They have all the latest technology and equipment to help in the diagnosis of eye issues. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Dr. Rogers has been my optometrist since the beginning. She takes the time to explain all problems and preventative cares. She is helpful in suggesting the best procedures and practices for diagnosing both current and potential future vision issues. She is the greatest. Until recently I had never had the opportunity to work with Mike, the lead optician, at Bieter. There were a few issues related to my most recent prescription, and he jumped in to work with me in-person to make sure everything was worked out to my satisfaction. The team at Bieter Eye Center provides exceptional service and shocking responsiveness. The location is excellent, clean, and Dr. Bieter uses very advanced technology. For example, the optomap for state-of-the-art imaging. I highly recommend him for the Orthokeratology service if you want to see clearly without surgery, glasses, or daytime contacts. It works! He set me up to sleep in a gas permeable lens that I take out in the morning. I see all day with perfect vision, and have gone several days without any glasses or contacts. He's an expert and you can trust him. He also stocks a lot of frames and can cut lenses at the facility. I've been a loyal customer for about 15 years. read more

Highly recommend Bieter Eye Center! I needed replacement lenses for three pair of glasses on a short time frame before I had to leave town on a long trip. My frames were expensive at the time I bought them - why toss perfectly good frames when not needed?' Mike worked with me and BAM! The first pair arrived in 3 days; the second in 4 days. The third pair arriving the 5th day. Anybody can sell your a pair of new frames with lenses; not all eye shops will update lenses without buying frames. Jewel is the lady who help me with the eyes exam & she did a very through test & recommended me to take a scan to check my eyes which I've never done it before so I could find out if there's an issue with my eyes.
