Preet's Heating Air Duct Cleaning is an absolutely professional, incredibly efficient, competitively priced, and very well run air duct cleaning business. Preet is a hard working individual who gets the job done properly and leaves no detail untouched. The level of in depth cleaning and time taken to do the job correctly was very appreciated. I was astonished at how different my ducts looked before and after. Each duct was quite dirty and Preet made sure to run the whole length of every pipe to ensure a full cleaning. The fact that we may have been inhaling those impurities all these years from our vents is concerning. Now that they are all sparkling clean it gives our family major peace of mind. Thank you to Preet and his father for doing such an amazing job!

"Quick Response, Great Service." Well, my rain gutters were pretty clogged up. In fact, plants and trees were growing in them. Well okay, perhaps not trees, but little plants anyway. Like a really skinny compost pile. There was so much debris in the gutters, I was thinking of growing melons in them. I figured they would get a lot of sun up there. On the other hand, I didn't know how I would get them down at harvest time. I'm pretty sure they would not fit in the downspouts. So I sadly concluded that I must get the junk out of the rain gutters. Oh well. When I asked for a quote, the owner responded in just a few minutes. Wow that's what I call great service. The crew arrived at the specified time and within 45 minutes, my rain gutters were all cleaned out. The gutters look great now, but I'm a little disappointed that I had to abandon my gutter garden. I'm pretty sure I could have grown some really big watermelons up there.

It's a father and son duo. Preet (son) and Valvid (dad). They cleaned the AC unit, dryer vent and duct vent. They were both extremely nice. Very professional, friendly and very reasonable. They also took off their shoes which I appreciated very much. They have the best prices out there. I checked! Valvid made sure everything was left cleaned. My husband and I have been looking to clean our air ducts for a while since we have young children at home. We haven't cleaned our air ducts since purchasing the home. I began my research and appreciated how responsive Preet is. He responded to my request late at night when I had the time, and was able to schedule to come out at a convenient time for us. Preet texted me when he was on his way with the ETA, and arrived accordingly. More importantly, he is extremely transparent in his communication. He was upfront with the price/quote, and explained to me the process of his work. His work is consistent with EPA recommendation, which alleviated the stress of a homeowner and parent to young children. During my research with other companies, they have added unnecessary price/products that is inconsistent with epa recommendation for a residential home. I felt confident in the work that Preet and his partner completed. In addition, I made several requests, such as asking Preet and his partner to remove their shoes inside our home, and Preet and his partner gladly assured me that they will keep our home clean. They were great with cleaning up after the work and we have zero complaints. When we turned on the heater at night, we felt an immediate difference. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Preet's service and his communication. I would gladly (and have already) recommend Preet and his services without reservation.

I have big tree in my backyard, need gutter cleaning before the raining season. I contacted them over the weekend, they are very responsive and schedule a service the next week. They come a long way from Tracy to Mountain View, they are very nice to talk to and the work they did is great. In addition, they also cleaned my roof so the leaves will not all into the gutter again. The price they gave is also very competitive, highly recommended! read more

I would highly recommend Preet. Our dryer air duct was overdue for a cleaning. I submitted a request for a quote and received a response back with in 10 minutes, providing me with the estimate and availability. They were able to do the job the same day. The team arrived within the scheduled time period and abided by all the Covid19 protocols. The washer and dryer sit on pedestals so they are a bear to move in a small laundry room. Fortunately, they were able to clean the ducting from outside. All I can say is wow....there was a lot of lint trapped in the ducting. They completed the job in about 20 minutes and cleaned up all the lint. I will definitely use them again. Great service! read more

updating review after actually checking vents - the team was polite and responsive, but after checking the vents it was disappointing. We were charged an extra fee to clean the bathroom exhaust fan vents- which was paid. This weekend i replaced the exhaust fan and it was obvious the vents were not cleaned. read more

FANTASTIC ...Fantastic personality ... Fantastic work ... I had them come out to clear my dryer duck. He investigated way my dryer wouldn't start and even though that wasn't something I ask him to do, he got my dryer started. I asked him for a card and they cleaned gutters so I asked when I could schedule an appointment to have them cleaned and they did it right then. Sent a service request late Saturday night & received a quick reply from Preet. Although I wasn't in his coverage area, he gave me FREE troubleshooting advice on what to look for & what to possibly replace. Turns out it was just a capacitor to replace & my AC was back up and running again! It caused water damage to the flooring, wall, and downstairs ceiling. I notified him of the issue and Albert said I should call my insurance company because he was going on a camping trip. I called my insurance company and it unfortunately made a negative impact on my insurance. I contacted Albert several times in an attempt to get his company's insurance information, but no luck. After doing some research, I was able to get his insurance information and reported the incident. My insurance was able to deal with his insurance. It was an extremely bad experience and would caution potential customers. My father also had a unit installed at his house by Albert's company and they did not install the unit to code or correctly, where it was having issues. My father had to pay $1,800 (different company) to get it fixed. I had high hopes for this company, but it was such a negative and stressful experience to deal with.

We called Preet Air after we noticed that our heater was sometimes blowing cool air. He took my call, asked me a few questions, and set up an appointment. Very next day he arrived on time and even called when he was 20 minutes away, which wasn't necessary but appreciated! It turned out that our gas valve is bad and also system was clogged . Preet cleaned it out, showed us what to do and how often to avoid the same problem in the future. He also made sure everything was working properly. We were so impressed with this company! We had an emergency with our 32 unit complex, with definite clogged ducts. They arrived 1 days after our phone and took care of the situation with excellent and satisfying results. Preet and his partner were so polite, so willing to share info about the problem and considering "Social Distancing" ALL was done with great care. I was getting flow error messages on my dryer. I made an attempt to clean out the vent myself but ended up making the situation worse by completely blocking the vent such that no air was flowing at all. I called Preet, who got back to me right away and was able to come out the next day. They arrived in the middle of the stated time window. They were able to resolve the problem quickly. They were friendly and professional, had masks on, took off shoes when entering the house, and they cleaned up the shocking amount lint that came out. Great ratings for a reason! My mom's dryer wasn't working too well (would start heating then stop) so I had someone look at the dryer and was told everything was fine. Was also told it might be the dryer vent clogged. So I called this number as I saw they were rated really good. Glad I did! Made an appointment over the phone and they let me know 30 mins ahead of time when they were on their way. Super punctual and great communication.Would definitely recommend. Dryer is now working again! They were sweet enough to send a text the next day and ask if the dryer was working. read more

For some reason Preet came up as additional businesses to get a quote from. They don't service my area, but in response to Yelp's automated message to other businesses, Preet made a very helpful suggestion. I haven't implemented the solution yet, but that they would even spend the time to offer a suggestion to a non-customer speaks to how much they value customer service. read more

Our dryer showed the error sign for cleaning dryer vent duct. I used Yelp's quote feature for the first time. Most of them won't answer to me as it was close to the holidays. Some responders didn't say the quote. Preet is the only one who quoted me after sending DM. Reasonable fee. He cleaned the duct for me. Our dryer is working fine now. read more

Contacted late in the evening and got a prompt response. I was able to get an appointment next day to have the dryer vent cleaned and reconnected. The technician listened, provided options and did a great job cleaning the mess the vent had made and reconnected the vent very securely.
