I went in for a simple oil change which I did receive, no problem. The problem where the issue lies is that I was driving one day and heard my splash guard scrapping ever bump I hit. I took my car to Honda and they said that the last people who did my oil change did not put all the bolts back into the bottom plate. So not only was I missing the screws that they didn't put it back they almost damaged my car. If it wasn't for me checking after I pulled over I would have done more damage to my car. I will no longer be going here for a quick and fast oil change.

He said that included a full inspection check on the lights, fluids, air in tires, wipers etc. Then he asked me was it my first time there. I said yes. He said he would take $30 off since it was my first time. I told him I wanted them to change the air filter as well, and that I'm sure that would make the price go back up. He said no, all the filters were included, even the one in glove compartment. (Never knew there was one there) I said great! He checked everything, then showed me the air filter. It was dirty and had gravel in the grooves. HE said it didn't need to be changed this time. I told him I wanted it changed. He seemed annoyed and said, let me see if I have one. Really??? I was thinking, isn't it included? He showed me the new air filter and said see its NEW. I replied, yes. He looked at my wipers and said hmm what do you think? It's going to rain this week. I told him they were just changed! He said for future reference, they have those, as well. Then when the time came to pay, he charged me $ 27.99 for the air filter. (I thought that was included) $ 81.99 for the oil, $ 17.56 for the labor, that he failed to mention in the beginning when I asked what the cost would be for an oil change. I even said you didn't mention the labor cost. He didn't reply. He did take $ 10.00 off. When I mentioned he told he would take $30 off. He said he never said that. Which he most certainly did. The total ended up being $ 105.75. Almost double of what I was expecting. I was in shock! I'm not sure what I said. I know that he could tell by the look on my face that I wasn't happy. When I started to drive off, he was trying to tell me something. My window was rolled up, then I heard him say, I want to say something. I rolled my window down. He said, mam, did I tell you $ 30. off? I said yes you did! He told me to hold on, came back and handed me a $20. I'm not exactly sure what I said. I think I laughed and drove off. I will NEVER go back there again!! I felt deceived and taken advantage of! Just because I'm a female, he felt Entitled to screw me over! NEVER AGAIN!!
