Just bought lexus ISF in this dealer, did not clean the car and in very poor condition I just noticed it when i got the car home and cleaned it i took off the engine cover and it's very dirty bad breaks( pads / rotors) , paint uneven .and did not pay off my car loan tooks 3 weeks to pay it off (trade-in) and i still paid the car that i traded in that already on their hand. Until now they have not refund my money more than 3 weeks already . Very bad experience sorry to say. Spent more than 2k for repairs already and theirs more. And when I accelerate fast their is burnt smell and I called Alex the sales person because there is a 3 months warranty and i want to go to the lexus dealer to check it and he said it's your car now, I think there 3 months warranty is a gimmick only . Shame on these guys. Buying a used car is definitely risky, but this experience taught me that "The SERVICE NOW! light is only on because it probably just needs an oil change" really means: it needs $2000 worth of work just to get it stop smelling like burning... PF offered to reimburse me for barely 10% (I mean, thanks, but...) after about a month of calling them everyday. I took the car to 6 mechanics in 3 weeks: 3 vw dealerships, 1 "friend" of PF's, and one place in Costa Mesa and one way up in La Crescenta both with amazing Yelp reviews. 4 of them old me to return the car asap (I tried, actually, after 2 days of driving it- no luck), but they all estimated it'd be $3-4k worth of repairs (oil leaking in 4 places, bald tires, etc). Yikes. SO glad I found a good place to do it for $2k. Lessons learned though. Ouch. read more

If your shopping online, shop somewhere else. I was trying to purchase a vehicle and get it shipped out to me. I made reasonable requests to receive carfax, additional pictures, possibly video ECT, which they did not send me any of. I had to pull up carfax myself. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail I encountered with the salesman was a bit worry-some. They claim to have extensive experience with online shoppers and shipping out cars. But the fact that they were so reluctant to provide basic information and assist with a sale is beyond me. They get one star for their inventory but that's about it. read more

Though ad shows on preferred method of contact is by Text Messaging Sales person is not inviting to come down to see the vehicle and seems to have a lack of sales professionalism. Also expressed the lack of value of the car that was inquired about and demonstrated a lack of value towards my time. I read other reviews and some seem padded since I find it hard to believe after my experience that they mostly get either very high or very low reviews across the internet. They may have nice cars though some reviews demonstrate there are often hidden problems, but not worth my time. If you value your time you may want to look elsewhere. Also if you intend to use a trade-in don't bother... They will try showing what they can supposedly get a similar car at an auction... Oh yeah doesn't mention how much they have to pay in outstanding fees or what the true condition is. Though If you do your homework the low Kelly Blue Book Trade In value is much higher read more

I just bought a 2008 Prius from Premium Finance. Steer clear from this place!!! It turned out to be a nightmare. Just two days after I bought my car, the electric Odometer was blank did not turn on but still drove. It turned back on hours later which was weird. Then on the weekend my car would not turn on at all -- had to call AAA to get a jump -- dead battery. Took it to a Toyota dealer and turns out I had to replace the small battery because the car had a bad battery. Not only that, was told the car key remote was not my car's -- it had been programmed to start my car but the key WAS NOT my car's! SO I had to buy a new key from the dealer so I could unlock my car's doors properly. AND was told by the dealer, to boot, that my water pump was leaking too. I took my car to a local mechanic to replace the battery and water pump to save money (dealer was much more expensive). That local mechanic told me the Odometer weird thing not turning on was ANOTHER separate problem -- there's a campaign to replace that part that runs the Odometer because it's been part of a trend in some Prius models. So back to the Toyota dealer I go. Toyota says they'll fix it but now I have to wait up to THREE MONTHS! and they have to keep the car while they wait for the part because the car is unsafe to drive -- the part malfunctioning causes car to NOT turn off when you try to turn it off. Toyota says they will cover the Odometer part but I am still stuck with paying: 1) new small battery replacement 2) new water pump and 3) new key to start car (which are expensive since they have to be programmed). Oh and by the way, did I mention the tires were not in good condition when I purchased the car -- so I probably have to replace those too soon. Total extra costs for all of that will probably near $1,500+. I called Premium Financing at least four times now and they wash their hands off saying I was sold car as is. I did buy an extended used car warranty from them but they were supposed to call me back. Still waiting for that call back. My experience has been horrible. I'd give this place zero stars or negative stars if I could! read more

