I was really disappointed by this dealership. I drove 3 hours to check out a sprinter that was "in good condition" as the guy said. When I got there the car was in horrible condition scratches all over the place. Non of this damage was mentioned on the listing. When I contacted the guy that told me that the car was good. He replied with rudeness.

10/10 highly recommend! I purchased a '15 Porsche Macan here back in January & had such excellent help from Cindy! Originally found the listing while browsing CarFax & submitted my interest just before bed. Cindy promptly reached out to me the very next morning with clear pictures & videos of my future purchase. We set up an appointment for a test drive within the next couple days (she was very flexible with time). I showed up to the lot with my family, to which they were very accommodating. I took the car for a quick test drive & ended up filling out all the necessary paperwork under an hour to purchase the vehicle! Experienced zero pressure from the staff & didn't get hit with any shady dealer fees. An added bonus was that the car had gotten a detail + oil change a few days prior courtesy of Premium Finance! Massive shoutout to Cindy & the Team, thank you again!

I have read other reviews and have seen how the managers responses try to say that these people are lying and they're making everything up, I would love for them to try that with me. I wish I was cause that would mean I wouldn't be in this horrible mess. We were looking for a truck and found one at this lot through cargurus.com, my hubby contacted them and Kenny was nice and very accommodating. So being out of town my husband started talking numbers and since he sounded trustworthy he thought we were getting a good deal. They went back and forth for a while and Kenny addressed all concerns. Our friend had recently bought a truck in Sac. and had it shipped down here and had absolutely no problems so we thought we had fallen into the same run of good luck. Nope.we're not that lucky. We should have paid attention to the fact that this truck had been on the lot since July 2021 and hadn't budged until we bought it at the end of Dec 2021, but we were excited about the truck. The deal went smooth, and I went down to pick it up. There were some major cosmetic blemishes on the truck, and when I asked about them the girl pulled up the picture and had to REALLY zoom in to show that they were there. The avg person isn't going to zoom in like that. But oh well. The truck is older so we knew it wouldn't be perfect, but we didn't think it would be as bad as it was. Funny how they left the picture of the center console off the website where the leather had been burned or...I don't know what. They were going to let me leave the lot with shotty tires until I said something and a sales associate tried to fill them with a little air compressor. I was still concerned because the alarm wouldn't go away. When it was clear that i wasnt happy with the minimal effort, she took the truck up to the tire shop. I cannot believe they were ready to let me leave with tires that were that bad. I thought legally they had to make sure the tires were atleast safe enough, which these clearly were not as stated by the guy at the tire shop. Honestly I think she only got the other tire because they didn't want the lawsuit if I had crashed, not because she cared. The next morning when I went out to leave I noticed a bad oil stain on my driveway that hadn't been there the day before, when I got down there to look, oil literally dripped onto the concrete from the truck. I called my mechanic and he had me bring it over immediately. The rear main seal, and many other things were busted. $5,000 worth of work later and and he got it all fixed. He said he was surprised the mechanic at the dealership even passed this truck with all the problems there are on it and honestly they should have junked it when it got traded in. Man did they see us coming from a mile away! There are a lot of other mechanical issues that need to be fixed, and we're dealing with them. The biggest thing that sent us over the edge was that it was now the end of Feb and we had still not received the plates or registration for the truck. I had called at the beginning of Feb and asked and a woman I spoke with told me that the DMV was backed up and to rest assured that all paperwork had been submitted on their end and that the plates would be here any day. Well now it was Feb 28th and still nothing, plus the paper plates were about to expire. The thing that really made me angry was that my mom bought a new car the day after Valentine's day and she had gotten her plates and registration already. Haha the dmv is backed up my ass! So once again I called to see what was going on. I spoke with Carlos and asked him to find out what was going on and he told me I had to email the girls in his office myself and do the work because that wasn't his job. When I told my husband he didn't like that and called Carlos back. Carlos told him he would have Maria call him in the morning because at 3:45 in the afternoon she was off work already. Man, I need her hours! The next day, my husband called and she told him that they had 90 days to submit the paperwork to the DMV. So had they submitted this paperwork when they said they did we wouldn't have gone through the hassle of all of this. Plus not to mention the first lady i spoke with completely lied to me saying was already submitted. Maria said she would submit the paperwork and we would get the plates from the DMV since it's a new law that they have to issue new plates for a used vehicle and she wasn't sure when we would get them because again the DMV is backed up. On March 9th the plates and the registration arrived at my house. But NOT from the DMV! Yep,they came from Premium Finance. And the best part??? They were mailed out on March 2nd!!! The day after my husband spoke with Maria! They had the plates the whole time!!! These people lie through their teeth and it makes me sad to think of how many other people they have done this to, hopefully this will save someone else the heartache of going through what we went through.

