I had a great experience with this company. A furnace was replaced in my home. The representative that I spoke to (Maria) when requesting the service was very understanding of my situation (there was no heat in the home because the furnace stopped working) and pleasant. She assured me that the company would provide the service I am requesting in a professional and timely manner. She answered the questions that I had (including the financial ones) and further told me that I can call at any time if I had more questions. This made me feel confident to hire this company for the job. Next Boris came to my home to inspect the furnace. He was courteous and knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about the furnace that I had. He stated that the furnace needed to be replaced. He diligently informed me about the process so that there was no doubt in what had to be done. He assured me that I will be satisfied with the outcome. In regard to the service technicians, when they came to replace the furnace, they were friendly and knowledgeable.They went above and beyond by working additional hours to make sure that the job was completed properly and timely. They even removed the old furnace and the parts that belonged to it from my home. There was some damage to the walls and the landing to my home's basement steps (paint was chipped off and there are dents and scratches), but Boris has assured me that the necessary repairs will be made, and I agree that it will be done. I have been looking for someone to take care of my ducts for a while now and I've been very careful about who I bring into my house, and who comes around my family and my belongings. I found this company through googling Fujitsu authorized repair companies. I left a message at 9:30 p.m on a Thursday evening which was after hours and was told by an answering service I would receive a call back sometime the next day. Bright and early the next day Boris called me back and spoke to me for a few minutes asking about problem and explaining me there fees and all. I agreed and within 3 hours Slava came and diagnosed the problem and explained my options . After speaking to Boris and being given a price that we felt was fair for the job and more importantly being treated kindly and quickly we hired them and were so happy we did. The following morning they arrived earlier than expected and worked precisely and professionally and completed the job and also explained everything. I don't normally write reviews but I feel the need to write a review because I am so darn pleased with this companies professionalism! I have a 3 family house in Park Slope Brooklyn and I had all the HVAC vents cleaned. The guys that came were very meticulous and thorough!!!!! This is no easy task cleaning the vents. They first explained everything that would be done and showed me how dirty they were and then showed me how clean after. It blew my mind and the air quality was a huge difference!! I also had the vents from the dryer cleaned on another day and it was just more of the same. Michael the technician was incredible. Very knowledgeable and very very pleasant. My tenant had not pulled out the dryer and he just pulled it out with my husband no problem!! Some companies would have u reschedule it things like this aren't done in advance. We have had nothing but incredible service from this company. We hired them to clean our dryer vents in the home we recently purchased, and the tech discovered that the vents did not lead all the way outside! It was a huge fire hazard and CO hazard. They scheduled an appointment to fix it ASAP because they knew how important it was, and the technicians who did the job worked so efficiently on a pretty complicated project. One had to go through the roof and the other had to go out a back wall, which was complicated by 120-year-old beams in the way. But they figured out how to do it. Every other company I called for an estimate said they didn't even think it could be done, and Premier did it in four days for a fair price. They are now our HVAC company for life! read more

They ended up doing great work on my 2 AC units and dryer vent. Two guys came over and performed diligent work to make sure all of the vents were cleaned correctly. They were respectful inside my house and very polite and professional. I chose Premier HVAC because they have great reviews on Google and Yelp. After they left, I noticed a difference in the air quality in my house. They took before and after pictures and the vents and pipes looked a lot better. Amazing service. We tried to go with another company because they had a contract with our building to do a routine maintenance on all the units at a great price. Well, when it came down to fixing a problem on my rental apartment they proved to be worthless -- totally misdiagnosed the problem, proposed an expensive leak test, and then not once returned our calls with a price quote or to schedule the test That is when I called Premier. They were prompt, professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, and fixed it within minutes (a wrong switch had been thrown). No expensive tests needed. I don't usually leave reviews, but I need to share my experience because I've been so disappointed with other companies recently and Premier was just so great! I had 2 other companies come out, both charged me money and did not fix my problem. We were left without heat for almost 2 weeks! I finally called Premier and even though they charge more for a service fee than I got quoted from those other companies, they were available, and I was desperate! The technician Slava was amazing. He quickly identified the problem and explained to me what needed to be done. Within a few hours our heat was back! We had an issue with a carbon monoxide sensor on one of our PTAC units. I spoke with Boris who patiently listened to my concerns and walked me through all the possible issues that could be triggering it. I told him that I had an infant in the apartment and needed this looked at immediately. He sent his technician Michael right over. I can't say enough good things about the service Michael provided. Michael was professional, friendly, and assessed the issue straightaway. He gave the unit a THOROUGH maintenance cleaning (dust and dirt removal, disinfection, and deodorizing) and left the unit and the area around it spotless. Problem fixed. Boris is a thief, asshole, fast talker, and bullshitter. Having said that I did some work for him for which he did not pay all of my money. In addition, he left out the hours I worked and did not pay me for other services that were not in my job description. Also, the client told me that he robbed them and told me not to get involved with him and his company. I knew he would have been a bad person to get involved with but I gave Boris the benefit of doubt and still worked with him. After all the client was correct. The most professional and honest company in NYC area. I never cleaned my air duct system and I called Premier Cleaning to schedule an appointment. They offered me the estimate first and two technicians came the same day. Albert and Mike was back on the next morning to do the job. I just moved into an older house on manhattan beach in Brooklyn and it seemed like the chimney hasn't been cleaned in the longest time, therefore, I needed my chimney cleaned ASAP.
