I took my white Honda Civic in for a wash and wax. Never been here. No one greeted me -just a kiosk. Then a attendant came and pushed something that I had to start over and take time to input info. So wash and wax $45. I had to vacuum my car myself. No interior cleaning. And wax left my car riddled with bug still. Leaving see a pre-soak scrub area, which may have fixed issue somewhat. Still don't wax bugs into my car. Place on hilltop is better and only $30. read more

This place is so awesome!!! I went for the first time the other day! I was not expecting such great service! They offered me coffee, water, juice, soda, etc. Even offered me something for my toddler to drink while we waited!! They took such great care of my car and it was so fast. I don't think I'm going to come back anymore. This is the second time I've had a bad experience and I wanted to give another chance because I know people who really like it but it's just not good. Last time I went they didn't top my fluids and caused my coolant level light to be permanently stuck on and this time they never brought me the water they offered and I asked not to be offered all of the extra stuff because it makes me feel bad but they did anyway. All of that on top of the fact that I can get an oil change for $20 cheaper at other places. It's a shame cause they are really nice. Update: owner reached out and gave us a free oil change. First, the oil change experience: Staff is very friendly, however I have gone there a few times and stated before they began that I did not want to be upsold any additives/services, etc. However they did so anyway. I realize they are in the business of making money, but when I ask not to be offered anything else they should respect that. Also they tried to sell me a transmission flush, stating it was due every 30K miles. It is not, in fact the manufacturer of my vehicle advises against it. Also, the last few times after I'd get the services done I'd find a large spot of oil in my garage where they did not clean up the skid plate after oil from the old filter ran all over it. Took it back 3 times for that. Lastly, the last time I went there, they added a "4 wheel drive" surcharge! That was it for me. Won't go back for the oil change. As far as the car wash goes, only one minor grumble. Why the plastic cover over the rear wiper? All that does is hold in the dirt and prevents the wiper from being cleaned. And of course all that dirt falls over the back of the car when you take it off. Other than that I have no gripes, and still will use the wash provided the attendant doesn't put that thing on again. I personally liked this place, although the brushes scratched my car like some of the other reviews. I had the same exact scratches as someone posted below right above the tires. It was the brushes that clean the tires.. the scratches go in the direct order that the brushes washed and I know it's true bcs I only had my brand new Camry three days with 13 miles on it. I still went in bcs the wash was so good and wanted to give a second chance. Then it happened again. Well I got it all buffed out. I hope they fixed that issue with the brushes. We went today and the screen was messed up on purchasing. It charged our card $45.00 .. we only wanted the $6.00. We told the worker what happened and he said to go through the wash and he would fix it. Well, he came back with $30 and said he took that out of the $45 charge and gave us the $15 car wash. We didn't want that one! It's not a big deal but what if I was only able to afford the $6 one? I hope they didn't do that for the money. They are real nice guys and giving me a free wash probably bcs I put this review up but at least they are trying to fix the issue. Good customer service. 4 stars. read more

Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was just there and they say they give you a discount for the sticker in your window and then tell me no because you did not tell us about it before we started. Yet they are staring at the sticker. Charged me $86 for what????? I did not get me free car wash either, because I had bark in the back of the truck. I have used these guys for the drive through car wash on a few occasions. It is better than most. What has so impressed me is their express detail. I arrived and paid for the detail just after 5 pm. They notified me that they stop this service and clean up before closing at 5:00. I just missed the deadline. They asked me to come back in the morning. I was honestly a little irritated by the whole thing. Well, I'm happy I came back. They did an absolutely amazing job cleaning and detailing a vehicle that looked almost new once they were done. The fact that I am taking time to yelp about an oil change should tell you something. These people deserve 10 stars for service. When have you ever had an oil change where they roll down your back window and insert an air conditioner device to keep you cool while your car is serviced? Unbelievably awesome on the 104 degree day. And they got in my car and reset the electronic notification on the dash. They oil the door hinges, you get a free Coke. Surprised I couldn't get a manicure! Free car wash afterwards. How long did this take? 15 minutes and 5 minute car wash, no waiting. The politest crew ever, every single time. After having a bad experience with a loose oil filter and losing mostly all my oil on a road trip I called Premier Oil and received a full refund without question and paid for my visit to the dealership. Jacob the district manager was very courteous and knowledgable. He reassured me this would never happen again. He also went into detail of the perks to this place (free drinks, car wash, inspections, self service pre wash and vacuums). Also said when something like this happens he has all employees do a retraining class. He reassured me all oil filters were manufacture filters with warrantees and they were using the best oil for my car. (Hope all this is true because my dealership said otherwise) I will consider giving this place another chance in the future. read more