I just got my Ford Transit 2018 van just 2 months ago. Yet, I just had to pay $1000 to replace the rear brakes, sensor, and Axle seal because it was leaking. I was told that I also needed to replace the front side breaks. In addition to the tires. So just 2 months after using it, I have to pay an additional $2000 on top of the $40k loan and $8k down payment. When I called the dealership and spoke to the manager about the issue, he said I didn't get the extended warranty which I was never told about. He said all their car are sold "as is". I haven't used the car much yet. It's my first time buying from a dealership. I asked them if they had inspected the car and they said everything was good, so I trusted them. Never again, always make sure you have a professional mechanic test the car. Especially when they are asking for a big price. You can't trust any company these days, they want to scam people with a high price and not even give you a well-maintained product (car).

Stay away from this place . Shitty trucks now up to date no service they sell it then leave you will all motor troubles . Bought a ford 2500 not even 3 months the breaks gave out I almost crashed and I'm struggling more with my business due to this truck . Stay away from this dealer shop it's not worth the hassle .! Owner and place are real nasty .

Bought this dodge ram Cummins As is. Had it shipped from CA to NY. Dealership employees were very friendly and responded back quickly however I did ask questions about the truck since I bought just based of pictures and videos. I asked specifically if there were any leaks. Christian had told me there were no leaks. As soon as I received the truck I looked underneath and the transmission was wet and dripping transmission fluid, this will cost a couple hundred dollars to repair. I also had anti freeze dripping from a freeze out plug that I had to get repaired. Other then that truck is in good shape.

Well it is March 12th. We have been sending emails and messages since February 8th to let them know that the problem has still not been resolved and now our check engine has been on for a month. The most unprofessional people and company I've dealt with. I don't understand why it is so hard just to pick up the phone or send an email, some kind of response instead of ignoring us, and give us a simple yes or no but they choose to be cowardly. This is definitely not the last they will hear from me. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. Also, I will add that these past few months I have asked Maria several times to put me in contact with her boss or manager or someone higher up maybe the owner, and she refuses and claims there is nobody but her, she is thee one, which I highly doubt.. my family my kids are not safe in this truck. It is never my intention to give a bad review for a company but this is my true story and it needs to be heard so that other families don't go through this misery. read more

I had an amazing experience with Premium Finance. I was ending my leased vehicle and was ready to finance my next car. I was very specific on the preferred specs on my next car. I wanted a white Toyota Prius that was either a III or IV trim. Well, I got that and MORE. Priced at an immaculate price, I was the lucky one who scored my dream car. My sales guy was Kevin, and he was honest, personable, and very patient. I was so impressed at his ability to give me time and not pressure me into making a decision. Before coming to PF, I went to Toyota Dealership and they pushed HARD to make the sale, which inadvertently turned me away from giving them my business. To get this out of the way, I bought the Dodge Truck "As Is" So I really don't have anything to complain about. However, There were a few things taken off the truck that really should have been there, and a couple things the Mechanic should have repaired: First was the Jack was missing. Safety issue where the DOT requires all vehicles to have a Jack. Stereo Parts, speakers missing that had been installed. The Coil Wire laid against the exhaust manifold and allowed to short out. There were also several add-on lights that were missing. People at Premium were nice and reasonably helpful. When there had been a mistake, it was simply my accepted offer had not been written down and left by the sales rep. Kevin (I hope) got that fixed right away, Thanks Boss. I traveled from Las Vegas Nevada for this truck and while it was working well, the AC did not work, again, their Mechanic omitted this from the dealership. Their Finance people at MAS Finance are a little less than attentive. Watch them. read more

I found a truck at their place of business. I tried to secure the truck for two days before someone else could. I did all the leg work... made appointment for a mechanic to look it over, getting a transport company to ship it, finances ready for purchase to get a text from the mechanic saying "They sold it yesterday". What are you kidding me. If you want peace of mind do not waste your time with these clowns. read more

Absolute worst car buying experience I think I've ever been a part of. My buddy wanted to buy a ford transit for hauling motorcycles. Fortunately for them they had one of the only transits set up like he wanted. We showed up to check out the van and it had an oil leak on the rear diff so after going to get food for two hours after we told them we wanted it they didn't even fix the leak in the diff. We gave them a list of like 4 parts that were missing and they told us basically that we were stuck with it as is. After all is said and done they sent us on our way with less than a 1/4 tank of gas. What a joke. Hopefully the van is better than the customer service. Time will tell. read more

