But the part that impressed me a lot was that I called back about three months after I got the scan (talked with Christina) and asked for a copy of the report and asked if they could burn me a CD or give me a digital file with the actual imaging from the test I had done and got none of the BS that you would expect. You know what I'm talking about... needless bureaucracy and resistance. I was expecting "oh, we can only give the results to the doctor that ordered the test". I was expecting "that will be $50 for the copies and we need two weeks to make them" I was expecting "sorry, we only keep files for two months" or "I need to talk to my boss" or "state laws only permit us to..." But Christina (and I think maybe the other girls in the office are like this, too) is casual and pleasant and maybe just wants to be nice to her customers (pretty weird for a medical office!) and says "Oh, hi, I remember talking to you on the phone. Give me three minutes." Three minutes later (3!) she handed me a CD and a copy of the report. I said, "Do I owe you anything?" and she says (get this!)... "No". There were three or four girls behind that tiny front desk and they all seemed to be multi-tasking. The phone was ringing off the hook, they were all talking at once, phone cords were wound around their necks and the fax machine was smoking... kind of a controlled chaos. And Christina just looks at me and smiles and says "give me three minutes". I know you shouldn't give someone kudos for just being normal and nice to a customer... but it seems like it's becoming more and more rare.

She is absolutely great at what she does and really took the time for the right placement. Another thank you to Stephanie in ultrasound, sweet and very thorough. They gave me the options to wait for results or get a phone call which I appreciated. I felt very taken care of here at this location and I am recommending to every woman I know.

The receptionists were giggling and talking away as if they forgot they were at work, as if they forgot there were clients waiting. When I asked what's going on my appointment was at 4:45, she then says she will check. Within 5 minutes of checking my name is called. So it's my job to check or is it their job to let me know if there's a delay? I guess if it was a place with good service and professionals it would be their job. Otherwise just know it's your job to keep checking or else you'll probably just keep sitting in the waiting room.

The woman confirmed they indeed could, the technician would be able to take me as long as I was able to show up by a certain time. I excitedly said I would be there well before that time, and we confirmed my appointment. Cut to after 43 minutes of driving in rush hour traffic, I received a phone call from the clinic, letting me know that "we need to cancel the appointment because the technician has to go." Say what??? Yes, I heard her right. The technician "has to go." I was obviously furious and explained to her the problem of needing to reschedule my appointment that had to be done that day (after driving in rush hour traffic). As I was parking, she said the technician may be able to do half of the ultrasounds I needed, which of course would be better than nothing. I accepted. When I got to the clinic, she pulled me aside and let me know that "the technician is gone." No more "half of the ultrasounds" offer. The technician left, didn't say why, and didn't so much as an offer an apology. Neither did the woman I spoke to. I asked her name because I planned to go to corporate with this, but given the avalanche of other rightfully scathing reviews here, I think it would be pointless. She wasn't apologetic at all, but seemed to be fully aware of how insanely unprofessional this all was. Never RadNet. Never Liberty Pacific Tarzana. I was welcomed upon entering and helped right away. The staff were friendly and helpful. As always, you have to arrive 20 minutes before the appointment time, so there is a bit of waiting. I often forget that because much of the equipment used for testing run warm, the air conditioning will be blasting. If you are the type to run cold, bring a sweater. The person that took care of my test was Jason and he was great. He explained everything in depth and was caring and kind. My test was very quick and I was happy with the service. My only gripe about the service is that as of a couple of weeks ago, early 2026, there is now a 3% service fee added to the charge of services if you choose to pay with a credit card. This is new and when you have services performed that are several hundreds of dollars, you may or may not want to carry cash. And, if you do pay with cash, it has to be exact. Change is not provided. There is limited free parking on the street and a paid parking structure. Validation is not provided.

However I was a bit bored and I think it would have been nice to have any type of music playing in the room. I found myself searching the entire time for shapes in the ceiling holes. Once finished, staff said they could not give me a CD immediately because it wasn't working but they got my info to mail it to me, and I received the CD in the mail only a few days later. I recommend this facility because it is very clean, open, and well kept.

Before they'd even check my insurance, they tried to hit me with an outrageous fee, no verification, no explanation. Then, without so much as a basic assessment, no vitals, no exam, nothing, staff told me to "go to the hospital," while I could hear them discussing how the doctor wanted to close early. My breathing problem wasn't the priority. Getting me to pay up and getting me out the door was. This isn't a minor inconvenience. Quoting a patient a large fee before even confirming their coverage, then turning them away in respiratory distress without an evaluation so staff could leave early, is a serious failure. Both financially predatory and a failure of basic care. Between the inflated fee and being refused care I came in during business hours for, this feels less like an off day and more like a pattern of putting money and convenience over patients. I would not trust this location with any health need much less emergency.
