I contacted Victory Plumbing to unclog my toilet drain, bathtub drain, and fix my toilet handle…read morethat was broken. I paid about $300 for this job . After they left I was pleased with their work until I tried to flush by toilet. The handle of the toilet was loose and the mechanism inside the tank was not flushing properly. The tank continued to fill with water and then drain. I guess they just did the easy jobs.

I have now used Victory three times. Jeff is my 'go to'!…read more The first time used Victory Plumbing I needed a back-up hot water tank that had failed removed. The project required disconnecting and capping the water lines; disconnecting and capping the gas line; capping the exhaust line; and removal and disposal of the tank. Len the Plumber quoted $1100. Jeff was able to complete the job for $450. Last month, while traveling out of town, my wife called to tell me the hot water tank was leaking. I gave her Jeff's number and asked he to call him, telling him that I would be back in town in early afternoon. Jeff and his apprentice met me at 3:30pm as arranged and replaced my tank within 90 minutes. It was relief to have a professional available for an 'emergency' that I could count upon to show up on time and take care of the problem immediately. Two days ago, Jeff came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a small gas line leak on my fireplace within a very short period of time. His work is always neat ,efficient, and reasonably priced. Lastly, when you call the number, Jeff is the person that answers... and he always answers his phone unless both hands are in a project at that moment.

This small business has top-level service, integrity, and they can correctly diagnose the problems…read morethe first time, and then fix them properly. HVAC service is not always cheap, and you will have to expect to pay standard fees and part costs that are part and parcel of the business. Personally, I would gladly DIY any project where I could safely and competently learn how to fix things myself, but servicing an A/C refrigerant line really requires a professional with the right equipment. As an everyday bargain-hunter, I was initially unhappy when told that my Trane A/C required a rather expensive TCV valve part, and I wondered if I was being taken advantage of, as TCV valve prices were typically a fraction of the cost on the work order. It only took reading the HVAC manual to verify that my specific Air Handler model required that unique (and expensive!) part, which was expensive no matter where it was purchased. The technician showed me how he tested to confirm it was the the existing valve that was not operating properly, and how he ruled out other causes for the lack of cooling. In the end, after the part was replaced, I was issued a partial credit since the refrigerant needed to recharge the system was less than originally estimated. That's honesty for you! Blevins will charge you a fair price, and provide high quality service.

I'm one to typically shop within my local community, rather than use a national service or chain…read more Initially, I would've rated Blevins service a little higher, until it came time for them to stand by their service and their billing practices. We first used Blevins to come look at our water heater. The Tech came out, said the burner contacts needed to be cleaned, he cleaned them, we payed him, he left, no problems. Within the next week or so, our water heater stopped working again. We called Blevins, the tech came back out, re-cleaned the contacts on the burner, and told us "He wasn't going to charge us for this visit". Which, made sense to me, since we already paid them to fix a problem that came back. 5 months later, we received a bill in the mail with a note that said "We're sorry, we forgot to bill you, we had a busy last few months". I immediately called the woman at the front desk, explained to her what had happened. As she proceeded to tell me her techs "don't do that" I raised some concerns about how we can fairly dispute the timeline of events, when they send a bill 6 months after they told me they wouldn't bill me, for work that wasn't done correctly to begin with. I think it's important to note that the woman who answered the phone, is combative and doesn't seem to have acumen for logic and reason. After my call, I was called back by the same lady, who now says the "tech never said that" (which, I have a hard time believing that six months later he was able to recall this exact event, which he obviously couldn't... because it happened). Then I was told, they wouldn't charge me, but I would now be added to their "DO NOT SERVICE" list. Hilarious. IF YOU THINK I WOULD EVER CONSIDER USING YOUR COMPANY AGAIN, YOU'RE SADLY MISTAKEN. Oh, and they didn't even honor that. They keep billing us for that same visit. Terrible business owner and customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I Didn't Just Find a Plumber, I Found a Family…read more My first call to Fluid Plumbing & Heating was for something small -- a minor toilet repair that most companies probably would have brushed off. But Brian O'Connor treated my little repair like it was the most important job on his schedule. That told me everything I needed to know about how this company operates. So when I discovered a leak in my hot water heater, there was only one call to make. Brian picked up the phone after hours -- let that sink in -- and had Rob at my house first thing the next morning. No waiting around for days, no runaround, no voicemail abyss. Just real people who genuinely care about their customers. Rob and his apprentice arrived on time, were thoroughly professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I understood exactly what was happening and why. I want to give a special shoutout to Rob's apprentice -- this young professional is just starting out in his career, and if he's any indication of the caliber of people Fluid brings on board, this company's future is incredibly bright. As Rob put it, I'm not just a customer now -- I'm family. And honestly? That's exactly how they made me feel from day one. From a tiny toilet fix to a hot water heater emergency, Fluid Plumbing & Heating has earned my complete trust and loyalty. If you're looking for a plumbing company that treats every job -- big or small -- with the same level of care and professionalism, look no further. Call Brian. You'll thank yourself later.

I initially contacted the company regarding a shower issue. Brian contacted me and we discussed several concerns with my home. He was extremely patient and educated me on terminology to fully comprehend what was needed to resolve my issues. We made an appointment and Brian stopped by to repair a pipe on my water heater. Brian is EXTREMELY professional and so down to earth. He repaired the pipe, took the time to look at my plumbing issues and advised me on the best route to move forward. I had another company come out earlier that week for a similar estimate. The work the other company suggested would have been more invasive and would have required several drywall/tile repairs. Brian is extremely considerate and understood my concerns regarding my home. He said "let's try the least invasive route first" and I received a quote within a day. I then coordinated with Rob to schedule the work (which also included installing an expansion tank for my water heater). I met both Rob and Daniel this past Wednesday and it was an absolute pleasure! I stayed out of their way and I have so much respect for their work. They resolved all of the plumbing issues before 5 and brought everything up to code. I've been dealing with these concerns for 10 yrs so I screamed when I saw that everything was resolved. Their work was extremely thorough and they tested everything prior to leaving. I have so much respect for their ingenuity and practicality. My house was cleaned prior to their departure and everything now runs smoothly. I am EXTREMELY thankful that I went with Fluid where other companies left me a little hopeless. This was a great experience and I look forward to future work with this team of AMAZING, kind & knowledgeable professionals!