Recently purchased my new dream truck from this location. I have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about this place and the people who work here. I was a little skeptical going into it because I've been taken advantage of in the past when I was younger. Matt one of the salesman was one of the first people I worked with. He was very up front and honestly and not pushy at all. After I was happy with my truck I then went to deal with the finance ladies and they made everything super easy. Being a 1099 independent contractor I thought I was going to have a hard time but they got me approved easily with an acceptable apr and payment amount. ***warning*** these people are scammers!!!! i bought an f250 from them. After 11 days of owning it and two drives the check engine light came on. the turbo was bad and cost $4025.00 to fix they had reset the check engine light before selling. when i reached out to maria the office manager about covering the cost she ignored my emails. do not trust them! they knew i would be hauling horses with this truck and still sold it. they would risk peoples safety to make a sale. read more

Came in a few days ago to look at a Ford Diesel 4x4 Lariat. We felt very comfortable being greeted by JJ until his scheduled client arrived. So, Matthew helped us with all aspects of checking out this truck and several others. He is extremely knowledgeable as we were looking for a truck to tow a 5th wheel trailer. We were not rushed with our questions and really got a lot of good info from them since this is our first Diesel and we are retired people preparing to travel. After checking around for 3 days over the President's Day weekend, and seeing lots of "deals" we came back to Matt and JJ and bought the truck. I went over to look at a specific 4x4 Ram diesel crew-can. Once there absolutely no pressure from any of the staff. The vehicle was as advertised and just what I wanted I told them what I'd pay. I purchased a 2008 Subaru WRX from this dealer back in July of last year. I bought the car on a Monday and by Thursday it died driving on the freeway. Tried several times to have the car running again over the course of several months only to end up calling it a loss. The warranty that was included in the sale is not accepted by almost every mechanic I contacted. The one they did locate was an hour away from where I live. Dealing with the management after this was an absolute nightmare. Purchasing a car here was the BIGGEST REGRET. Buyer beware. read more

BRING A SCANNER AND CHECK THE CODES. The cars look great but run terribly, I got my first car here and the next day I had to bring it back to their "trusted mechanic" because the engine light and other sensors turned on. I would recommend bringing a trusted mechanic to look at the car with you since their mechanic they recommend who is down the street will tell you everything's fine when it is clearly not. The sales man who was there when I got my car was so terrible I literally asked him to "sell me the car" so that he could sell me on all the features and great qualities the car had. He did not help me whats so ever through the car viewing process but after getting the car they pressured me in taking a pic with him for their website.. the next day when I went back to their office because my car sensors were going crazy he gave me a dirty look, didn't greet me when I walked in and continued watching the tv in the waiting lobby. As a previous customer of Premium Finance, best advise I can give you if you're looking to purchase a car here is please bring a trusted mechanic to look at the car you are interested in and have them look into the codes they might have deleted or hidden. These cars may look great and have you tempted but having it break down the next day is not worth it. read more

This place is what EVERY SINGLE car lots shoulD EMULATE. I was in & out WITH MY NEW car inside of an hour! The staff was excellent! im not just saying that! Especially J.J. & Kevin! Nobody here is pushy or aggressive about selling you anything .... it felt like the whole sales staff couldn't have been in a better mood or happy to be at work! Run away now!!bunch of liars and crooks that don't know anything about the product they're selling.claimed that the maintenance on the truck I bought from them was up to date and it wasn't true.truck started dying 3 Months after I got it,spilling oil like crazy besides bad sensors and transmission.worst experience ever. I bought a used 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid from Toyota of Anaheim on 12/4/2025. It had to be towed back within 5 days and was out of service for 31 days. Toyota of Anaheim's own repair documents later showed wiring issues, corrosion/exposure concerns, replacement of a wiring harness and door module, and signs the right rear door had been worked on. These concerns were not reflected on the CARFAX provided at sale. The car failed again within 5 months with multiple warning lights and another major repair. They fixed the repairs and helped with rental, but that does not change the fact that the vehicle had major problems almost immediately. We requested a goodwill resolution. They declined repurchase, offered a trade-in/new purchase option, however STOPPED responding to our final written follow-up. Not even a polite decline, just completely ignored. I would strongly caution used car buyers to get an independent inspection before purchasing here and to pay the extra $$$$ for cancellation/buyback or you'll get stuck with a vehicle like us.

