After calling them today to see what they could do to resolve the issue, they claimed they didn't know how mud could have gotten in my car, nor could they have dented the trim in any way. And that there was nothing they would be willing to do to resolve the issue. This is literally the only review I have written in my life and I'm not one to constantly write reviews for petty things. On top of that, they charged around $900 for a single piece of glass. That's not cheap money, and the quality does not come close to matching the price.
