a 2 out of 10. Onto the next layer which started as a 4 but, despite her fanning, lasted pretty long and inched up to a 5. She mentioned that the stinging will go away and that I'll go home with it on my face. That made me worried and I didn't want to push it so I stopped at 2 layers. Three days later I started mildly peeling for just 2 days. Six days after the peel, I'd catch a glimpses of myself in the mirror and noticed that my highlighter had been looking great. Then I noticed the same thing but I didn't have any makeup on. That's when I realized my skin was glowing. I also noticed that the blotchiness on my cheeks subsided too. I'm definitely happy and kind of regret not doing the 3rd layer. ** BEWARE OF PRECISION MD** PART ONE Started my journey with them in 2024. I went in on May 18th and had a consult with Dr. Hazani for a tummy tuck. When I got to the consult, I was taken back and asked to remove all clothing so the Dr. could assess what was needed. Instead of seeing Dr. Hazani, I was instead seen by Dr. DeWeese as Dr. Hazani was a 'traveling Dr.' and wasn't always in office. Not unheard of, but definitely unsettling. During the consult, they took me to another room to take photos to send to Dr. Hazani, the Dr. DeWeese came in for the initial assessment of my body for this procedure. NOTHING was mentioned at the time about losing any weight. After I got done with that consult. I received a text from Dr. Hazani. He had reviewed my photos and said everything looked straight forward and that we could schedule once I had paid in full. I was then taken to the financial consultants office to apply for financing. The total was $5800 and I was approved for $500 in financing. I put an $800 deposit down and then a down payment through the app for Cherry who I had been financed through. I left that day thinking everything was great. A few months later, in October, I was reviewing my paperwork and noticed that the term "all inclusive" was listed on my invoice, but that I was never told exactly WHAT all inclusive ACCTUALLY included. So I called the office and spoke with the med assistant there and she said that she would schedule me for a consult. I went in for my appt on a Saturday, and when I got there I was greeted and taken back to a room. On the way to the room, the MA informed me that Dr. Hazani was no longer with the practice. So they would be placing me with the new Dr. who had just been hired. Once I was in the room, they asked me to just take my shirt off and put a gown on (but that I could keep my pants and bra on) and that she would be getting the suite ready for a virtual consult because the Dr. was not in office (another traveling Dr.) After waiting about 5 minutes, the MA came back in and said that there was (YET AGAIN) another change of plans and that the other traveling Dr, Dr. Stafford would not be able to accommodate the date I had chose for my surgery so they would simply place me with the resident Dr, Dr. DeWeese. He came in a few minutes later and said "I remember you, you came in back in May sometime I think" and there was a little bit of back and forth banter recalling the last visit. He then asked what was bringing me in today, and I said I was just trying to get an answer on what 'all inclusive' meant, but upon hearing that Dr. Hazani was no longer working there, I wasnt sure what was going to happen with my procedure. He said he would 'honor' the money I had already paid. He asked that I open the gown and when I did, his eyes widened like he was startled, and then said "You are going to have to loose AT LEAST 50 lbs before I can work on you" I was obviously shocked by this and teared up because it had NEVER been mentioned that I would need to lose such an extreme amount and my surgery was less than a month away. He then said he would recommend 'postponing the surgery indefinitely until I lost the weight' I then asked again about what 'all inclusive' meant, and he flatly said 'Oh its just the surgery, anesthesia and your meds after'. He then promptly stood up and said 'Yep, that's where we are at. Go talk to your PCM about getting prescribed a weight loss medication. Then check back with me around the New Year and we will go from there' and then walked out of the room. Still in shock at the way he was rudely telling me this, I left and went to my car. The moment I left the office, Dr. DeWeese and staff left the office. Fast forward to 12/30/24. I had scheduled an appt with Dr. DeWeese for another updated consultation to have a conversation and check in regarding rescheduling my surgery. When I showed up, the took me into the financial consultants office instead of a room and then brought Dr. DeWeese in after I told her the reason for my appt. Dr. Deweese came in and sat down and seemed very distracted. Did not seem to pay attention to what I was saying and then after I had told him I had been able to get on weight loss meds and that I had lost about 20lbs, I also asked if he thought we were on track to reschedule the surgery, and he distractedly said 'Yea I think we are good for that timeline' and then hurried the conversation along and after about 5 minutes left the room. The financial consultant then asked if I had any other questions and I said I was interested in getting Lipo done. I asked her how much it would be to add flanks on, and she said it would be about $6800, I said I couldn't afford it and then she said 'Let me go talk to the Dr. and see if he can give a bit of a discount.' She came back about 5 minutes later and said 'He agreed to do it for $5300, can you put a deposit down? read more

Went with a slightly curved nose to get liquid rhinoplasty.Easy to schedule an appointment. The medical staff thoroughly goes over their options and instructions prior to you seeing the doctor. Lots of options for Botox. Doctor did an excellent, juts excellent job! It's as if I got an actual surgery done. I LOVE my nose, I have never felt so confident and happy with myself until the appointment day. I absolutely recommend this facility for those who are insecure and do not like how their nose looks. Everything about the experience was unprofessional and off putting (other reviews list similar reasons), and the quote for their services is five times what a highly rated (on Yelp) podiatrist quoted me for the same procedure. This was my very first time coming in today and I didn't know exactly what to expect. I was greeted by all smiling faces and great customer service! Relaxing and clean atmosphere and plenty of pamphlets for all of your desires. I came in today for a Hydrafacial which felt amazing! Left my face glowing and feeling baby soft again. I had the pleasure of working with Sabrina who was oh so kind and gentle. Very knowledgeable oh what she does and boy does she do a great job! She's so sweet and had great conversation for my boyfriend and I. She had correct answers and information for all of our inquiries.I felt like a little baby having my face pampered and restored back moisturized. She told me about a chemical peel that helps with my dark spots from the sun! Will def be back to try other treatments. They had me very tempted looking into the lipo and tummy tuck lol wasn't persuaded but I seen it was offered and heard great things about the work here. Checked in 15 minutes early for a hydrafacial appointment and was taken care of by Sabrina shortly after. She was so nice and welcoming, explaining the whole process as she went along with the procedure. I had a great time talking with her about games, movies, and so many other things while she was doing work on my face. By the time she was done, my face was moisturized and fresh.