Each time I contact the Finance Director or anyone at this location regarding my funds, I am given the runaround rather than a clear answer or resolution. I think this is extremely generous considering the car was bought "As-is" and they had no responsibility to fix it after I drove it off the lot. I think it speaks volumes of how Don wants his customers to perceive their experience at his dealership and knows that it's a small investment for a continuing relationship. I have dealt with my fair share of Tesla service centers and collision centers, both first and…read morethird-party. I have owned a Tesla since 2014 so let me tell you, I've see some ****. With that said, TSK Tesla Service is the absolute best service center I have ever been to in my 12 years of owning a Tesla. Had a hit and run happen to me, and with the help of some law enforcement, was able to get info from the other side. I came here for a quote and Sam was very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate (it ended up being very close in the end) and also explaining to me the process of the insurance. Had I listened to the law enforcement, I would have been dealing with a much longer case, as Sam recommended I do not get my insurance involved at all and only file with the opposing side. I dropped off my car in the first week of February and got my car back in the first week of March. Most of the delay had to do with insurance and supplements and adjuster approvals/rejections which opposing insurance kept trying to involve me but Sam was glad to take care of everything when I forwarded the communication to him. I was probably a pain in the butt calling them and asking for an update every week but Sam and Sergei were very awesome people to work with. They were able to provide me a rental for the duration of the repair and it was a equivalent/higher model than my car so that was nice. On the final day upon pickup, the repair was done perfectly and they also ended up fixing a hinge issue with my trunk that they noticed while working on the car. This was a very pleasant surprise, because since I purchased my current car in 2023, Tesla's official service center has repeatedly told me that there is no hinge issue with my trunk despite me bringing to them multiple times for closure and striker issues. I said NOTHING to TSK about it and yet they noticed and fixed it. That's some stellar service right there, going above and beyond what the expectation was. Picking up the car, the exterior and interior was all cleaned up very nicely and some light detailing was done. Got some cool merch too from TSK which is always a nice touch. Small things like that show that TSK really does care about their customers. Glad to also hear they are opening up another location in Santa Ana, so I could recommend it to my parents who live closer over there. Thanks for everything, TSK!