I purchased a high milage car for my college student son from Premeir Finance and the next day it was in the shop for a $400.00 engine repair.Check engine light came on and it was a fouled plug due to oil in the valve.Something they should have addressed prior to selling the car.Contacted them through their website and left a meesage for the sales man , Bruce.No repsonse of any kind after 4 days. I had I great experience here... I showed up 15 minutes to closing, but the salesman (Patrick), stayed open for almost an additional hour, letting me check out and test drive cars.... Since the lenders were closed for the night, I returned the next day, Patrick and the owner Robert were a fantastic help... So much so that might son even purchased a vehicle also! I have never written a yelp review but my experience hear motivated me to write my first one because to hopefully help someone avoid dealing with these people. I took my 2010 LS460 here to look at possibly trading it in for a truck. After they gave me a very low trade in value I told them that I was going to sell the car private party they still took the car to inspect it and when they brought it back all of my dashboard lights were on all of my ABS sensors were on traction control sensor and had it had a message on the computer saying stop the car immediately and a safe place and take it to a dealership. When I brought this up to them they were very combative and said that the ABS pump go out on these cars all the time it wasn't them and they assured me that they never plug the computer into the car. There was clear evidence that they did plug the car in and finally after a half hour of arguing with them they basically told me to leave and I had to drive my car home with malfunctioning brakes. I brought the car to a dealership and they plug the car in to their computer and they confirmed that someone had plug the computer into the car and they did not know what they are doing and recalibrated all of the sensors then somebody tried to fix it and ended up causing a malfunction in the G sensor of the car. I had to pay the dealership to reprogram The entire car which cost $600 and they said that it may not be a permanent fix because it could've shorted something in the main computer. Please avoid this dealership at all costs as they are extremely dishonest and do not like to take responsibility for any of their mistakes. This is your typical shady used car dealership. Hopefully this helps someone avoid what I went through. read more

We describe the kind of car we were looking for, he guided us to the ML which was within our price range, after some minor negotiations we reach an agreement, they cleaned it, performed the emission test, made a repair to fix the emission test failure, and had it ready for my daughter to drive it off the lot. Quick closing transaction. Then a few weeks later they called to ask us to bring it back in to verify that it was still running well. GREAT customer service. I was completely surprised by this considering the age of the vehicle. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a used vehicle at a reasonable price. In my experience dealing with premium finance was a total fail. I called and spoke to Matt and told him I was interested in a vehicle he had on his lot and he asked me a couple questions so I told him I'd stop by to check out the vehicle. Well upon arrival I asked for Matt and he was gone for the day which other guy came out to assist me and help me out with the vehicle I was interested in. He had little to say about the vehicle and seemed to me they knew very little about the vehicle which was not a big deal. After looking the vehicle over I wanted to take things a step further so I asked the salesman if i can test drive it he said sure so he asked for my drivers license and took a picture of it and as he was trying to pull it out of the lot another salesman comes out and has a short conversation with the other salesman and then the 1st salesman tell me he had to assist another customer and to deal with the 2nd salesman (2 younger guys in all the pictures). So at this point I'm still waiting to go on the test drive as the 2nd salesman tries to give me his salesman speech and then tells me the only way we could go on a test drive was if I ran my credit. That's not what I expected especially when I drove from the inland empire just to come check this vehicle the salesman tried giving me a speech about how it's an old truck with high mileage etc. But I wasn't asking to go on a 1 hour test drive all I wanted was to go around the block get a feel of how it shifts and handles. I don't recommend buying anything from these people total scam. The first car I looked at had air bag light on . Then the car I bought no lights on but took it for routine maintenance and inspection just to find out that it needed $4,400 in repairs. I bought a Suburban less than 30 days from this dealer and saw they had a Maserati with low miles and offered to pay cash for that one also. They tried to offer me less than half of what I paid them for the Suburban that I had just bought from them as a trade in. I had just put an extra $4,500. in mechanical and upgrades to the Suburban and they would not consider a reasonable deal, I offered to eat the $4500. + a few thousand as reasonable deal. They were way too Greedy and would not... Lesson learned, I would not recommend buying anything from Premium Finanace. read more