Today I had a few errands to run in town and decided to try out Premier Oil Change in Palo Cedro. I have always gotten my car serviced at Subaru (which has been very good) but about two weeks ago when I tried to schedule an oil change and check up it was fully booked until the following week. Since I knocked out my errands fairly quickly today I went by Premier to get the details and pricing. Wow! It was amazing service and price was comparable to Subaru within a couple dollars. You drive in and wait in your car while they do the oil change and check several items in the engine at the same time. Needed an Air filter also which they replaced. Flushed out the oil with cleaner also before adding the new oil. A young man came and oiled all the doors and put air in all the tires free of charge. Included in the service was a decent car wash afterwards (Free). I was a little concerned about how hot it was outside while I waited in my car too but......NO PROBLEM....they insert a big hose that blows air conditioning on you the entire time. I got to relax in my car in comfort and was out in about 30 minutes including the wash time. These guys are efficient, friendly and very informative. They showed me samples of where the oil was when I went in, the color of the oil, the color of the transmission oil, the air filter old and new and gave me a comparative price for future transmission oil changes and other services they provide. When I left they gave me a coupon to pass on to someone else for a 10.00 discount so if anyone of my friends is interested let me know. All of that cost me around 75.00. If I would have only done the oil change it would have been 41.00 so just approx the same as Subaru. This place gets 5 stars from me!! read more

Went here yesterday for the first time to get an oil change. Great place and helpful employees. They had me stay in my car during it and they brought me a soda. I liked it because they could show me everything and I wasn't in a separate waiting room. They explained everything about my car's fluids and anything else they found. It seemed like one of the most thorough inspections I've had at an oil change shop. They explained what they recommended and how much it costs without pressuring me. Afterwards got my free car wash which was great. I told my wife about it and we will definitely be going to Premier for oil changes again. read more

Went to get my under the hood topped off and they ended up giving me a oil change I specially told him not too, next day I ended up with a dead battery either they dont know what their doing or they fucking ppls cars up for a specific reason. Couple months after I had asked my co-worker why hes late he said his moms van battery died and just got her oil change on her van and guess where she took it at premier so not a coincidence. read more

I went there for an oil change in my 2014 GMC. Not only did they try to sell me everything under the sun, but they insisted that my vehicle needed synthetic oil (which is way more expensive). The concept of sitting in your car being offered something to drink while you get your oil changed is great! I read some reviews about people's cars being scratched or damaged in the car wash at Premier, but I wanted to give this place a try. I think the idea behind what they're trying to do is great for Redding. I had a really good experience getting my oil changed yesterday, the guys are professional and kind. But after I got home from Premier, I realized that my back fender was broken and hanging on the left side. If they get their carwash issues fixed, I would consider going back again. We have been going to this car wash since they opened. It was always great! The last few times we have gone, the pre wash is filthy, the brushes and wash buckets are full of garbage, mud and filth. So much so, I'm afraid to touch my truck with the brush. Then when you get to the car wash, the car wash is very much in disrepair. It does not wash or dry very well at all, not to mention the tire shine, it never shines all four tires anymore it May do 2 1/2 tires at best. I've gone through the last 3-4 times thinking maybe they will fix things but they have failed to do so. I have actually had to dry my truck when I got home the last few times I've gone through because it's so wet after going through, I've also had to clean all of the bugs off of my truck when I get home because the pre wash is so bad it can no longer be used. I will not be returning to this car wash! I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere! read more

