Supermarket Presidente is a supermarket primarily focused on the Caribbean / Spanish side of things which means you are going to get a completely different set of goods than Publix. With that being said, Presidente has some areas where they excel such as: Produce, seafood and meat. The produce section is massive with a lot of items you will never see in Publix (as an example). Seafood is super fresh and the the guys back there are good at what they do. Meats are of two types: butcher area and pre-packaged types. The butcher area has items you may not be familiar with such as cow hooves, chicken feet and goat legs. The prepackaged stuff is more of what you would find in the usual shopping place you buy meat at The general grocery section is good but it is definitely filled with brands of goods which are not widely known in the States. I am not saying they are bad, they are just not the mass produced American crap we are all used to - so keep an open mind (and don't be an ugly American) if your favorite brand is not available. There are a lot of things to choose from in terms of new and exciting things to cook, which is why I love this place. Prices are way better than what you get elsewhere and there are plenty of check out lines to get you on your way. Give it a shot Parking lot in front

One of my favorite spots to get hot pastilitos and empanadas on a Sunday morning. They have beef and chicken, nase with a flour or cornmeal crust. Love them! The pastilitos are perfect for me because they are not too much dough, but lots of guava and cheese filling. Their specials are usually pressed sandwiches for about $7. And I can't leave without getting a piece of chicharrón.

A very ethnic supermarket that appears to lower income population. Great selection of Mexican, Spanish and Haitian foods. A lot of items, we are familiar with in meats and produce. They have a large cafeteria inside the store with a seating area.

The shredded beef and rice and beans are out of this world! A Must try!! If you're in the Lake Worth area you gotta stop there.

And even more…read morespecial knowing they have been selected by the MICHELIN Guide for the second consecutive year! We started with an Old Fashioned, and there's just something about their cocktails that makes the whole experience feel so elevated. We had to try some of their new appetizers, and every single one was amazing. The Japanese A5 Wagyu Cube was incredibly tender and flavorful, the crispy potato with crème fraîche, chives and Ossetra caviar was the perfect little bite, and the smoked tuna tartare was fresh, smoky and delicious. I love that you get to pick out your own knife for the meal. Such a fun little detail that makes dinner feel like an experience from the start. We shared the ribeye with all three sauces, Peppercorn, Red Condimento and Chimichurri, and loved every one. We paired it with the creamed spinach, duck confit mac and cheese and truffle Provençal fries. Everything was so flavorful and perfectly done! My husband tried the Pussy Galore after dinner drink, and we finished with the Heath and Chocolate Bread Pudding with vanilla ice cream and coffee chocolate ganache. The perfect ending! What I love most about Nicholson Muir is that you're not just coming to eat. You're coming for the experience, the little details, and a few hours to slow down, reconnect, and simply enjoy being together.

The service is friendly and attentive - the dishes were bused quickly and the silverware was replaced after the first course, which I really appreciate. This is very quaint little restaurant, but I've never felt cramped. The food is great and they've got a large enough menu to have plenty of options without being overwhelming. Can't go wrong here.

I'm not a connoisseur of fine meats (although I'm familiar with wagyu generally speaking). After…read moreall, I was a vegetarian for 18 years. But it's been 9 hours, and I still can't stop thinking about the Australian Wagyu Filet Katsu Sando I had for lunch. It was tiny, but packed a huge flavor, and it was the first time I ate a steak that melted like butter with every bite. It is amazing how a filet sandwich can be so soft, so tender, so flavorful - it's an experience that I won't soon forget. Because the sandwich was pretty small, I also enjoyed the Frito pie. The saltiness of the Fritos (that reminded me of being a child) juxtaposed with the tanginess of the pickled red onions, cream, cilantro and savory chopped wagyu meat was such a fun, but elevated nacho dish. There were so many drinks to choose from, but I really wanted to focus on the food this time. The staff (I think her name is Tuesday) was so kind and knowledgeable - she's the one who led me to the epic sandwich experience I had. The vibe was pretty chill despite being extremely busy. I'm typically not very cognizant of what people around me are eating, but the father and son at the table next to me had a burger, burrito, pb&j sando and more, and I have to admit, I was kind of jealous, because I wanted to try it all! What a gem of a restaurant - I have already made plans to come back with my parents!

I went with the Japanese egg salad--can you say to die for?! I also got to taste the wontons and the pork sandwich, and both were exceptional. But the winner of the day? The PB&J. They make their own peanut butter with wagyu tallow, and it is insanely delicious! I can't wait to go back and explore more of the menu. This little spot is definitely one to add to your list.

I did sign up for a monthly membership for free delivery over 35$ Created my cart and the first order was delivered within the timeframe. Everything was packed neatly, the order was correct and I was shocked at my total. 131$ for 28 pounds of meat! Now the taste test! Tried the ground chicken first for Chicken Philly's....THE BEST ground chicken I've tasted! Literally like I cooked chicken breast and chopped them myself. Extremely lean! The ground beef 85% lean is great quality as well! The Cajun chicken quarters were PHENOMENAL...a new family favorite! The meat is so fresh! Perfect amount of seasoning. These cooked great on the grill. Absolutely no rubbery meat like local chains. The only thing my daughter complained about was the bacon....wasn't as salty as she is use to But I'll take it! All in all I am extremely pleased, and so glad I found a place for clean meat for my family, and the pricing still blows me away! Now I see why the friend of a friend bought a deep freezer!