The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

Bought a 2001 f250 diesel truck from this sorry excuse of car dealer. I got it in Dec. 2022 and as of now, march 2024 is still not running right. Their clown of a mechanic , took a plastic push fastener off the hood liner and used it to plug a hole in the valley of the top of the motor block. There was a serious fuel leak, and i was unaware of it until there was about a quart of diesel fuel there , and it got so full it started leaking over the block and dripping down the back of the motor and transmission. This is extremely dangerous, and recipe for disaster. If that diesel hits the close by hot exhaust, could start a fire. The truck has never run right, and to this day still leaks. It has been to 3 different mechanics who look at it and then don't want to touch it. I was told there are some serious electrical problems and the fact that there are no high beam lights and the circuit where the fuse should go , does not even exist ! I have replaced just about every major part on the truck, and it still runs the same. I recently spent over $2000 for new glow plugs , glow plug controller, relay, and still the same. This is second time I have done this as the first time I did not by Ford motorcraft parts and was told that was why they did not work. Not true as there was absolutely no change. Fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel filter can, ALL sensors, fuel lines, I have 2 of every part now and am starting a collection I don't want. And truck still the same . Last month $1600 to mechanic as it was completely dead and has 2 brand new batteries! I bought this truck for work .....TO MAKE MONEY AND I HAVE LOST OVER $30,000 IN WORK THIS PAST YEAR BECAUSE OF THIS TRUCK. Not to mention quite a few good customers that I had worked hard to earn their business over the past 20 years of being self employed! It also had dry-rot bald cracked tires like others had mentioned about their vehicles. Like their name insists, They charged me premium price as well $18,000, and I have spent $10,000 trying to get it to run right. At one point I fell behind on payments cus It can not take me to work. I told finance company to come pick it up as I would rather have a repo on my record then this rolling piece of a money pit, and even they did not want it back, and just put the few payments I was behind, on the back of the loan! It has been on every tow truck in town and I even know a couple of the tow truck drivers by name now! My life has been a living hell ever since i purchased this truck. Do you think these a$$holes give a crap? NO! THEY JUST KEEP PUSHING THEIR SHINY TERDS OF VEHICLES OFF TO THE PUBLIC. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CIRCUS OF A DEALERSHIP. THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS BY THE BBB! THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY WITH THEIR JUNK THEY SELL AT HIGHEST PRICE POSSIBLE . GET A FULL INSPECTION AT JIFFY LUBE!! It started off good, the truck we were looking at was a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 fully decked out for off-roading. We test drove it and instantly loved it the only issue we really had was when the wheel turned it squeaked. We went inside with the sales lady I believe her name was Torres's (she was great) and worked out the numbers. Before we signed we asked to do a full inspection at jiffy lube. Once jiffy lube completed their inspection it was not good. The truck pretty much needed a brand new front suspension. The upper control arms were grinding against another piece of metal which was causing friction and causing the upper control arm to deteriorate, There was loose OEM wiring which surprisingly hadn't gotten caught in the wheel which was a huge safety hazard, the engine was burning oil even though they had just done the oil change 5 months ago with less than 500 miles since then, the front brake pads needed to be replaced asap, and the Tie rod bushings were completely shot and Needed to be replaced. I explained this to Torres and stated we would have to walk away from this deal as it would need close to 6-8k in repairs. I messaged Robert (initially the person I contacted about the truck) on Facebook and explained to him that we appreciate everything and thanked his staff for a great experience just unfortunate about the truck and all the repairs it needed. I told him if they were to ever drop the price significantly or fix everything it needed then to call us immediately so we can work on the numbers. He immediately responded saying, "NO, We already gave you 3k off". We were going to look at another truck they had on the lot but unfortunately after receiving that message and the experience with that truck we decided to never go back to that dealership. I purchased my car here and it was a fast expire nice at first. I came I o a Sunday and couldn't get the car that day because smog shops aren't open. I went back the next day and it took 5 hours to get me my car. I kept asking where it is they kept on saying it was on the way and another excuse saying it ran out of gas. Then after that they said that a windshield wiper full off and that they were replacing it. The car finally got there and I was just ready to go so I didn't think to go through the car. When I got home I realized the windshield wiper had never been replaced the floor mats that were in the trunk were gone. A couple days after that the check engine light came on. I'm suspecting that they used an obd2 reader and turned the check engine light off so no one would notice. I have my own obd2 reader and the code it threw was p0300 which is a misfire in 1 or more cylinders. That is a big cover up. I've called and they say they're working on helping me and they haven't called back. This has been going on for weeks now. Aaron was the kid who sold me the car he was no help at all he blatantly lied to my face on multiple occasions. So if this place wants a better review and this one taken down they can call me. I wish I could give these guys any less than 1 star !!! Too bad that option isn't available here ! So we bought a 2005 Porsche Cayenne s from these guys about 5 months ago and the car seemed okay in the beginning except the tires that only looked good but were actually a piece of garbage . Spent good amount of money on the Porsche getting repairs done here and there . Finally the (Ets) went out and I tried calling these guys . Believe it or not but I spoke to the two brothers, a girl named Maria and another lady plenty of times . I asked them to help me trade the Porsche back in so I can exchange it for another car . I would have been okay paying the difference but these people kept on making false promises , telling me that they had to talk to the general manager. Blah blah !!!!! I finally had it with them and traded my crapy Porsche for a 2015 Dodge Durango at a LEGIT jeep dealership !! These guys are small time crooks and nothing else !! I brought my car from this company after looking at the clean Carfax record. The saleman and I took a ride. I notice a slight shift in the transmission. The saleman told me that he didn't notice anything. I trusted him. (It had turbo maybe my driving a new car.) I paid 6500 cash for a 7800.00 2010 volvo. Because my credit score 580 my volvo turned into a owe 5200 more on this car including a 24 month 24000 mile warranty insurance. I am so glad I was played into buying it. I didnt have my car 50 days when it broke down coming off the interstate. I have to say also that I call the saleman and the company about my transmission getting worst. I was told to wait 30 some odd days before calling the warramty company. I was paying for just enough to cover my transmission problem. It would not go into gear. We were stuck the volvo was tolled for repairs. The warranty is going through their long process now two weeks without a car. Oh yea,the warranty car rental rules are receipts first. A lot of used car dealerships are questionable at best. I found a car through car gurus that caught my interest and called and was connected to Jimmy. Decided to drive down to see the car. Jimmy was very patient throughout the process. I wanted to get the car checked at my cousins shop as a second set of eyes. Jimmy understood my perspective and escorted me to the shop, and patiently let my cousin inspect. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The team here is very transparent which is encouraging relative to what I've come across as of late at other used car dealerships. There can be hidden significant markups labeled all sorts of different ways, you get there and they can't find the car, or you get there and they change the price. These were common and recent experiences I have had. None of these were the case here. Jimmy was transparent and stayed true to his word, none of these came to fruition, I was please with the experience, if there is a car here that interest I would recommend you give them a visit, they weren't pushy for the sale, prices are set and mine was competitive. In September 2023, I purchased a Dodge Promaster 2500 2018 from Premium Finance. Unfortunately, what seemed like a promising investment quickly turned into a nightmare. The van they sold me came with a defective transmission, a crucial component that significantly impacts its functionality. Despite their assurances of quality and reliability, it became evident that the vehicle had undisclosed issues. It's disheartening to realize that the dealership's priority was profit over customer satisfaction, knowingly selling a faulty vehicle. My experience with Premium Finance has left me feeling betrayed and cheated. It's appalling that they would engage in such deceptive practices, taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Hello, I found Premium Finance because I was looking for decent truck to replace my old diesel truck. My old truck was unfortunately burned on my way back home from work. A month later I started looking for a new truck around my area but I didn't have any luck. Then I found this website, PREMIUM FINANCE, and I was surprised because they had a lot of variety on their website. After looking over their trucks I found one I was interested in. So I gave them a call. The staff was very professional and I asked if they could hold the truck for me till the weekend, because I really wanted the truck and I lived 3 hours away. The guys at Premium Finance : Miles, Kevin (sales) Reuben, Emilio (finance) took great care of us. I came by months ago just to browse through their work trucks. They didn't pressure me to buy at all and I was really impressed and appreciative of (Miles in particular) how knowledgeable they were. A couple months later we were in a situation to buy and so we knew we were coming back to Premium Finance first. Again, they were very thorough, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I went to premium finance thinking that they would be your typical dealership with pushy sales people just wanting to sale their vehicles but I was way wrong.the sales team was all very nice and went out of their way to get me approved for financing. at the end of the day I drove away with the BMW I came in for and I was very happy . this was so not what I was expecting. from beginning to the end of the transaction was great.I am paying a little more on my interest rates but I knew I would because of my credit and that's okay. if you are looking for a straightforward dealership with clean cars and good prices visit premium finance they are worth the drive. just wanted to share my experience with my yelpers! !!:) read more

