Everything was so grand and clean. I have a membership at another location but how could I not show up to the grand opening do another location lol. Due to it being the grand opening, I received 40% off of my service. I got the steam deluxe, no chip pedicure. Oh my goodness, I felt like a queen being pampered on her best day. Not to mention they do offer drinks to you. You have a choice of water, champagne, tea, and other options. Of course I was celebrating my birthday so I had a little bubbly. Staff were great. They were very fun and very helpful. They were even filming a TikTok while I was there. Shout out to my feet being in the TikTok ha ha. But what I did love is that they respected my privacy and did not post me completely . My Nail Tech was Brandon. I was very happy to have Brandon as a Nail Tech. He was very informative. Not only is he providing the service of doing your nails, but he is very informative and educate you about nail health. You don't always get that, so this was a plus. Every time I come here, I leave feeling totally refreshed, and the whole salon has such good vibes. The location is also in a great spot in West Town. I downgraded from a Russian e-file/no-chip with strengthening to a no-chip manicure with strengthening because I felt uncomfortable have the service performed by someone I was not familiar with, yet was still charged $65 instead of an expected $55-60 price based on menu of services. How funny it was still the same price. My appointment also ran 30 minutes late because my tech was very slow. I also have hygiene concerns--the manager arrived after opening and pointed out that multiple pedicure stations were still dirty to the other nail techs please note no one had used them for clients that morning I was the only customer in the salon. I canceled all of my future appointments. I'm thankful the manager came in and loudly told the nail techs that the pedicure stations were dirty, as I had been planning to start booking multiple services at this salon.

She was quick and very sweet. I was shocked my nails lasted over 5 weeks w absolutely nooo lifting at all!! She was also patient as I was very indecisive about my nail color. Since Nina is only part time I saw Una a few days ago who gave me a beautiful fill with cat eye nails. So far second set here and really happy! She was super nice, helpful in explaining what she was doing as she did it, and made some great recommendations for me which I'm excited to implement into my skincare routine. One thing to note, and it is small, is that the room was VERY dark with the bright light above the bed on, and she did the consultation while I was laying on the bed, and it felt a little examiney and uncomfortable. Probably would have been better to do the consult in the chair in the corner/in a more comfortable manner. I know this is a very small note, and it didn't affect the experience, but I wanted to mention it as it would start things in a nicer way in the future.
