I brought in my Honda Crosstour for front bumper repair after a recent accident & headlight detailing from Sun damage. Not only did they do an amazing job restoring my bumper. They also noticed there were broken parts under the bumper; immediately they called me to ask if I Would like that done at the same time. Not only, transparent but offered a great price for labor and service services. They have a second shop in Camarillo called Conejo tinting and vinyl wraps and because I work in Camarillo they saved me the commute from Thousand Oaks and brought my car to that shop when I needed to pick it up! In addition, they also detailed my car for free since my car was kept a little longer than they expected! Yionni was waiting for a part from warehouse, so it wasn't even his fault. I would strongly recommend not taking your car here for painting or body work. They were supposed to repair some scratches on the right front bumper -- they totally messed up on matching the paint, they bent the left side of the hood because they didn't release a latch to close it properly, they tried taking off the bumper for painting and left a huge gap in the body work and finally they broke our key fab. We went to pick up the car and he never mentioned the car was painted with a different color. We had to point out the mismatch to the owner of Prestige. He admitted they messed up the paint and he would repaint it but I no longer trusted him. This business is dishonest. read more

I had a minor fender bender on my brand new Camry. The gentlemen who hit me decided that he wanted to pay out of pocket rather than going thru insurance. I contacted the dealership where I purchased it and they recommended Prestige Auto body since they subcontract them to tint the windows on their new vehicles. I took my car in on a Friday and the owner of the company was rude and told me to check back in on Monday to see if the vehicle would be done. I have the Toyota app on my phone and I received notification on Monday that they were barely starting to work on my vehicle. I called the auto shop later Monday evening to see what was the status on the car as it's very minor work that needed to be done. I was told that it was in the paint department and was still not done. Finally on Tuesday I got the call that my car was done and ready for pickup. I arrived a short while later to discover that there was a visible paint drip from the clear paint that was put on and not all of the damage was polished out from the black trimming. I immediately told the receptionist Maria that the job was not done correctly. She informed me that I would have to bring me car back again the following week as we were having strong winds and that the winds could effect their work because they could sand down too much of the polish. She told me that it was be a mere 2 hour. So I arranged to take my car back again and this time met with the owner and he said that he's the only who gave me the estimate on my car. The owner has the tenacity to say that the marks that weren't originally painted must be from a new accident because he doesn't remember seeing them before. I had taken pictures on my cellphone which had the date on them and I proceeded to show him the proof in my pictures. I stated how even if that were true, the paint job was not done correctly and this was his shop so his responsibility. I had to go back another 2 days later to get my car which was FINALLY done correctly. Please avoid this place if you can. They have the skills to get the work done correctly but the poor management, lack of customer service skills and professionalism makes them a huge headache to deal with. read more

Went here to get an estimate for my truck. Walked in the office and the gentleman did not look happy to see a customer. I guess they don't need the business there because I told him I was there for an estimate and he asked me who sent me and I said I was just driving by and would like to get an estimate. He tossed the standard customer information paper and a pen on the counter and then walked outside. Didn't tell me if you he'd be back or any information as to what was going on. Filled out the form and waited about five minutes and he never came back in. He never sent anyone in to give me an estimate so I left when I left I could see him walking in the back lot on his cell phone. I do not recommend this place to anybody with the customer service if they give. Maybe I need to be driving a Mercedes or Aston Martin. My 2015 Chevy Silverado wasn't good enough. read more

I don't recommend anyone come here but if for whatever reason you have to try to communicate with Johnny as little as possible. He has horrible customer service. He'll tell you one thing and when you inquire about it on the day you were told your car would be done he'll give you another date and give you attitude for asking why you were told something else in the first place. The only reason I'm giving this place a two star is because of Maria, a receptionist I believe, who has great customer service and was polite when talking to me about what was going on. Overall, it was not a good experience and I'd save yourself from constant delays and the headache. read more
