The salesman failed to confirm the person signing the loan contract was the person on the ID they had. I was served paper work to appear in court for non payment of the down payment. I called groppetti and spoke to the salesman and he stated "don't you remember I went to your house you were sick and you signed the paper in bed". I went to groppetti and brought this to their attention, the sales person who sold the car approached me and try to sell me another car!!! They did hear me out, and I was told I no longer had appear in court, however when I asked for something in writing to support that I was told multiple time no. I called the bank and asked for a copy of the contract (groppetti refused to give me a copy of the contract) in which they sent to me via email. The day that contract was signed I have proof from my time clock I was at work. When I called to explain that to them they basically said they had washed they're hands about it and my only option was to contact Visalia PD and report identity thef.

Now, I'm unlucky enough to require service and recall repairs here. They told me the service would take "a couple of hours" when I dropped my car off at 9am. At 1pm I called and was told it would be done soon, 2:30pm I was told, "we forgot to work on your car but we just put it on the lift". All of this after I told them I had a hard deadline of 2:45 for pick up so I could get my kids from school. This week I made the drive to Clovis Kia for service instead. They told me one of the issues kia Visalia identified is covered under warranty(of course they didn't bother to tell me that)... Do yourself and favor and make the drive. It's worth it!

Nonetheless as mentioned before it's parked and I still owe over 17K. Please be very careful when purchasing a vehicle here. I would hate for anybody else to go through what we are going through. A payment with a car that can't be driven. If you want a car that only last roughly 2 years this would be the place to go.

No high pressure. No markups. When we went into the office to sign the contract the finance manager mentioned the extended warranty, but there was no pressure. Did I mention I also saved $13,000 dollars? Most of the dealers down here in LA are demanding $10,000 over MSRP for this car plus things like $300 nitrogen filled tires. My Challenger was $3000 UNDER MSRP. I'd say that made the drive worth it. They are also dealing on their Ram truck, so check them out
