    Premier Eyecare of Arizona definitely deserves 5 stars. We have gone to this location two times and each time we received outstanding care. The first time my husband had to seek emergency care from Dr Justin Jones. My husband was sanding down some car parts and regrettably took his eye protective glasses off too soon. While he was cleaning up, the wind blew what we thought to be metal shavings into his eyes. He tried to mediate the situation himself but after a day, his eye was almost glued shut and feeling like razor blades scrolling through his eyelid. He booked with Dr Jones and Dr Jones found the three tiny metal dust grains out of his eye. Cleaned up the gunk from his eye and prescribed an effective antibiotic. My husband was pain free and back to normal within a few days. Dr Jones was approachable, friendly and attentive. The second time I decided to book Premier eyecare of Arizona for my 4 year old's eye exam. She was terrified, not knowing what to expect. Jen the front desk and eye care assistant was phenomenal. She was kind, reassuring and so sweet. She entertained my 7 month old baby while I sat with my 4 year old for her exams. She showed enthusiasm and reassurance to my 4 year old when she got her eye pictures taken. Jen is the absolute best! My 4 year old saw Dr Brittany for her results. She's also great with kids. At the end of the exam, my daughter got to choose a gift from the treasure chest. On the way out she exclaimed "that wasn't so bad, mummy. Are we going to come back again? I like the eye place" haha 5 stars!

    Went here for contact lens exam. They charged me $101.15 copay for contact lens fitting plus $10 dollars copay for exam. I asked why I wasn't told about this copay for contact lens fitting, because if I knew I wouldn't have done it because I can't afford it. I was expecting a 10 dollar copay which is what I usually pay. The lady just said we gave you paper work and told you to read it and sign it. They told me it's my fault because I didn't read the paper work that they had me sign in the iPad that there will be contact lens fitting that is not covered by VSP. No remorse at all. Just made me feel that it's my fault. It's the first time that I'm writing a negative review. I have only done 5 stars review till now. But with inflation going on,people loosing jobs, rent going up. Please let your new customers know that they will be paying for contact lens fitting. That only takes a minute of your time. Dr Warner and the technician was very friendly and respectful 5 stars to them. But I'm not coming back to this place is too expensive for me.

    The staff are accommodating and helpful. Dr. Blanco is such a good doctor ... their selections of frames are awesome

My husband needed to get glasses and so we came in yesterday around 2:30 PM. There was a man sitting at his desk (literally right when you walk in) bent down rubbing his leg and looked like he was in absolute agony! My husband told him what he was looking for and this man made no effort to communicate or attempt to help us as again he really looked like he was struggling & should have not been in any shape to come to work. As we were looking around there was just one other staff member at her desk (Michelle) already helping another customer. We browsed at frames and I told my husband I was extremely uncomfortable with this man as by this point he was literally laying his head down on the table (see video). It was a shame and sad, but also unprofessional and very concerning! There were a few employees in the back office area so I approached them with our concerns & they said they had gotten numerous complaints already? What? Why didn't he get sent home and how many customers walked out?! We asked if someone else could assist us and Michelle was just finishing up, so she was able to get everything we needed and her customer service was excellent! She saved the day for this review! Michelle was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and kind. She helped get my husband exactly what he needed and gave additional advice for his eyewear. To the management staff. You should not have an employee come in, work, be at his desk in misery! This isn't a good look for your business, how can you even have someone come in to work that can't even function? Advise- this man should get the help he needs and return when he is healthy or go on disability pay until he is stable enough to come back to work.

    It was my first time at this location two days ago. The doctor said I have an eye condition where…read moreoil gets in your glands under your eye and that I need a procedure to fix it. He pushes really hard to schedule the procedure right away, and I begin worrying that maybe this is really serious! Then he tells me about these newer contact lenses that are best for this condition. He says they cost "a little more" than my current lenses. When I met with his contact lens person a few minutes later, she tells me they are $880 extra on top of what insurance pays. And then the office manager tells me as I begin scheduling the procedure that it is not covered by insurance and is $650. But don't worry, she says. Your medical insurance will cover the scans you need to get before the procedure. I felt like the doctor was trying to upsell everything. I ended up sticking to what I already had and declining the procedure, as I cannot afford it, and I know my medical insurance would cover it if it was absolutely necessary. Perhaps if he had presented the procedure differently, letting me know upfront that it's costly before he tells me how much I need it, I would have trusted him. Same with the newer lenses. Instead, I felt like he was a shark circling the waters, trying to get blood from a stone. Never going back.

Purchased her a new pair of glasses for $119 and that's including a 15 month warranty, and not even using our insurance. Future patients beware, they're only after your money! Even the lady we saw today told me i was ripped off.

Now I'm being told I must return in person to finish my contact fitting to receive my prescription, which was never disclosed upfront, despite already being charged for the fitting. I no longer live in the state, so this is not even feasible. Unorganized, inconsistent, and unacceptable communication from start to finish.
