I drive about 20 minutes to Dr. Jones. There are probably 15 Dr.'s between his office and my home. I've seen a few of them, but no one is Dr. Jones. I have a disease that is very dangerous for my eye health. He has been there through good times and crises. My kids were doing contacts and having huge challenges. I took them to Dr. Jones who fitted them in the correct contacts for them and best solution, to where their eyes are not irritated anymore. The knowledge and friendliness of the staff, keeps me going back. read more

Very friendly and professional staff. Great modern facility. Dr. Justin Jones is incredibly knowledgeable and informative, not mention his exceptional "beside manner." Very easy to talk to and puts you completely at ease... read more

Don't bother, actual eye appt was fine but impossible to get glasses. Plan on waiting HOURS they don't take appointment I've been in on three separate occasions when only one person is helping fit and order glasses. I couldn't even get someone to explain my insurance benefits so that I can start browsing through the glasses. Finally found out through VSP I have $130 for the purchase of frames and they acknowledge they had not one single pair frames in that price range. Total rip off. Will be contacting VSP. read more

Premier Eye Care is the best eye care practice I have ever encountered! The staff is very friendly, state-of-the -art equipment with caring and professional technicians. Dr. Jones immediately makes one comfortable and so easy to talk to during exam. Always a pleasant experience! Highly recommend this office for your eye care needs. read more

While I felt welcome while there, after I left I started receiving "phantom" bills. That is, on two occasions, with a zero balance, I received a bill for $100, and then one for $75. I am not sure if it's because I'm a senior citizen or a sucker, but I was told my two insurance policies did not cover those expenses. So, I have $500+ eyeglasses, and cannot say anything good about this place. read more

I have been going to Dr. Justin Jones at Premier Eyecare of AZ for several years. This is the only facility I trust for my vision needs. Dr. Jones has the latest information and tests available for diagnosing eye disease and other vision problems. Each and every eye test is completely explained before the tests begin. Your comfort and understanding is a priority with Dr. Jones. The office is immaculate and the staff friendly and respectful. They also have a large selection of frames and will not try to sell you extras you do not need. Their office hours are great...they are open till 6 pm several days a week. I would highly recommend Premier Eyecare of Arizona and Dr. Justin Jones to everyone. read more

I had the best vision appointment @ Premier Eyecare of Arizona. The office is very nice. I was given a warm greeting welcoming me upon entering. The young lady who performs the initial tests was so nice and made me feel comfortable. She explained the tests and answered all my questions. Dr. Jones was great, my questions were his priority. He is so knowledgable and has a gift in explaining difficult things in an easy way for anyone to understand. I couldn't have been more pleased. My family will be seeing this office for all our vision needs. read more

I've been a pt of this practice for several years since I wear rgp lenses and most optometrist's can't effectively fit this type of lenses, Dr. Jones excels in this area! Well recently I suffered an eye problem, but due to work constraints and life, I waited too long to seek Dr. Jones help. Once I did, the problem was more serious then I expected! He immediately got me into a specialist, and it was determined that I needed surgery, or risk losing my eye sight! Both Drs. We're great, but thanks to Dr Jones swift action, I was able to retain my vision! Further, he texted me twice to follow up after the surgery! Awesome effort by Dr. Jones, highly recommended.. read more

The staff here is wonderful! When we had to switch insurance companies and couldn't use this office in 2016, they took their time helping me find somewhere that I could use our insurance. We are covered here again this year and when my tween found out she needed contacts they spent over an hour with her helping her learn to put them in and take them out. Our whole family come to see Dr. Jones! read more

I called Premier Eyecare at 5:50pm to see if they could help get the lenses back into the frames of a visiting family member. The nice gal who answered the phone noted they closed at 6pm, but if we could get there before 6pm, they would be happy to help. We walked in the door with 3 minutes to spare and were quickly helped with our glasses situation. The woman who helped us quickly solved the problem and there was not one hint of "we close soon, get out." The family member whose glasses were damaged is visiting from out of town and has no back up eyewear out here. (That won't happen again.) I was so thankful for their willingness to help and their caring and professional attitude. Thank you, Premier Eyecare for being one of the good guys (and gals!). You have my entire family's business - and we all wear glasses. read more

If you want to be part of a sales pitch you can come on down here. After a few years of visiting this office I won't be returning. I absolutely can not stand the front desk staff who has always been extremely rude whether it be the old or new staffing. Only person I appreciated was Dr. Jones and after my last visit even that flew out the window with the constant pushing to buy through them with a rebate or not. If you want your Rx sent to another location it is a hassle and they will even bother to argue with you on why they are cheaper. Leave me alone you are my eye doctors not sales men!! I'm always pushed to buy through them and they flat out told me Costco is not cheaper and they wouldn't cover my contacts with my insurance but little did they know before my appointment I had just got off the phone with Costco and United Healthcare and I already knew everything was both covered and much cheaper even with their rebate. As far as I'm concerned it's in your best interest to just not say anything at all concerning another distributed/location it looks piss poor and is very annoying. Needless to say Costco did take care of me, I was fully covered with my purchase and hell no I did not purchase through Premier this place has just become a joke and a bigger pain in my rear than it was ever worth. read more

