From start to finish my experience is always the best! I have WiFi for iPads, cold beverages while you wait and best of all, AC that they place in your vehicle to keep you cool! These guys (Jonny and Thomas M) asked me multiple times for something cold to drink and even brought my 3 year old his favorite color Otter Pop! It made his day! They engaged with him and everything, made him feel safe and comfortable. They don't try and oversell or pressure you into anything and that means a lot coming from a woman, where in most cases they take advantage of. When you leave Premier Oil Change, you know you're well taken care of! One small Take away from this experience, Justin should treat his fellow coworkers with respect. We decided to try this new place for car wash and detail. Cost $45 and a very inferior job. Maybe someone was having an OFF day!!!! Lots of bugs left on front and windshield. This is my favorite places to get the oil in my car changed! Each oil change comes with a free carwash, one free carwash item, and a free beverage of your choice. You get to also stay in your vehicle while it is being serviced. There are no high pressure sales. A lot of services are offered as well. read more

These guys gave me a top notch oil change, were incredibly efficient and fast, and not to mention.. even offered me a cold beverage while I waited. Justin was one of the kindest men I've ever met and served me SO WELL. He was personable, engaged in conversation, and was tremendously communicative. He and the rest of the crew were authentic and truly cared about my well being and giving me the best service. These guys didn't even leave room for question or concern with their efficiency. Great service! This is my second time here...the staff are great! Quick service and did multiple vehicle checks. They do offer to provide any additional services needed based on their checks. They oiled the door hinges, made sure tire pressure was set and cleaned my windshield. I highly recommend them! read more

You stay in your car the whole time and the constantly are trying to get you to buy extra or upgrade everything. Most annoying experience ever. Even though every time they say "I'm not pressuring you". Also more expensive than other oil change services. Would recommend going anywhere else. read more

UGH! WOW!!! I never thought I'd a review for an oil change shop, but our experience here was just THAT good! My boyfriend and I both agreed that we had never smiled so much while getting our oil changed (and the free car wash which followed it). The techs were super friendly and offered a ton of extra services in a very non-pushy way, none of which we needed. I actually wish we could've given this place our money for those services, but we had just gotten a major service at 94k miles. Very fairly priced and they accept competitors' coupons. read more

Well functioning, equipped, multi- levels of service, modern, well-planned, and brand new car wash. -1st: Go to the free shaded/covered self-service prewash area with brushes, degreaser soap (melts away sap, bugs, and road scrum), and water hose. This will insure your car gets super clean. -2nd: Drive to the automated car wash entrance and select the type of car wash you desire (the cheapest car wash is sufficient). If it doesn't get clean enough the first time, drive back to the entrance and they'll run through again free. They use deionized water so don't worry about water spots. -3rd: Park in the free vacuum area and clean the interior. I vacuum off and pools of extra waster that the Redding heat didn't already instantly vaporize. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you contact them and need their help, but they won't necessarily approach you and solicit their assistance. - read more

Over $70.00 for oil change, some how ended up with synthetic oil, I have never run synthetic oil. Did not want synthetic oil but my invoice states synthetic oil @ $6.00 qt.. Bad experience. Although I have a complaint, I do want to say that I was treated with respect and saw perfect professionalism in just about everybody that was working that day. I could tell that those boys work hard. My complaint is that I was told that my oil pan gasket was not in good shape and that I should have it checked. I did that with the dealer I bought my car from, only to find out that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the part in question and absolutely no leak whatsoever ( a dye was used and even I could see nothing spattered). The inspection cost me quite a bit, even though my car is still under warranty (which doesn't cover the inspection if nothing needs to be done) If this is some kind of ploy to make more somehow, it didn't work. I do not like being misled. Even though I loved the staff and the personal treatment I received, I will not be returning. read more

The customer service is great but the auto wash just doesn't clean my car well enough, I have an suv that's white and it doesn't clean the back of it very well or the hood, must be the angles of my car. They do have a prep station where I can touch up areas but that does take time when I might as well just wash the car myself. I wish there were employees who would clean the back of the vehicles first as they are going into the wash. I also noticed that my car has red drips on it from the cleaner not getting fully rinsed off. At least they gave me a free wash for it not getting clean enough the first time but it happened again. I might stick with the other places that have guys wash it first before going through. read more

I've been to Premier several times and really liked it at first. The last three times they can't figure out how to reset my service engine light. It was two different cars. The last time I went, my light came on, it wasn't on before that and my check engine light came on too!! There always seems to be very young kids that are just learning, every time. That makes me think they must have a huge turn over rate. We will not be going back. read more
