By far the worst people I've have ever had to deal with. Maria is nothing but a condescending liar who falls through on everything she's says. I purchased a f-250 and it broke down driving off the lot. Left it there for two weeks and went through the worst experience a person could go through with the mechanic they had working on their cars. Always having to call the dealership to get update and they telling me nothing useful. Went to pick it up after two weeks and broke down again out of the driveway. Left it there for another week but this picking up was different. I got a little farther and it broke down again. Third time. They picked it up and had it for three weeks. They said they could find the problem. So they wanted to swap me out of the truck and into another. So I did so. Two weeks after getting this one gushing coolant is coming out of the bottom of the truck. Parts cost $800 and labor was $300 because I know the dealership that worked on the truck. Another week passes and more fluids gushing from the bottom. Now it's coming from the transmission. They want another $700 at my cost from this repair. Horrible dealership. It's almost like they just slap bandaids on these vehicles and put them up for sale without any real inspection or concerns for the consumers who buy these vehicles. I would never ever recommend these people to anyone. Also when the swapped me out of the other truck and into the new one we changed financial institutions and they were suppose to pay off the loan on the other truck. Have yet to do so. Now that bank it threatening to send me to collections. This is my worst nightmare. On the first truck I had occurred towing charges and the first months payments which was promised to me. I'm not sure where they do their mailing but I don't know of any place that take over a month to receive a price of mail when it's less then 25 miles away. It wasn't just once that this deceit had occurred but multiple times. Over and over and over again. I know for a fact I left a few things out because of my frustration toward this company and it's employees. You get nothing but empty promises. read more

I bought a VW Jetta from this place a couple years ago when it was located in Costa Mesa. The very next day, 7 warning lights came on. Their mechanic had just cleared out the lights long enough to trick an unlucky customer into buying this piece of crap. When I went back to complain to the manager, I got the run around. The car was in such horrible condition, it ended up in the shop for about 10 months and I spent $5,000 just to get it in working order to resell it. Dishonest, crooks, thieves, liars. There's something sketchy going on with this business and how they buy/sell cars. First of all, do not trust Carfax reports - I've learned this the hard way. And ya, of course, some minor things might not appear on Carfax, like scrapes and bumps, but some major things - like car accidents and major damage to a vehicle - can also somehow not end up on Carfax. That goes for anywhere you purchase a car. But this business, is unique in everyone's willingness and eagerness to lie every step of the way and cover each other's backs. This business will not tell if your car has actually undergone some serious damage, even if they have the knowledge. They're not required to, in fact. They will just point to the Carfax and say, "See? It's clean!" They are not legally required to tell you even if they, as experts, can tell that the car has had damage. I bought a car with them late last year and found out that despite a "clean carfax" the vehicle was in a major accident - confirmed and investigated by four different experts. Within ONE WEEK of buying my car with them, it broke down and I was stuck with a bill of more than $2k, and still going to this day. After confronting them about it, I was ignored by the salesman who sold it me - Hi Kevin! - then I was told my the GM, Robert, that it was "probably a shopping cart that scraped the car." I was in contact with Robert, the GM, and Maria, the business office manager for days. Their lack of care resulted in no solutions. It is only after several months that I am finally able to summon the energy to come and leave a review to warn people in the future to NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. Do not trust the carfax, do not trust the salesmen, and go ahead and ask your salesman straight up "Has this car been in an accident?" Because if you don't ask those words, they are not required to tell you. And make sure you get a "No, this car has not been in an accident" full sentence answer, because if they refer you to the Carfax and just say "It's clean" - then they are (unfortunately for you), technically not lying. So make sure to ask, and make sure you get a YES or NO answer, in written, if you can. Otherwise, you will end up like me, with a seemingly beautiful car that actually is falling apart. If you don't believe me, read the bad reviews and you'll see that everyone who has left bad reviews has gone through the same thing. I was able to find TWO other people