They have great deals, I know that because I actually purchased a vehicle out of their lot 2 yrs ago and the staff are always friendly and ready for business. I had been looking for a newer vehicle, like a Chevrolet Tahoe, and came across Premium Finance. They have quite a selection to choose from, I spoke to Cindy and she showed me the SUV I was asking about. It was a little bit overwhelming, and we almost left without the Tahoe, but then we saw this cute "Blue" GMC Yukon, and it was perfect! Cindy took us for a test drive and I was in love with this Yukon!! It was even my favorite color, and it also came with leather seats and a sunroof!! I told my husband that this is the ONE!!!! Best car buying experience I've had in a long time. Been doing shopping for a Ram Rebel for a few months and came across one listed on Craigslist and Autotempest. I was met by Carlos who casually approached me while peering through the tinted windows. Carlos had a great demeanor. Not "Salesy" at all. He knew most of the answers to the questions I asked, and double checked the ones he didn't before getting back to me. Their buying process is very easy, they do all the heavy lifting and make it run as smoothly and quickly as possible. Funny, they found a way to remove my review after answering by bulshit only. Please for your safety stay away from this company full of scammers. I am French, I arrived in LA with a small budget, needed to buy a good car. Surprise ! After a week the car I bought from them broke down. I went to a garage and have been told that I needed to pay more than 5000 to be safe driving the car. After a week ? I had to review the document and I found out that they also charged me $250 more that they were supposed to, it took 2 month and more than 20 phone call to get back my money. I went in looking for an affordable car I was greeted by a young man named Kevin I believe that was his name. He was very kind in answering all my questions meanwhile helping me choose the right car for me. Him and BK set me up with a reasonable payment plan. After an extensive search online for a Jeep, this place had the one I kept going back to. It looked amazing online and I was blown away by how much better it looked in person. Auto dealers take notes from Premium Finance!!! Saw an advertisement on Facebook. Came in with no established credit, a bad trade in, and VERY little down. Got the car we came in for. A beautiful in great condition 2012 Jeep Compass. Was given top $ for our car, payed little down. If it wasn't for the welcoming staff that helped us, Ruben, Emilio, and the superstar Kenny. They sincerely wanted us to drive out with the car we wanted without trying to drain money out of us.. they made it easy, fast, and without any complications.