Poor communication and disorganized in the front office. Be prepared to do your own followup on orders and watch for mistakes with pricing. Very disappointed. Justin however is great and my prescription is perfect. read more

This place is great! The staff is super friendly and knows what they're doing, plus they have all the latest and greatest technology. Dr Jones fixed all the mistakes that my previous eye doctor made and was a lot more knowledgeable. My previous eye doctor tried about 8 different pairs of contacts on me and still couldn't figure it out and ended up going back to my original prescription (which was no longer clear). My previous doctor also tried 3 different times to get my glasses right but never could and I now have a pair of glasses that I payed lots of money for and can never wear. All this to say, Dr Jones at Premier EyeCare was great and got BOTH my contacts and glasses right the FIRST time! If you're looking for an eye doctor that is friendly, knows what they're doing, and won't waste your time, then go check out Premier EyeCare of Arizona! read more

All of the staff here and Dr. Jones are very friendly, helpful and really show they care. Everything including my bill was explained in detail. Dr. Jones took the time to explain my tests and my condition to me. The tech was engaging and really showed she enjoyed her job. She didn't just go through the motions. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. read more

Unfortunately, I had one of the worst eye appts with Dr. Jones and his office. The ladies in the office were not friendly, and talked to me like they were better than I am. When I was asking questions about the testing being completed, the assistant responded rudely. The worst part was Dr. Jones had someone else confirm my lenses with me, which my prescription was tricky and I didn't understand what was happening. In the end they ordered a useless prescription and were going to charge me to change it!! I would never recommend anyone to go to this office. I shall be finding a new eye doctor myself! read more

This was a really unfortunate experience for me. The exam itself was fine, the office is clean and nice, and the front office staff was friendly. Unfortunately the glasses they made for me, made my vision worse. Far worse. The first person I spoke to said they just weren't fitted properly. She said I could come in for a fitting or go to any vision center to have them fitted. I was really surprised that they would suggest I go to another company to fix a problem with glasses from their office. And by the way, it wasn't the fit. So I went in, they said they would change the lenses. Over a week later, I contacted the office and found out the glasses I'd taken back were just sitting there. They hadn't done anything with them. They told me they didn't even know there was a problem with them. So they made me a temporary pair, which were better. They said they wanted me to have a pair quickly to hold me over while they work on the replacement. Then I get the final pair and again, they make my vision worse. Way worse. I was so frustrated. There is no refund option, so I ended up keeping the temporary pair. When I put them on next to my old glasses, they're not as clear and crisp. So these glasses that I paid over $500 out of pocket for, on top of what insurance paid, now sit in my junk drawer. My old glasses work better. I only went to this office because where I was previously going doesn't take my new insurance. Next time, I will save myself the wasted time, frustration and expense and stick with America's Best. It would've been cheaper without insurance. read more

While I must admit the reviews I've read were good, my experience was far from that. I went in with my daughter to try and find frames for our new prescriptions. We were in the office for about 25 minutes before I had to ask for some assistance. While they were busy, they said they would have someone come out and help us. During this time their sales rep came in after us. When they finally came out, they decided to sit down and talk with him for another 20 minutes. We decided to leave and were ask to leave a phone number with the promise that someone would call us back regarding a particular frame we were looking for. Unfortunately this did not happen. Being frustrated I decided to call them the next business day and was told that they were not sure as to why I did not receive a call. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and very frustrating. I was looking forward to making them our new optometrist however this will not be happening. They did provide me a quote for our frames but due to their failure to follow up with us we gone to another optometrist just two miles down the road. This actually was fortunate for us as we were able to save $80 between the two sets of glasses which included the frame my daughter was looking for here. read more

My appointment was on time. My exam was fine, the doctor was lovely but... The technician did a new test that will scan the back of your eye without having to have the dilation drops; I was so pleased. After she does it she announces that will be $40 or the doctor "just won't look at it." OK, I had it done a year ago so I'll have to be happy knowing the test is done but wasted. Then I go to the front desk where I'm told I have a $10 co-pay and my frame allowance is $130. Too bad a couple frames start at $150 and go up rapidly from there. I would't even consider one of their frames under $180, so... I walked out without a pair of glasses. Sigh. Last time I went to America's Best in Queen Creek and walked out with glasses ($69.00 lenses not even using all of my $130 allowance - saving my insurance money) and upgraded SV poly lenses for $20 total - no eye dilatation. I ordered glasses online for $29.00. My exam was great but I felt jipped on the back end by high frame costs. read more
