Two places quoted me over $1,000 for tie rod and control arm work, and after they looked at it, Valley Imported said I only really only needed about $500 of work done. We called and booked an appointment. On the day of the testing, we parked our cars, checked in with customer service, and gave them our keys. We didn't know where to park, so we parked on the outside perimeter of the parking lot and that seemed to not be an issue. For both cars, it took about 30 minutes. We waited in the waiting room; once they were done, they called our name and we checked out. The place was busy but efficient, waiting room was packed but we were able to snag a chair. Overall, the service was quick and I would definitely use them again.

How about with John - the ultra-friendly and polite owner who will treat you respectfully and must have a PhD in Customer Service. This guy was amazing. But best of all, how about Olive, the House Labradoodle who will hang out with you in the waiting area and will melt your heart away.
