Dirty cars (even after they cleaned them). Expect to need 30-50% as a down. Then, maybe they can help. Wow so I'm extremely disappointed I bought a car from this place and they sold me a car that broke down within a month they sold me a car with a blown clutch it blew before I even got my license plate. It's crazy and I've called 4 times and they don't call me back they are just dodging my calls. It's disappointing because I had so much respect for them and now I can't even get to work. I took it to a mechanic and they told me it would be 1400 to fix and the place that sold it to me sold it to me with a clutch already blown. Premium Auto Finance is a very shady business who takes advantage of their customer's ignorance. I was sold a diesel truck that was going out of state compliance in 4 months. But first, they failed to register the truck within the first 60 days - So my temporary plates expired. Next they finally transferred the truck to me 1 business day before the truck went out of compliance. I have a new business that I am trying to grow to provide for my family and as a result of me being out 27,000 of which I paid cash for the truck I might be losing my business. They took advantage of my ignorance, did not provide me with the proper legal disclosure about this law and now I have a truck that I cannot use at all 4 months later. After multiple phone calls, trying to get Maria on the phone to help them understand my situation, and trying to handle this with patience and civility, Premium was unwilling to take any responsibility or help me at all - I wasn't even asking for my money back but that they would just understand from one business to another and find a way to get me something I can actually drive and use for my business. I had little hope of getting a vehicle knowing my credit was poor and having a small down payment but JJ took his time and said to me "Let's see what we can do" to my astonishment I drove off the lot that night with a great low mileage car. This is very worrying. We bought an Audi A6 from this company 6 months ago. We just took it for a smog as we are selling it. We expected it to sail through as the car has run very well for us. Now the bad bit. Smog test failed, mostly due to the fact that the engine check light had been TAPED OVER and the fuse removed. The smog guy and 2 mechanics we've taken to since all agreed that it would be impossible to get through a smog test. In fact at least $3,000 repairs are needed, perhaps more. So it seems that Premium Finance have sold the car fraudulently. My husband took the car back to them yesterday and today and they are not interested (of course), so we must take legal action. We purchased a 2000 Mercedes Clk from this place on 7/5/2014 and we have not received the title from DMV and I verified today that Premium Finance has not submitted any paperwork to have the vehicle registered in our name. This was a cash deal and I feel extremely betrayed and embarrassed that they were able to pull a fast one on me. They say that they have submitted the paperwork to DMV. My son has been given 2 tickets by LAPD for an expired registration. I have opened a DMV investigation and will probably have to take legal action to get this matter resolved. They have stopped returning our calls and they say that they have followed all DMV procedures. We'll see if the DMV investigator agrees with them selling a vehicle, never transferring title and saying that they are following the law. We suspect that the vehicle that they sold us has a lien that they cannot get removed. They advertise that their vehicles have clear title. Worst dealership ever. 11/24/2019 Immediately upon entering the dealership we were"greeted" by our sales rep. Matt Hanna. He proceeded to ask us, "Do you have an appt?" I didn't know we needed an appt to look at cars on a car lot? I needed a vehicle ASAP because we had landed in CA from Japan the day prior and had to drive across the US in a certain time frame. With me I had my husband and 14 month old in a rental car that we had to return the next day. Anyways, we got there when they opened and looked at all the diesel trucks they had to offer. Matt, wasn't interested in helping us completed and exclusively until we said we wanted to buy the Dodge Ram 2500. He then gave us the time of day. Tag price on the 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 $20,383.44. We made it clear that we wanted to put down $8,000. Matt typed up the paperwork and then had us sit and wait to go to the back and do something..... we weren't sure what. As we were filling out our life on paper he continued to answer phone calls and help other people. I couldn't believe we had been there since opening with a 14 month old baby. He could have cared less. There was no regard for anyone but their bottom line. As I was taken back to the back to speak to, who I assumed was the owner: Ruben Ramirez, he proceeded to tell me that my down payment was $7,800. I immediately said, "No, I said I wanted to put down $8,000". At this time it was 4:51pm, I know this because I have the receipt in front of me. He told me I'd have to come back tomorrow to re-do all the paperwork. Why is it that I have to come back ? When I made it clear what I wanted to put down? How do you get to choose my down payment? I have a 14 month old that has been here all day and needs to go home. I'm active duty military and need this vehicle to drive to VA, or else I'd say forget it. We were promised a new driver side mirror because the truck mirror was crushed. As I got up I asked Mr. Ramirez where the mirror was and he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. So, I figured it'd be on the car or something when I got outside. I walked to the car and there was no mirror. Matt had conveniently already left. We never got a new mirror as promised from Matt Hanna. At this point I just said forget about it and went with it because I was exhausted. Temporary tags were placed on our vehicle on 11/24. We received our first/ second/ third notice from Navy Federal, the bank that our loan went through in regards to the title and documentation being sent to from Premium Finance. Maria Demirdjian, the Business Office Manager, sent us an email on February 6, 2019, stating that the documents had been sent. However, when we call the California DMV they have no record of any documents