Mo is the man. I've had bad experiences with previous stereo installers. I will tell you this, "you do pay for what you get." I was pressed with time and wanted to install some subs the same day as I had some money that was burning a hole in my pocket. First place was just over charging me and was trying to upsell me some subs I did not want and made no sense. Then I went to Premier Auto Sound and spoke with Mo. He asked me what I wanted and what I was looking for what my budget was. I told him I just want a set up that concisits of 1 12inch sub that will hit hard like 2 12's since I have limitedl trunk space. He pur together a package with an amp and even addressed my concern of headlights flickering while my car is at idle. After 3 hours, the sound system is perfect, clean and no issues at all. Would recommend, Mo knows his stuff trust a professional it's more expensive when you gey it done for cheap somewhere else only to have to get your system redone the right way by a professional like Mo. read more

Horrible and stressful experience- took my Chevy Tahoe in for an alarm installation in which they stated they do tons of these, everything seemed to work fine until the drive home. My electric seat heaters starting turning on by themselves, I would turn them off they turned back on (obviously something they tampered with)so I took it back to the shop and they said "oh you must have a bad switch in the door" I said it worked fine before I brought it here, whatever I'll replace the switch so they unhooked the switch I drove home and the seat heaters continue to turn on by themselves. The next day I brought the truck back and dropped off, they said they spent hours trying to figure it out and couldn't come up with a solution. Morons absolute morons- telling me to take to another shop to fix!! The guy was nice to me but installer acted tuff to my wife when I wasn't there. Save yourself the headache and avoid this shop. So now neither of my seat heat up because they unhook the plug that goes under the seat, that's their solution... update- my turn signal is acting up now also. Nice owner, bad work ethics read more

I would not recommend this place. They tell you how much it would be and then when they are starting to work on the speakers/subwoofer they tell you that they gave you the wrong price. So unprofessional... don't waste your money here!!! read more

If I can rate this zero star.. I will.. what the heck.. I brought my car running and working, after they install new alarm, The guy told me that my car wont start, able to start by jump start but no break light, windows not working and shift as well.. Then they wnt me to drive the car without breaklight.. They must check evrything furst before cutting wires and install the alarm. They dont even care if i got accident to drive in that condition. Currently my car is in the shop, I brought to the shop via Tow... The Technician told me that this company must pay the labor and everything they have done to my car.. Anyone can help me where to complain their service? read more

I took my '99 Civic into their shop a few weeks back and I was well taken care of. I purchased two 12 inch subs with box, Apline CDA 9886 deck, along with a four channel amp. These products together sound great and their work was clean with no messy wires or problems. I also purchased a remote start for my car that works perfect. The installers were nice and personable. The two brothers that ran the front counter were more than helpful in helping me customize my ride. I can not wait to return to purchase or just check out their new products. read more

I had to upgrade my older JVC car stereo for my 95 Jeep Wrangler. So, I purchased a newer JVC receiver online. Mo (Manager) Premier Auto Sound greeted me. I explained that my old receiver died and asked if they could install my newer unit. "No Problem." Installation price was reasonable. Mo is the real deal, very oriented to customer service. I had a SAAB convertible and a glitch with my input for my IPOD, he diagnosed it and fixed it, NO CHARGE. While you can't expect a freebie, the fact that he helped me and didn't charge me. I had forgotten that business was done in this way. Even if he knows you aren't going to get the work done there he still gives you all the information you need. His integrity blows me away. The prices are great for products and installs. I bring ALL my cars to these guys, the nav & alarm in my Toyota, my G35, and Pontiac G8 GT and every single on of these cars was done clean, came out sounding awesome, and the guys here know a ton about the cars, the gear, and how to get great sounding systems. For example in my Infiniti, they got it all set up and running off a Fosgate processor, power series amps, solo barics, components front & rear and the capacitor they recommended has been a beast, and the car has been slapping for 2+ years now with no problems, simply ridiculous how loud it is and it never overheats or misses a beat. These guys are always cool with taking the time to answer questions, even getting into the details of EQing, how to do proper tuning and stuff, which really helped me out with getting my system to sound so good. I'm in the Air Force, and work on Travis AFB, and tons of the guys on base recommended this shop, saying they're the best place to go and always hook up the military guys (like me), which they for sure did. Great place. I have a 2014 Kia Optima that has been giving me a headache. I replaced the factory HU only to be disappointed with the sound quality from the factory amp. Mo hooked me up with a fresh Alpine amp, was able to put it in the stock amps location, and now I've got my sound back. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy I took my car here just to get a basic car alarm installed and they destroyed my dashboard the trunk lock wouldn't work. On the passenger-side the unlock button was broke. All this was broken by there install technician. When I took the car back they denied everything they Jimmy Rigged some wiring under the dash to make the trunk lock work didn't even put in-line fuse in place but instead taped a fuse in-line with electrical tape I would not recommend this place NO ONE. read more

Didn't get the job right the first time around but pulled through in the end. Asked for a custom subwoofer enclosure for my FJ Cruiser and also had a picture for reference. Measurements were taken and parameters of where the box would go were set. Got the vehicle back a couple days later with a poorly made box sticking out inches too far and covering parts of the vehicle I initially stated I did not want covered. Wood was visible and staples holding the vinyl in place were visible as we'll. It resembled something an amateur would create, not the professional quality I expected. Took it back the following week (when there was an opening) and showed the owner. He also agreed the box was in bad shape and promised a fix. I got my vehicle back nearly 3 days later with the quality sub enclosure I paid for. In the end, I got what I wanted but would not go through the experience again. read more
