Owner refuses to work on a diesel engines, especially with oil changes. Spoke to other precision tunes and they all do oil changes for diesel vehicles but this one refuses to, but also doesn't tell anyone that they don't so when you show up and waste your time with them they act like it's your fault. They have no value for the working man. read more

How are you still in business. You lied to me about how much my alternator costs to be fixed. You guys were going to over charge me $800 bucks with a 12-month warranty. I had it towed to Fastlap and they fixed it for $444 with a THREE year warranty. I will forever hate you for this. Also, I posted this on FB and I have 7K followers. Good luck with this. read more

I came in for the basic oil change and have used this place for years. The woman at the front desk rolled her eyes at me as soon as I walked in. The price for a basic oil change has gone up from $25 to $68 (she told me it would be $76), and took great pleasure in telling me that "everything has gone up." I called Valvoline across the street and they do it for $49. I didn't get back to the counter in time to ask for my keys back before they started. I loved this place, even left a great review on the web a couple of years ago, but probably won't be back after today. Took my car in to have some front end work done. They did not diagnose all the parts that needed to be changed, had to give me a surprise extra charge of 210. After I picked the car up and got the paperwork, I did a little investigation, and found I was charged 363 dollars over kia parts pricing. And as we all know the dealer is the most expensive place to buy parts. Would not recommend this shop to anyone! Especially a woman. At one point I called trying to find out why all parts were not included in the original quote, just to have the person I spoke to, to put the phone down and walk away. Refusing to discuss the issue with me. When the "owner" called me back he treated me as though I was a complete idiot when it came to car repair. read more

Had a catastrophic engine failure. My first choice shop for repair was Precision Auto Tune, at Hefner and Rockwell, where I have had great routine services over the years. This is a big job. The engine was delivered and I dropped off the kit. Got a labor estimate. So now it's ready, set, go. Waiting to hear from Shaddy, the shop manager, that I'll soon be back on the road. Had some car trouble coming into Oklahoma from Memphis to visit family. We came in to Precision Tune Auto Care on Rockwell and they immediately started to help us. They were kind and attentive. Needed an oil change walked in 1st time said it would be a hour and maybe 30 wait, so I said alright I'll be back then. Came back hour later he took my info car type/name the basic. Sat down hopped on my phone the typical. 30 minutes pass all done payed 21$ bucks swiped card and left nothing outa the ordinary last time I was here they suggested some maintenance on my u joints and they were right I busted one. A bunch of guys just trying to pass the day n work can't complain who doesn't. In all was was in and out in 30ish and only cost 21$ bucks even tho the sell was going to be 26$. You have a dedicated customer and I'll back next time I need my oil change. Only 4 stars cuz the guy who drove my truck out made my car smell like smoke but it's probably due to his job working on cars I'll live. Maybe get a bigger place lol. This is by far the worst shop I've ever experienced. I brought my car in for an alternator replacement. Came back, paid the bill, got in my car and found that my gear shift had been completely broken and the pieces were simply laying on my front passenger seat. Bought another one and they reimbursed me for the one I ordered under the condition that they installed the new one. Picked the car back up to be shown the key is stuck in the ignition and upon leaving realized my transmission won't shift gears when in drive. Also the safety interlock is no longer working so the stick now moves through the gears freely. To sum it all up, I went from needing a new alternator to needing a new car in 2 weeks. Do not bring your vehicle to this shop! read more

DON'T GET RIPPED OFF BY THESE PEOPLE. My dad brought his car in because it wasn't accelerating and told them he needed the transmission checked. They said that wasn't the problem, fixed something else in the car, charged us $500 and the car still won't accelerate. Then afterwards, told us that we would need something done with the transmission and it would cost even more. Don't ever go here, they will rip you off and not fix what you came in for. read more

Went to get my oil changed and didn't hear a peep until they said they were done and said I owed about $80. Apparently I looked as shocked as I felt. The guy said it was because my car required synthetic oil. I paid, but later checked my 2016 Accord manual. It *does not* require synthetic oil. The scam may have gotten them a little money in the short run, but they lost a long-time customer in the long run. read more

Pulled in to get an oil change - guys we're all standing around. Red hair with chewing tobacco guy came over and started popping hood etc than told me will be over $60 for oil change. He jacked the price over twice amount. I asked why - he said all Honda's require this synthetic oil ??????? Um no...yes, I'm female but have grown up around mechanics my whole life. I was very uncomfortable so I told him I will go somewhere else. He yelled at somebody already doing something under my car, slammed my hood and stepped back while they are evil eyed me. This place hasn't been reviewed in a while, and apparently things have really changed between 2014 and 2016. Alexis' review should be more prominent on the page. We had a similar experience there. Hubby takes the car in for brake work and oil change/tire rotation. *** disclaimer *** for the brake work we had our own parts. Hubby changed his mind on the DIY, so after reading reviews of Precision Tune he takes our car and asks if they'll do the brakes with the parts he already has. They agree. All is well, the place is fairly busy on a Saturday, so we leave the car off with Precision Tune. We came back before close that day, and picked up the vehicle. My husband drives home and it seems that all is well. The next day he gets home and brakes are squeaking again. He thought maybe it was normal, no big deal. We leave for a family road trip from OKC to Dallas and make it to Pauls Valley before we start having problems. So we pull over, spend 2 hours at the Dodge dealership where we discover that the brakes were installed incorrectly, tires were not rotated, and the oil was changed using the wrong oil for the vehicle. Great! Hubby calls the shop, they tell us to get an invoice and bring it in when we get home. Fast forward to Monday and we're back home. My husband goes up with the invoice and the car. Whomever was manning at the desk is rude, argumentative, and clearly has NO business being face to face with the customers. After being cut off and talked over, the manager comes over, starts laughing in my husbands face and cuts him off repeatedly. Hubby starts to loose his cool, so he leaves in order to avoid calling someone out of their name. I call up there about 30 minutes later, the manager is singing a different tune when I let him know that my lawyer was very interested in his business practices and I'm sure his owner/parent company would be to. During the phone call he admits to using the wrong oil, not installing brakes correctly *but tries to blame it on parts which he can't be at fault for* and admits to not doing a tire rotation -- he said "BUT we didn't end up charging you for the tire rotation..." Oh WONDERFUL!! So you threw in a FREE tire rotation then didn't even do it?! What is that?! BTW - don't bother asking for the manager. He comes and goes as he pleases, and they don't know when he'll be back next. This business needs to come under new management ASAP with mechanics who do the work they bill for, management that cares, and customer service training for everyone inbetween! TL:DR; Auto shop charges for work they don't do, uses wrong products, and when you confront them they will laugh in your face. STEER CLEAR. read more

Great customer service. Pretty quick service. Last time I was here they did not quote me for labor on changing spark plugs, wires, and an oil change. After the work was done they realized they had not added labor to my quote. They took it off completely. The cars runs great now also. read more