being sent. Ms.Demirdjian, claims that the completion of this process would take 7-10 business days in her email. According to the California DMV Premium Finance is a habitual offender of delinquent documentation and titling, FYI. DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS COMPANY !!!!! You will never receive your registration and your APR will go up by the time you receive the necessary documents. I waited forever to test drive the car I bought. On top of it, the cars I really wanted to look at had been sold but no one took it off. This manager guy, he's tall, white, and on the heavy set guy, was rude to my aunt and I. Gavin and this other lady from the finace department, forgot her name, were great. They felt really bad that we had waited almost an hour to be helped then waited another 30 mins to test drive the car. I ended up buying a 2006 Mazda 3 and I love the car. I paid for it. Still waiting for the registration to come in too. However, someone didn't inspect the car, the tires are too small and are techically illegal to have on that car, omeone put a zip tie to hold my CV axel together instead of replacing it and my back breaks are at 10%. Good thing I decided to have it checked since it started to make a funny noise in the front which was due to a loose strut mount that was greased instead of tighted. The repairs and proper tires are costing me over $1,000. This should have been caught during inspection. Learned my lesson. Always take a machanic. read more

Engine is starting to leak oil. Took truck to a dodge service center and was told the engine has broken piston rings and shouldn't be driven. Premium Finance, Isreal, Kevin, ect and phony warranty company won't do anything to help us. We are screwed. Truck is under warranty still. Warranty company keeps denying the claim saying we bought a truck that had a preexisting condition. Warranty company said we don't cover pre existing issues. The dealer never told us there was a preexisting issue with the engine. They said the engine was good and sold me the truck on the sole basis that the engine was good and strong. We are screwed I can't drive the truck, dodge says the engine is shot and wants 12k for a new engine. Do not buy from these people, this doesn't end here. People shouldn't be openly screwed like this, I don't deserve this, no one does. First, they sold the car I wanted the MORNING I was scheduled to come. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that cost $2,000 more. I drove off with 1/4 tank of gas. The salesman forgot to give me my driver's license back from the test drive, said I'd have to come back to get it or mail it to me. Being 45 min away, I asked him to please mail it that day. It was mailed 4 days later. 2 weeks after purchase the light came on saying my engine oil was low. Now 3 weeks post purchase I'm being told they forgot to install the GPS required by the bank and I HAVE to come back to get it installed or they will take the car back. Unbelievable. read more

My husband bought a truck from here in February 2021, we paid in full, cash. Upon leaving the lot, one of the tires was low, so they helped us fill it and told us if there were any further issues to let them know. Which, with that happened after, leads me to believe they may have already known there was an issue before selling it to us. Unfortunately, we trusted them. The next day, the tire pressure light still wouldn't go off. We took it to a tire shop, and they revealed that there wasn't even a tire pressure sensor in the tire we had issues with the day before. Which, upon investigation, it is illegal to sell a vehicle without them according to CA lemon law. We went ahead with the repair, which came out to $103.99. We notified Kenny, who sold us the truck, like we were instructed to, and he assured us we would be issued a check for reimbursement for the repair. After almost 2 years of back and forth with him, continuously telling us he was sending the check, we realized that probably wouldn't be happening. So, we reached out to the manager Maria Demirdijan in November of this year. She pretended to be helpful in the beginning, saying on November 14th that she would be sending the check that week, she verified our address and everything. After two weeks and no check, I emailed her once again. She ignored me until about 3 emails later, where she then reassured me she would be sending the check, and brushed it off as her being super busy. I reached out again on December 7th, she once again said she would be sending the check for reimbursement. I also called multiple times, with no answer. Instead of calling me back, she emailed me and said she is very busy and not available for all phone calls. She said I should get the check to me by the beginning of the following week. Today is December 19th and I have still not received my check and she continues to ignore my emails. I find her to be extremely unprofessional and rude. She says things just to get you to leave her alone but doesn't actually resolve the issue she promised to handle. I have since resorted to locating the owner, Robert Leads on Facebook and messaging him personally, to which I still have not received a response. It's sounding like this will have to be handled civilly if I want my money back, because they are clearly not people of their word. DO NOT do business with this dealership. Emailed them today and waited and waited. Can't call out at work so watched for email or at least a voice mail that never came. My wife and I needed a heavy duty pickup to move a 5th wheel travel trailer from the east coast to the west coast. The salesman we talked to was nice and helped me identify a vehicle for our need. We were on the fence of whether or not we wanted to finance because we pay cash for mostly everything we own and with a high net worth, it is rare that we use credit for consumer goods. That said, we have a lot invested right now and want to maintain a level of cash in the bank for other investments so we decided to give financing a shot since it was Wells Fargo and since the time we'd own the truck was very short. Everything went through in the approval (my wife has well over 780 score), but Wells was having difficulty verifying our address. Because we have several homes that are fix and flip properties and do not pay utilities anywhere (most everything is company