I decided to wash my car during my lunch yesterday as it has been way too long. I work on Lake Blvd and noticed it was new and thought I would give it a try. The car wash itself was nice and new. After you pay you drive up to the car wash and the attendant directs you to put your drivers tire onto this conveyer belt type thing and to shift your car into neutral. The car wash moves your car through a series of high power scrubbers, sprayers, dryers, etc. when the car wash is complete it gives your car a little push and the light flashes from "relax" to "go". I noticed that my passenger mirror was turned in and so jumped out of my car to fix it. While walking around the front of my car I checked to see how clean my car was. As I was walking around I noticed that the car wash bent my license plate to where it was completely sticking out. I parked my car near the attendants door and he came out and asked me if everything was ok. I informed him of my situation and he said, "Oh yeah, it likes to do that. Let me see if I can fix it." As he forms it back into what is now a bent and warped license plate another attendant comes out and says, "Yeah, that happens you might want to get a stronger plate." I'm sure they could see the shock on my face as I stepped into my car to leave. The point is that yes it is merely a license plate, but has customer service gotten this bad? Is damaging someone's property the norm for standards for a new business in the Redding area. Wow! read more

Used their express oil change and the complimentary car wash and vacuums (that come with purchase of oil change). The employees I encountered through these services were polite and friendly. They do offer you add-on services as you wait (in your car, so I recommend going in the earlier, cooler hours of the day), but I didn't feel pressured to purchase these services. As one man said to me "our intent is to service you, not pressure you" and the way they pitch them does just feel like they're explaining your options. The service is relatively fast (I was in the "pit" maybe 20 minutes give or take a few), and it was nice that they also offered a complimentary beverage (coffee, sodas, water). The only draw backs were: 1. Still had some buggy stuff on my car's front bumper after the car wash. 2. I wish the vacuums had a detail brush option (but hey you get what you pay for! Lol also, I'm pretty sure they offer detail services there too). All in all, it was a good experience. I'll likely return here when I'm due for service again. read more

I had minimal dirt on my vehicle from the rain and after my $12 drive thru I had a nice coat of dirt still clearly on the vehicle. Rather than complain to management about a garbage carwash that can't be fixed as it is "brand new" I thought I would simply warn the locals of the utter worthless experience I had. Took my SUV through the car wash and got it detailed, for $55! I'm from the coast and normally pay $300-$450, literally blew my mind when they said FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS! The guys were so friendly, and honestly did such a good job. They took out my WeatherTec mats and cleaned them so well, the guy at home never even did that. My car looks brand new, I will definitely be back, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone! read more

I really want to like this place, the people are generally friendly, it's quick​ and conveniently located. I hate to leave a negative review, but I did not have success when talking with supervisors on-site. I understand that there is an option to pre-wash my vehicle, I am not interested in doing that and then after paying for a machine to do it because it does so ineffectively. I spoke with multiple people about this, going out of my way to find a solution for this issue. They pretty much told me that the carwash doesn't work well for anyone with any kind of fin on the back, I have a minivan and didn't even realize it did have one, because it's so small and insignificant. Not a good excuse. If this is a common problem to your customers then you should have an attendent pre-wash the car before entering the carwash, to ensure you have happy customers that are getting a quality service. At least talk to your associates about caring a little instead of shrugging and acting like it's not their problem. I bought the most expensive carwash each time, I hope that this is remedied because I would like to return due to the other benefits offered. The sales are a little too pushy too, maybe check levels and offer them all at once? read more

They are very fast and polite, and even if the politeness seems forced at times, it is okay because that takes effort. Not having a good experience today. About every other car wash I get with my "unlimited plan" I get the lake Blvd which is the cheapest wash. I pay the 34.99 a month for unlimited premier. Is this a way to get people thinking they are paying for the most expensive one and then giving them the cheapest and only the best once in a while. Then I go through a second time because I tell someone about it and it tells me I have exceeded my limit. Isn't unlimited unlimited. My tires are shined on the rear passenger side but no were else. I talk to the attendants and no one could tell me why it happened or confirm that the system has me correctly entered. They just said oh go back through and we will give you the premier. My bank statement sure says I'm paying 34.99 a month. Think I'm gonna have to cancel. It's happened with my other vehicle too. I think they don't think people will catch it. read more

I went to Premier Oil Change for a car wash yesterday and decided to sign up for one of the monthly packages for unlimited car washes. I put my debit card in the machine, selected the package I wanted and then handed my receipt to the kid at the car wash so I could get my sticker. When I came out of the car wash about 2 minutes later (with an amazingly clean car!), it was pointed out to me by the staff that I had inadvertently purchased some services that I didn't want and had not intended to buy. I would not have noticed. But they immediately refunded the money that I had not meant to spend and were very cheerful and friendly about it. So...now I will have a clean car all the time.