Standard issue used car sales BS. Bottom line is these guys were attempting to lead me into a shady deal assuming I was so desperate for a car that they could con me into thinking I would be lucky to accept anything they could do for me. They had what seemed to be a decent deal on a high mileage hybrid I was looking to buy for commuting. I have average credit, have been at my job over 3 years, in the same industry for 20, and make over $100k per year. I could easily buy the car with cash but just to see what the payment might look like I filled out an online app for their "instant approval" they claim they can get for ANYONE. ANYONE with bankruptcies, repos, new on the job, no license, recent divorce , etc... according to their website and Craigslist ads. After hearing nothing back for several hours by email or phone on my "instant approval" I called them to check. I was informed that being a 40 year old guy with over 3 years at the same job, average credit rating, no bankruptcies, no repos, no divorces, a valid drivers license, a six figure income, and even putting a $5k down payment on a $10k car....they were unable to approve me!?!?!? I just payed off a gas guzzling sports car I put 10 grand down on and did 36 month financing instead of 60 just to get it paid off quicker (with not one late payment). I never considered myself a "special financing risk" in the first place so I'm having a hard time understanding 1. How I became such a high risk by just paying off a huge account, and 2. Just what exactly these guys consider low or even moderate risk??? I thought I might get a cheap hybrid to save some gas on the daily commute. If there is such a thing as, and a candidate for, "instant approval" I, and this deal are it!?!?!? I guess I'll have to get divorced, fired, have my license suspended, and file bankruptcy before these guys can get me financed for 50% of a $10k hybrid with 100k miles on it! I'm not even interested in buying the car with cash at this point. It's pretty clear they are hustlers who either thought they could get me to beg for an approval that would have me paying double the cars value in interest or, passed on me so they could hustle someone else who was more desperate. I hope everyone who reads this will deal cautiously with these guys. They seem to be the worst cliche we think of when used car sales come up by preying on the ignorance and desperation of credit challenged consumers. read more

do not buy from them!!! we spent $19k on a 2004 ford diesel and within a week and a half we had to replace all fuses, both batteries, wiring, oh..... and not to mention cam position censor, inter cooler blown, and potentially an additional 7k in oil leaks all over the engine!!! the machanic we went to said he stopped working with premium finance because they ignore the issues with cars, and put "bandages" on them to sell faster. they wont even talk to us when we try calling to see what they can do for us since we just got the vehicle. worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they even made us pay wayyyy more for downpayment than we were originally told. so glad we didn't write a yelp review when we left the lot like all of the employees asked us to do. writing checks to them every month afer this ordeal will be very very difficult, thinking about taking them to court! read more

Please be very careful when purchasing a vehicle here. These people are lying Weezles. Every single one of them is a snake in the grass. All I needed was a truck without leaks that would get me to VA without issues and made it clear to these snakes what I needed. They all lied through their teeth's and got me good. I'm now screwed with a truck that's leaking oil from the engine and the power steering pump also has a leak. They said they don't buy from auctions and the report shows this truck was bought at an auction. At the end of the day It's my bad for believing them. But when you ask someone a question from a dealer you expect to hear the truth. I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They were cool of course but they were lying.