owned) we could not show proof of residence in CA. We did have registration for a vehicle that was tied to a house that was just sold and one of the reps wanted to send it to Wells. That's where it all gets ugly. Some second rate want to be "manager" pulled the rep behind closed doors and basically told him to quit wasting time working on our deal. The manager approached me and told me that "the company doesn't feel comfortable doing the deal." Not that Wells Fargo doesn't feel comfortable or that we need to figure out alternative financing or anything! He said, THEY are shutting the deal down. First let me say that I told the original rep from the beginning that we'd pay cash if there were any financing issues. I had enough cash on me to cover the entire deal. However, these people mishandled the deal with the "manager" getting involved just to assert his authority. The fact is I could have bought every single car on that lot and they treated me like some chump that doesn't have it together. My wife, who was with me at the time to sign the paperwork, missed an entire day of her life waiting on these people and I also lost an entire day. They could have asked for alternate means or said from the get go that if we couldn't close the deal in 30 minutes or less, they'd have to terminate. The reality is that they didn't understand how to do the deal and they clearly discriminated against a paying customer for not having the typical paperwork everyone else does. On top of that, I said that I was going to protest in front of their dealership to let others know the be weary and what did he say? "I'll call the cops." Because clearly protesting is not allowed on public easement according to him. They get a 10 out of 10 for not understanding American rules and business. I should hire some protestors just to prove a point. "Come here because WE LOVE TO SHOW our power by telling qualified people to get lost." *UPDATE* The dealership asked me to remove this review and in exchange they would sell me the vehicle. Obviously I will not be removing the review and will be contacting the BBB, Consumer Protection Agency, Wells Fargo, and speaking with my attorney about whether or not we were legally discriminated against. read more

First, I claim that every single word here I said is a fact, instead of perspective and opinions. It is a fact and I swear to God. 1. I am an international student who came to Orange city to study and I needed a car. I came to Premium Finance and bought a 2003 ford explorer with 4700 dollars (around 5300 in total include tax and documents fees.) The seller Manny wasn't very patient, but I think it was a good price. I was convinced it was a good car, it was title clean, I was in an urgent need of a car, I didn't do inspection of the car and I bought it. 2. Several days later, I think maybe i need to do an inspection since it is an old car and maybe there are some potential problems I need to pay attention to . So I went to Villa ford and did an inspection. Guess What?? Engine oil leaking from BOTH VALVE COVERS and COOLANT LEAKING from timing cover area. 3. The technician told me, it could cause fire when it is getting too hot because of the seriousness of the oil leaking problem. To fix it, it will cost around 2200 dollars. Yes, 2200 dollars !!! And guess what? The battery is also dying even though it has a 2015 new label on it. When it gets cold, I couldn't even start the car. And wanna hear something funny? there is even no bulb inside the middle one of the brake lights at the end of the car. (This perhaps is my fault as I trusted them and didn't go through every single light of the car when I bought it. ) I should have checked every single light and make sure there is a bulb inside every single light of the car!! Again, this is all fact and I can post pics as a proof if necessary of the car-report and what the technician recommended. 4. so I remembered when I bought it, the seller Manny told me, I got 3-month warranty when buying the car. But later in the documents , i found a no-warranty sheet signed by myself. Yes, it seems funny and unbelievable I know. I guess I didn't pay too much attention to the document when I signed them. But I can promise to anyone, he told me orally, I got 3-month warranty. But when I tried to call him and speak to him, the person said he was busy and will call me back. Guess what? He never called me back. So now, I am in a very awkward position. I bought a car for around 5000 dollars and I need another 2000 dollars to fix it, otherwise i can just keep driving it and see when it will catch fire. I guess I trusted them too easily and they saw me the fact as a foreigner and not familiar with cars and they took advantage of it. This is my experience of buying a car in this place after the first three weeks I got to the U.S., very very impressive huh? I hate to write my first yelp review so negatively, but I felt like people really need to see this. And if you or whoever has read my review is still planning to go to this place, I think you could donate your money to a charity rather than giving to these liars. My husband, his business partner and I bought a truck from Premium Finance after the salesman assured them any problems with the truck would be covered by a comprehensive warranty (which cost $3200). Shortly after purchasing the truck issues started happening with the front suspension and steering (which is pretty significant/dangerous). When we tried to file the claim with the "comprehensive warranty" provider it was immediately denied, saying it was too soon since the truck was recently purchased, so it was a pre-existing issue therefore not covered. EVERY PROBLEM WITH A USED VEHICLE IS A PRE-EXISTING PROBLEM. Do not do business with these con men. They partner with a shady warranty company to give you a false sense of security in the junk they're selling. Run, don't walk away from this "dealership." read more

Went with my wife to buy a Suv .purchased the vehicle and within months the car had problem after problem and also was promised to have new tires put on the car and the salesman said they didnt have my size so to please come back to have them replaced well went in weeks later and they wouldnt honor the "new tires" they promised . also was not getting calls returned back when i brought up that the car had a major oil leak and wiring issues ..
