Love presotea! We went for their grand opening and it was so many ppl waiting in line, we were one of them waiting for our boba drinks! lol! I love the avocado Mille green tea! That's my favorite, and they also have a $2 menu, I believe there are 6-7 drinks on that menu which is so amazing! $2 for a large drink, why not right? I would go there daily for that! Lol read more

So I just moved to the area and was really missing Living near tastea which was a boba joint I frequented. I had already been to the ding tea Nearby and although I have been a regular customer to ding tea they don't always have things to my liking. Upon learning there was this place Nearby as well I was shocked by all the great options they had. My first try was the mango creme and the avocreme slushes! They were delicious. I love that you can alter the sweetness levels. Today I tried the milke tea with pudding which was a summer special for $2. What a steal! I will definitely be back. Clean and Fantastic Boba Tea Place! Friendly staff and greet with smiles. The 100% sugar is a tad too sweet, go with 75% sugar is comparable to other boba tea places. Strawberry fruit tea is like yifang, but a little better. Half sweet is almost not sweet enough. Overall still a pretty good place.

I used to like this place. Today I ordered on Door Dash like I have many times. I always request no ice, and the teas been filled to the top. This time my large order is filled to varying degrees of fullness - ranging from 1-3 inches empty at the top. Why the big inconsistency? I always order a cremaicha, which is supposed to have creme brulee, and today it arrived with no creme brulee and tastes like watery milk. It's undrinkable. If my whole order is trash I just wasted almost $50 and I'm not happy about it. read more

I've been coming here before my Pilates class right next door and have been enjoying their Vietnamese coffee! It is a bit on the stronger side and I wanted something with the kick but a little more diluted (also too sweet!) I've never really been a tea person but one of their cashiers was so sweet in recommending me a blueberry fruit tea with 0% sugar. The caffeine in the Vietnamese coffee kept me up four HOURS after I got it, so now I settle for their blueberry tea which I was told is non caffeinated. The staff are all very friendly and I'm recognized every visit by this one worker Kate who I've been enjoying small talk with every encounter ! The interior is very clean and aside from the wait for the drinks (which is sometimes extremely draining) I'm so glad that there's a nice boba shop in our area. Love it ! read more

I placed my order for 4 drinks at 11:09 am. I noticed that there was only one person working there and there was one person ahead of me and for some reason the girl working decided to take everyone's order instead of taking one order and completing it before taking another order. Figure it out. At 11:48am I asked why not a single one of my drinks had been started. She said cause they were busy and she was alone. I left without even a refund because she said she had to call her manager and there were already a ton of people waiting. Someone came in a few minutes before I asked where my drinks were and one of the people there said, don't bother ordering it's gonna take forever. Not sure if I should waste my time with a phone call or just dispute the charge on my card. Thanks for wasting my time. read more

People working here are great. Boba tasted old even though it was 1pm. The most painful part is how hot it is in there. I feel bad for those workers. Can you tell the owners to allow air conditioning? I wanted to sit in there and enjoy my drink but it was too hot and stuffy. read more

I've been here several times now and half the time they get the order wrong. Today I tried the mobile app to order ahead of time since I was on a schedule. Took 30 min to get my drink from time of order. I showed up early, let them know I was there. The girl behind the counter ignored my drinks until I asked a second time about my order 10 min later. Then she had to brew the tea because they were out, eating up more time. Their lobby was empty except for their friends/off duty employees and an interview candidate. So they did have time to do their jobs in a timely manner. When I finally got my drinks I ran out because now I was late. Got to where I was going only to find that they messed up both drinks making them drinkable to neither me or my partner. I'm sick of this place and wasting money. Deleting the app now. Legit, I drink a lot of tea all over and my usual order is an unsweetened tea with cheese foam and sometimes add pudding. What makes this place also unique is you can literally see them brewing the tea FRESH for EACH cup. 95% of places brew their tea in big batches and just grab the tea from a big jug, not here. Their lychee infused black tea is really tasty with good lychee taste without the sugar/syrup. Glad there's something in this neighborhood. read more

I've ordered from Presotea three times already, twice on the mobile app and once on Postmates. Although I do like a few of their drinks, the most important thing to mention is the wait time while I was there to pick up the drinks. Both times I arrived on the time the drinks were supposed to be ready, and most recently I had to wait an additional 45 minutes in the store. I had two separate orders, one to be picked up "ASAP" and one I had placed an hour beforehand to be picked up at the same time. I have no idea what kind of system they use to determine the order of the drinks they make, but the one placed for "ASAP" was done about 15 minutes after the stated time and the one I had placed an hour in advance was done 45 minutes later. What?? And there were people who ordered in store after me who received their drinks first. No clue as to why this happened, even though I asked the workers multiple times about my order. When I ordered delivery on Postmates, my drinks actually came on time. So I would suggest either ordering from Postmates or when placing the order on the app, put it for ASAP and not a specific time. Then arrive about 15 minutes after the time they say they're going to be done with it. As for the drinks, I liked the wintermelon and hojicha milk tea, lychee milk tea, and thai pearl milk tea. Their fruit teas are pretty bland, but the milk teas are pretty sweet so I would get 50% or 70% sweetness level. Overall I'd like to try more drinks but I don't think the hassle and frustration is worth it to me until they learn how to order the drink preparation properly. read more

I have been here around 7 times since the place opened. The boba is awesome provided they remember to put it in your drink but the wait is outrageous. Last time I waited 20 min mind you there were maybe 4 other people inside . Today I went again this afternoon and it was almost a 40 minute wait for a walk in customer. After waiting, they made my drink without boba! This place needs to have better customer service and prioritize online orders and walk-ins. read more

Presotea is the best! My sister and I came to pick up some boba for the family. At the time, they had a special going (BOGO) and also summer drinks for $2. The place was very nice and modern. We didn't know what to expect, but were so excited when we got our drinks! The boba was fresh, and the drinks were not overly sweet (like they can be at other boba places). We tried the winter melon green tea, roasted hojicha with sea salt cream and the ume latte. Amazing! Will definitely be back soon. read more
