I have a zero clearance lot and they were able to clean the gutters on that side of my house without accessing the neighbor's yard. When I had an appt w/ another company, I had 2 no show calls which I took a day off of work for. Super responsive. Came out the same day, cleaned the dryer duct and gutters. Price is competitive. Very polite, wore masks. Did our daughter's house as well. We both have a dryer that vents to the roof. This is the second time we've contacted Preet. Texted a few weeks ago, and he got right back to me. But I'd contacted another dryer vent business, who got back to me with a somewhat better price, and so I went with that person. Even so, Preet asked if we'd found someone. I said we had, and he thanked me. Fast forward to the day the competitor arrived. He looked at our dryer (on a drawer stand) and said I don't do these, I'm retiring, then he left. I was floored. My dryer vent duct is about 20ft long and travels through crawl space. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Do-it-yourself brush kits are risky since the brush rods can break off in the ducting, then you have a bigger problem. Scheduled Preet to perform the duct cleaning. They were very responsive and I had an appointment booked in a couple of days. They cleared a large pile of lint from the duct, and now much better air flow. Recommend their service. read more