who had the exact same thing happen to them, and we all ended up facing difficult financial situations with our purchases and we were all people who were preyed on because we wanted to purchase low-priced cars and we urgently needed them for our jobs, children, families and life. Hi Robert, Maria, and Rueben, (GM, Office Manager, and finance person), I hope you read this message and remember how hard of a time you gave me. Your comments about me being "too young to know anything" and "needing a man" to know about cars; your comments about it "being my fault for not reading the small print" - which by the way, totally irrelevant? Does the small print say my car was screwed from the start and I missed it? - your unwillingness to help and willingness to lie about literally everything I ever asked about; your dishonesty and will to prey on people in need of a low-cost car... So i bought a truck From these guys last wednesday the 18th nice truck and first think we notice is the front passenger tire is bald and we ask them to replace it for safety reasons to which they say come back it will cost about 30 bucks so we head home and after im home my dad tells me the tail light is out which well that sucks no big deal but when i had to use the windshield wiper the windshield wiper flipped over and chipped my windshield. They clearly reset the computer and didn't fully inspect everything in the engine before putting it on the market. I purchased an F-350 dually here and they were great! The truck looked great, it was a one owner truck bought, maintained and traded in to the same Ford dealership! I was helped by JJ and Ruben and they couldn't have been nicer. I'm serious. They took care of EVERYTHING I asked them to do, and they gave me a very good price on the truck. I still watch the classifieds and I can't find another one that year with those low miles for anything under two grand more than I paid.. the wheel cover was missing on one of the wheels and they mentioned they had it and I forgot it.. JJ met me 35 minutes away from the lot to give me a brand new one and when I discovered after I brought it home it was the wrong one they ordered another one and came and met me AGAIN to swap it out with the right one.. that's service! On top of that when buying the truck I wasn't able to get there quick enough and they worked around my schedule and stayed late for me.. I had brought my mom to drive my other car back and she was sitting in the car while I was doing the paperwork. Well JJ went out there and kept her company!.. I didn't even know until we were about to leave, I started wondering why she wasn't calling me to hurry up! Instead the whole way home with her on the cell driving behind me she couldn't stop saying how nice JJ was... I love cars and trucks, I buy my share of vehicles, and when I find a good place like this, I have to take the time to spread the word because they really deserve it.. there are way too many places that play dirty, ignore you, rig the vehicles just to get off the lot, etc and to find a place that plays fair, and even goes above and beyond after they've been paid is just too good!! read more

On the photos the car looked great but when we got there it was different story. When we finally got there after 6 hours of driving, because traffic was horrible. We could not believe that they played us for fools. The car was PAINTED and the seats were so badly worn and they had scratches all over it. They lied to us and told us that the car is in perfect condition, never been painted and only driver's seat is worn but not entire leather interior and every seat have been worn badly. So we went back home to Las Vegas without a car and learned our lesson "don't trust a small car dealers ". I should have read reviews about this dealership before coming all the way from Las Vegas. I bought my wife a 2005 Nissan Murano almost 9 months ago after her car was totaled in an accident that was not her fault from this place. What should have set me off about how bad this place is was when they did not have the real key for the vehicle, they only had the emergency key. I over looked that part and I bought the car anyway with what I thought was a full inspection before hand since I live in Pasadena and could not take it to a mechanic I know. Only to take it home and weeks later come to find out it has a transmission leak ughhhh. But anyway what really gets me going is that paid for the vehicle with taxes, tags, and title, and so my wife and I waited for the registration and tags since it did not have plates on it. We ended up getting the registration in the mail no problem, now I was thinking that the plates would come soon after the registration...... Lo and behold the License Plates NEVER arrived for the vehicle. So I started calling in February about the plates and come to find out the person that takes care of the plates/registration only works on Fridays. I only found this out at calling a few times and "she is not in the office right now but let me get your number and she will call you back" blah blah blah. I finally talk to her in April 3 times in one day, and I told her that I do not have plates for the vehicle but I do have the registration. She tells me "don't worry about it I will have this corrected and you will get them in a few weeks". I ended up not getting any License Plates for my vehicle, so I call back the Friday of Memorial Day and she was off that day. So I tell the individual who answered the phone if he would take my name and number so that she will call me on Monday. As of yet I have yet to hear from her and I still have No license plates for my vehicle after 9 months. read more

It all started off great. They were nice people and helped us out. That's the issue maybe too eager to push the cars on us. We bought 2 cars and after 2 months of driving just locally one has died. We now have a $20,000 pile of metal. Our mechanic had the car for 3 days said the engine was shot and will be $10000 to drop in a used engine. We've used our mechanic for many years and he is not jerking us around. He doesn't even want to do it saying it wouldn't be worth it. Now we are stressed about our second car as to what could be wrong with it. Being an auto dealership you would think they would diagnose the cars and make sure they run and are safe before selling them. Yes they are nice and give good deals but I would recommend you have a mechanic check the car before you buy it. Let me start off by saying YOU ARE BUYING A USED CAR. They are not perfect! They will have issues, they will need maintenance. Simple, do your research and inspect the car. They allowed me to inspect it. I almost walked away since they wouldn't let me test drive without running my credit. (My credits awesome) So I said see ya later, Mathew ran in and asked and was able to get me the drive. Lucky for him because I bought the STI that day! Absolutely no negotiation which is lame, but the price was slightly above market so i got the car. The financing took forever since they only have one guy, but they were cool about it, had me sign a contract to take the car the same day and allowed me to come back the next day with a check from my credit union to pay for the car. Mathew was very cool and helped me pass the 2 hours i was there. They let my dog chill inside in the AC with everyone. Have a pretty nice selection. read more

The third time a drove it, then entire thing started shaking as if it was about to fall apart into pieces. I had my mechanic take a look. He informed my that the car should have been scrapped and the price to fix it would be almost the price of the car.... and these issues were easily should have been easily noticeable by anyone who knows anything about cars. Just bought lexus ISF in this dealer, did not clean the car and in very poor condition I just noticed it when i got the car home and cleaned it i took off the engine cover and it's very dirty bad breaks( pads / rotors) , paint uneven .and did not pay off my car loan tooks 3 weeks to pay it off (trade-in) and i still paid the car that i traded in that already on their hand. Until now they have not refund my money more than 3 weeks already . Very bad experience sorry to say. Spent more than 2k for repairs already and theirs more. And when I accelerate fast their is burnt smell and I called Alex the sales person because there is a 3 months warranty and i want to go to the lexus dealer to check it and he said it's your car now, I think there 3 months warranty is a gimmick only . We trusted the dealership through a USAA approved car buying service and did not seek the yelp reviews....HUGE MISTAKE! Bought a truck for our son and myself to use hauling trailers for horses, truck broke down within one week: diagnosis: busted high pressure oil pump due to neglect on maintenance from dealership, bad starter, bad sensors, no working horn! After towing fees, car rental fees and a top line service contract purchased for $2000 (thank goodness we get the refund on that!) that refused to honor any of the repairs and were horrible to work with, I'm out another $3500... This is a crap dealership, that didn't disclose when asked about previous repairs we came to find out was done on the cooling system, the service contract company Mile Edge is a crap company and very difficult to work with, so we ended that with some legal and financial recourse. The GM accused me of lying inspite of all the detailed documentation we kept with all parties involved, he made tacit agreements to have the vehicle towed to some other repair shop he was 90% sure he could get fixed due to the previous work "warrantied"... which we now have all the reason to believe that he would never have gotten those items fixed... whatever you do... DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM any place like this... purchase from Carmax or any other place that is "CERTIFIED DEALER" selling "CERTIFIED USED CARS"... being a certified dealer has nothing to do with certified used cars that offer protection to consumers. Because we couldn't tell when we test drove they are saying it was our responsibility to have an inspection done on it.
